Here's a tale of a Rogue Rabbit,
Met a hoodie paschal hermit,
She overcame all her fears,
She munched him, from toes to ears,
Ate the lot, begone, foul furry git!

Shecht and eat the Paschal lamb
Destroy the ‘no-gods’ of Canaan and Ham
Break the middle matzo, hide half away
Harbinger of a now-hidden day
Chew and swallow the bitters as a reminder
To treat the stranger amongst you kinder
_________________________________________
Notes:
'Shecht- means 'kosher-kill' an animal
'Paschal lamb' - one of the 'no-gods' of Egypt
'Canaan and Ham' - idolaters
Ham was Noah's son, ancestor of Egyptian Kings
Canaan was Ham's son

The Christ descended from His Father’s throne;
In dying on the cross, He conquered Hell.
Then He rolled away His sepulchral stone;
The sting of death would no longer prevail.
A glorious word of good news to tell!
His disciples worshipped in prostration
As they prepared in humble elation
To spread news of the resurrected King
Who paid the price of mankind’s salvation;
A new song all of creation will sing!

-Let's see Cortinario with fattened foot
If you answer me, who says
To everyone who sees him:
If my mouth opens
You'll open too.
Clytocibe: -The Flycatcher
From the Cathedral of Burgos.
-Very well Cortinario
You know what you know.
-Today are you going to take the mules to water
At the fountain in Ejido?
-Why do you say that?
-Because when you come for water
From the hermitage where I meditate
I feel the horseshoes.
-Well, you're going to feel them even more
When the crab puts you
In the cave.
-Oh no. Not that.
-What do you mean no!
You know: saying “oh no”
Is like saying *******.
-Shut up, silly boy.
Pray without sorrow
For at the foot of the altar awaits you
The Devil who watches over you
With a paschal candle
Lucent in his hands.

Immersed in His Paschal Mystery
our Original Sin is --history!
Divine Power comes forth from His Heart
Giving sanctification a start
Now alive in Christ, but dead to sin
'cause death no longer has dominion!

Candles have been lit in a room of seventy-two
my yoga mat is weaved from recycled flexi-jute
I am a wisp of silence in this doctrine old and new
seated in my soul, I am rendered mute
TAKE ME TO NIRVANA * TAKE ME TO NIRVANA
Diving into waterfalls of paradise, I'm cold
beneath a sky of midnight hue transcendently I'm yours
serenity, tranquility as every breath unfolds
I'm a temple made for you in this Elysian field of gold
TAKE ME TO NIRVANA * TAKE ME TO NIRVANA
In this peaceful state of freedom without roam
I sit chilled, frosted, frozen, I am Flame
One bougie of rushlight and suddenly I'm home
a Paschal candle without a name
TAKE ME TO NIRVANA * TAKE ME TO NIRVANA
TAKE ME TO NIRVANA.

Amusan's Tears
Amusan's tears says something,
That thing is very far from nothing.
First, it was an infectious smile,
Later, it became tears from a mile.
This tears goes beyond the victory,
It carries that which is not a mystery.
Yes, the gold medal has been won,
After engaging in the stressful run.
The flag is flying frighteningly high,
I don't know if I should heave a sigh.
The world is standing up for Nigeria,
Popularly known as the giant of Africa.
Nigeria is celebrated at the world stage,
But her citizens are trapped in a cage.
Tears rolling down the cheeks every day,
Because of bullets not intended to stray.
Many are swallowed by the untimely grave,
Including those who were always brave.
They are tearful walking on poverty's crutches,
Saying life has thrown at them forceful punches.
If you decide to put these men on those chairs,
I will take your minds back to Amusan's tears.

