Try to get your shadow out of my heart
Try to get your trace out of my soul
Try to give these empty thoughts some meaning.....
Let me see these poisoned scars like an art
And the swords which stabbed me drops of rain trying to fall
Try to convince me that without you I'm not gonna drop dead, I'm only dreaming....
Erase your voice from my memory and your picture from my mind
Convince yourself that you can do it when GOD couldn't and I promise you not to look behind
You'll always be immortal in me like a hole bless was sent to save my corrupted soul
A spell to give me hope and Palance after a severe fall
Without you I'm a living dead just hovering around waiting a miracle to plant me in a tomb
Some magic to help me get a live from my own death and get me out of this damn time loop
Life is silent like a cemetery but it is planted in my heart
I wish spirits that lives in to shout out loud and break every last part
If you feel trapped in a complicated life
Take a deep breath to calm the strife
Sometimes we try to make life complicated
When all it does is leave us suffocated
So try pondering on this simple Haiku
Do this because you must first love you
You balance two things
Internal and External
You must not choose one
In simplicity, you will find the seeds of balance
This gives you all you need to include palance
The path you choose should have a reason
This allows your life to have a new season
You may ask why I say these things to you
Well, my friend, it’s because I truly love you

Written for a Contest, Teeter Totter Poem--Balance the Load
(Dedicated to Jack Palance who died November 10, 2006.)
You starred in Ripley's believe it or not and in plenty of movies too.
You gave a good performance in Batman until Jack Nicholson murdered you.
You were great in Cops and Robbersons.
I enjoyed watching that movie because it was fun.
I began watching you in the early eighties.
You were probably dynamite with the ladies.
People loved you in City slickers and in City slickers 2.
When people say that you had great talent, it's most certainly true.
