run run run
days coming undone
managing thick and thin
while doing the backspin
hoped for a miracle
for time in a capsule
a mere hideaway
but no way, jose!

The news reports to say, “No Way, Jose!”
With hopes to get hurricane Jose, to go away
So, I am now only passing the word along
Let’s not see another one with more go wrong
So, here we go, to start spreading the word
This weather is getting more wild and absurd
--- “No way, Jose!” ---
--- “Now, go away” ---

No Way Jose'
Yes, no way Jose'
Can you ever imagine
Bill in negligee.
Ho ho,

Hurry and Bury
Have to think about it and then hurray
Up and then all DT BS begin to bury
With cuteness is trying to be clever
All of our ties should start to sever.
No way Jose' turned into a big display
With many maniac things that did dismay
We never knew what Trump talked about
Found ourselves in a corner with no way out.
Could anyone come and begin to confess?
That Don Trump did created an awful mess
Can't stand him in city standing on each curb
And sure hate hearing his BS out in suburb.
While we were waiting in noisy roller rink
Out of things had been trying to work kink
Each sick soul would totally entirely ignore
Now why would anyone Don want to vote for?

I thought you didn't exist
I thought this was a fictional kiss
Your lips are sweet as candy and fresh as mints
Let's repent and ask for forgiveness I know we have a million sins
A billion friends say we are compatible
Even though some hoes have attitudes
I know in their souls they happy too
Look at our altitude
We could fly with Cupid over mars & Venus
The stars I seen them when I gazed upon your image
This is no scrimmage
No games no days I want to spend without you
No way Jose will I ever doubt that you didn't love everything we learned
From earth to science
To what purse is fake & what preacher is lying
When I'm lost I'm needing your guidance
I need lessons teach me in private
We could make it to heaven if we each spend our time providing our conscious with knowledge
You just an orange on a tree
But so important to me
Rain drops & sunshine
All on the leaves
When fall comes you can fall off with me
I'm just a winner in the wind in the winter
Googled and Bamboozled
When she saw my eyes they both were googled
Causing her to be dumfounded and bamboozled
And then ended up becoming completely baffled
When off all my entire brains had been raffled.
How big of a hint do you ever have to receive?
Before belligerent mind soon starts to believe
After all the drums by many were drumming
Conclusion arrived at was Indians are coming.
Those are really the Cleveland ones that is
More prejudice baseball won't ever miss
Instead what looked like lions in a den
Turned out to be a Washington Redskin.
What to should emblems be the equivalent
And on all team uniforms is officially meant
That they sew on and put on proper display
A reference to Indian no way Jose' today.

A Major Seaport
She sure was such a sweet local librarian
But would always turn into a barbarian;
When I did something that I must confess
Left my table in library a big mess.
Around for a while, I soon started to look
Trying to find an Oak Island history book
Started to surmise and had contemplated
It probably was old and outdated.
Am a good writer who finally is fully grown
Who decided to write book of my own;
After a lot of help and local support
Was published thanks to paper called State Port.
To learn things have to start out as a reader
Of State Port Pilot now a news leader
People who subscribed were in hot pursuit
Of trivia that has highly become in dispute.
What I always wanted to do is wager
My retirement and savings that maybe a major
Seaport could be built in Southport one day
Guess what!!! They would say no way Jose’.

Ma’s New Thanksgiving
tom bell for dinner?
dinner bell for tom bell?
tom bell’s our dear prize turkey
been with us for years
strutting round and round the yard
almost one of us
pa sharpens the axe
but tom bell’s smarter than hell
hides behind the barn
and pa then gives chase
but tom bell’s faster than hell,
pa older than hell
yep! pa gives it up
but none of us can stand ham
chicken? don’t seem right
beef for thanksgiving?
hey! no way, jose, no way!
ma has a new plan
calls it turkasoy
it’s brown and tastes not too bad
we’ll make a fortune!
