Make me feel good
Make me a God
God in me
God is You
You are darkness
You are light
Light up the world
Light shines on rain
Rain creates floods
Rain creates
Creates food
Creates hope
Hope for water
Hope for mercy
Mercy on enemies
Mercy on our soul
Soul on ice
Soul poisoned
Poisoned blood
Poisoned mind
Mind controlled
Mind on freedom
Freedom doesn’t exist
Freedom is a daily struggle
Struggle for equality
Struggle for peace
Peace is colorful
Peace is wonderful
Wonderful gifts
Wonderful world
World of passion
World of crime
Crime of passion
Crime is wrong
Wrong directions
Wrong plan
Plan for safety
Plan for the future
Future blessings
Future prayers
Prayers for culture
Prayers for our children
Children in paradise
Children of the innocent
Innocent planet
Innocent life
Life needs purpose
Life needs support

dusk gathers breath along the trees~
a quiet calm that moves with wind-borne mysteries;
soft mercy drifting through leaves and breeze,
truth rising in the depth of being.
In Lopo, we chase the dawn
sincerely praying
to the fragrance of corn and the prayers of mother earth
just as every dewdrop glistening on the shoulders of the weeds
is the praise of the farmers' children
slowly descending into the palms of our ancestors
and surrendering to God.
We run freely in the fields
herding the wind and the birdsong
with a joyful dance
while whispering to the soil
our sweat that falls tirelessly is a prayer that takes root.
And when dusk calls us home,
mother has lit a fire in the stove
and father is holding a hoe
because we know that in every yellowing ear of corn
is light born from the soil
and we give thanks with tears
oh God: the great giver.

Description: Lopo refers to a traditional house and barn typical of the ethnic groups in East Nusa Tenggara, particularly the Timorese (Dawan/Atoin Meto) and the Abui people in Alor. This building is shaped like a giant mushroom with an open thatched roof without walls and stands on wooden pillars.
God’s morning paints the world in gold,
and little birds begin to sing~
they know His love wakes everything.
Quiet wind tiptoes through the trees,
whispering blessings as they pass~
tiny prayers in dewy grass.
Amethyst prayers have been said for you
Miracles appear to smooth your path
Blessings fall from skies so blue
Inspired to live love and laugh
Turquoise tears flow from happy hopes
Inherited prayers still cover your soul
Only you can activate and grow
Never losing sight of your goal

Catholic Prayers
We pray to the Father
And to the Blessed Mother
To the Son and the Holy Ghost
The saints, angels, heavenly host
We pray to many, but worship one
We recognize God and His growing clan
For heaven is glorious, His dominion grows!

*45th Daily Reflection from Catechism Booklet
Threads of life, weave us together, making us one in moments in time.
Threads are like waves, they move together, they blend, they make a wonderful life.
Life is full of moments, filling us with many types of memories, they are connected to our life, they fill us with sweet delight.
Threads of childhood fill our mind, they can come back and make us smile anytime.
Threads of our loved ones make us feel special, they make life filled with a sweet sensation.
Threads of love run through our life, we are blessed for all that love us.
Threads of times that were bad, we try to forget and leave in a box in our mind that we never want to remember.
Threads of times, that were unsure, we are thankful for all the moments we continued on.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.
I have walked many miles
and I have seen many smiles
I have climbed hills, when weak
and things seem very bleak
I have consistently fought for truth
ever since my budding youth
I have loved fully, like a million moons
and also been betrayed, playing sad tunes
I have traveled and seen the vast land
I have listened to birds sing like a band
I have pursued goals, seeking purpose in life
through all the ups and downs and the strife
But one thing remains, gently holding my mind
It's all the prayers coming true that i find

morning fog lifts
barefeet pressing damp grass
leaving temporary prayers
Words sometimes fail to say
Hearts sometimes can’t find the way
Souls sometimes forget to pray
Love sometimes will betray
Life sometimes feels like dark gray
Spirits sometimes can’t see the light of day

She willed in tempered frosts
that hidden,
without consternation
the pew should call his name
Pale pink shadow,
of hushed cheek
Knowing her rose in origin,
and passages through,
a shameful pride began his edifice,
as her joys sculpted his rituals
Praise God, for all our blessings, and even for the moments we got lost in intoxication.
Lost in the forest of lies, making us weak and unable to speak, we watched some of our loved ones die; they looked like zombies walking around.
We got fooled into killing ourselves and our children with abortion and other ways, with substances, negative relationships, and other stuff that made us unable to see the light, we remember those days of death, we kept trying to find a way out.
Praise God, we saw the light, we woke up, and walked to the path of light and love, and happiness.
We continue every day, to stay on path, to pray, to learn, to be a model that can help others see the light.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.
Why rush for prayers to be answered, let God have time to do his thing

Winter's bony hand~
twigs etch prayers in frozen air,
branches hum low hymns.
The brisk wind reads them aloud,
one brittle verse at a time.
