A Walk In the Forest

It is amazing what I see
On a walk in the forest near the end of spring.
I saw two big trees joined together in the
middle covered with bright green
Philodendrons that were sitting on an eave
Above a door.
Who ever lives out here in the middle of no
Where really wants their privacy
Away from society.
There's no sign keeping away any visitor.
It is amazing what I see
An entryway in all this scenery
Furthermore
Who ever lives out here in the middle of no
Where really wants their privacy.
It is a mystery
That probably has to do with wee folklore.
It is amazing what I see.
An entrance to gain information about who
Owns this property.
It has gotten my curiosity up all the way
Down to my core.
Who ever lives out here in the middle of no
Where really wants their privacy.
Knock. Knock. Hello. Your a Hobbit. Now
That I know your a reality
I won't bother you anymore.
It is amazing what I see
Who ever lives out here in the middle of no
Where really wants their privacy.

She Found An Access

A little girl wearing a green tule dress
Has found underneath the greenery of the
Philodendrons a huge wooden gate.
In the breeze came the whisper There's magic
In the air this is an access.
The child put her hand up with a slight caress
Against the wood and immediately it began
To glow at a fast rate.
A little girl wearing a green tule dress
Was transported with success
In to the realm of the Elves estate.
In the breeze came the whisper There's magic
In the air this was an access.
The Elves who approached on horseback
Asked are you a sorceress?
They didn't want to speculate.
A little girl wearing a green tule dress
Was overwhelmed and speechless
All the child could do was wave her head
Back and forth until she said. I didn't mean to
Translocate.
In the breeze came the whisper There's magic
In the air this was an access.
The Elves saw her innocence, truthfulness,
And warm heartedness.
They said after lunch we can send you back
To where you were to meet your playmate.
A little girl wearing a green tule dress
Heard in the breeze a whisper There's magic
In the air this is an access.

Premium MemberWar and Peace

Who can understand why war still exists where
there are clouds reflected in water here

History has proven its futility
even the breeze has a peaceful touch

The graves of the fallen state “they died for us”
Lizards bask on warm stones

where we could not imagine
the compassion of our enemies

Tiny finches twitter in the hedges
How the agony of dying haunts forever those who see

Bright red ti leaves, philodendrons and crosses
of comrades fallen

In dense shadows of shower trees
greatest jubilation comes

where Mynas squabble, good naturedly
Such a happy sound of morning

Another war is over”
If only peace could last forever.

I'Ve Gargled Anyway

I've gargled anyway And splashed Joan on the right spots of my countenance Now then before going out again There is time for plant talk around the coffee pot I've told them my life story now at least three times And last week the philodendrons died So now I tell them nursery rhymes and lies