Roads rising up from Irish mists in merry jigs
To the flowing tenor song
Sung by the River Boyne born from Tara's Keep
As Patrick's paschal fire
Weaves truth from stones of blarney
And lucky charms of Erin's spring
Cloth hills in kilts of green clovers with four leaves
To the Kerry pipers wail of jigs and tiompan reels
When soft sunbeams kiss fields - the wind petals
Of Killarney's rose in Londonderry Airs
Born in fifes and fiddles in soft brogues
Delighting in tea and scones - the clairsel harp -
When clear cut crystal rays
Embrace green fields clothed in sheep -
Faire mischief - the wind dance of the Kells -
In bohdran thunder to banish banshee cries
As pirate queens and lost chieftain kings
Sail from emerald shores
Until they meet again beneath the blessings
Of the Celtic cross
In the north winds of the fair aran island.

With so many innocent lambs in this world,
it makes it so easy for the wolves to devour
All the Paschal lambs blinded to their part,
of the Pesach L’Atid Lavoh in their final hour
If there is anything in this world I have learnt,
is we take innocence to feed an evil God
Under the pretence we will all be free,
and under God’s banner, we will not be forgot

The warm morning sun filters through the green and red leaves of the trees. The white flowers of the dogwoods have since gone away. I sip my coffee and watch the elegant late Spring flowers dance like pretty girls in a field of memories. I have seen it before from a hamlet on the side of a sandstone mountain. I watch the smoke swirl and it is carried off with the thoughts and breath of our ancestors in the flickering of a paschal candle. The gray smoke from a cooking fire is present rising over the forest canopy. Soon the smells will remind me of home.

Scathing sheaves of love diverge endlessly,
O, yet I propound to despair of simplicity,
While watching the loving dances to jive,
Beneath dew resolute to heartbreak survive.
I climb above wintry storms into the Pagan realms,
Holding the torches of burning desire,
Looking for a cure to sweep me away,
Away from this heartburn and the embers of fire.
Roam I under the shields, clipping the wings
Of grandeur as obsolete as insignificance set forth,
Roam under the Roman skies, full of heavenly strings,
In a vessel of circumstance, happily heading up north.
The Paschal lamb offered to appease,
On a mountain lofty and noble I stand,
Please let me feel the wind’s breeze
In freedom exiled, not yet banned.

O Moon of My Memory
O new moon of my day-time sky
Reflection of earthshine
Craters and mountains
Vague images floating
Reminding of days gone by
O waxing moon of my memory
Graceful and slender
Teasing and flirting
Uncertain faces
Shadows are being
Pushed slowly away
O gibbous moon of my memory
Gathering sunlight
Expanding horizons
Details exposed
Features revealed
Images clearing
O full moon of my memory
Shining so brightly
Glorious detail
Craters and mountains
Laser precision
Easy recall
O gibbous moon of my memory
Sliver of ebony
Creeping across
Freezing my heart
Pulse pounding
In a cloak of obscurity
O waning moon of my memory
Darkness descending
… enveloping
Shielding my view
Concealing my life
O new moon of my day-time sky
Twinkling of star light
Alone in the void
Dimmed to my sight
O great moon of my memory
Paschal moon of my soul
Orange orb of the harvest
Blue moon of my life
O fickle moon of my memory
Return to me once more
Before I bid my final
farewell

Dominus Vobiscum
Adopted ways, to thrive in paschal, wooded glens,
and manners, to honor pristine water,
pass through our generations to their end,
pass away like a long forgotten friend.
Calloused hands, now unsoiled from soil and seed,
washed clean and softened, no longer find need
to raise a chalice in celebration.
Bread and wine no longer feed a nation.
New ways, new manners, distilled from sullied seas,
new grains of seed, born from modified abductees,
prepare to send new life to outer space.
God go with them, and with them, Heaven's Grace.

This is the servant of the Lord God
with no attraction to make an appeal
He suffered, was rejected and despised
full of sorrows this man wasn't the real deal
He was crushed for all our iniquities
every one of them did He truly atone
pierced for our transgressions was He
punished for our peace He left all alone
The iniquities of us all He took on Himself
for He kept quiet led as a slaughtered lamb
never opened His mouth not even once
His father's will to do nailed His palm
This servant will indeed justify many
after suffering as our sin offering
He will see lifes light of satisfaction
then make intercession for His own ring
This picture paints of Jesus the saviour
who died as the paschal lamb for sin
His very own elect people died He for
our iniquities He took so we could enter in
