Premium MemberTake me to Lothlorien

The basement bulb goes out, I lack a spare
My cat licks my ice cream, I'm OK to share
My laptop gives my face a glow
I'm wrapped up in a magic flow

I imagine leaving the world of men
through Moria to Caras Galadren
float this door to the Arduin shore
reclaim my wonder there once more.

Take me to Lothlorien
I'll meet you in an elven glen
we'll stand on Amroth Cerin
and see our realm, the gem within

Come Pearl Maiden, to that mystic land
Please cross Mirkwood, I'll lend my hand
We'll walk the grass, we'll scale the height
Gain audience with Galadriel the White.

I've only met you online so far
In a fantasy book club, wherever you are
You might live in a basement too
But make it here and I'll meet you.

A! Elbereth Gilthoniel!
silivren penna míriel
o menel aglar elenath,
Gilthoniel, Albaness Tirath.

So take me to Lothlorien
Away from the stressful world of men
We'll share our love of legends made
In this land, we're not afraid.

For Celeborn has the elven ring
He hides this land from the evil king
If you make it here, then I’ll meet you
And hopefully my cat comes too!

Premium MemberMoira

Moria was confident
But not puffed up
No one would have called her proud
Or any other disparaging name

We gravitated toward her quickly and easily
Like ducks to ducklings
or a lioness to her injured cub

Moria’s listening heart was impossible to hide
She was multi-colored, belonging to every race, every culture.
She was pure in thought and deed.
Preconceived notions did not pertain to her.

She was an unknown entity
Unsoiled and unspoiled.
A woman who appealed to everyone
Her heart was cellophane, open to all of us for the taking.

Moria had the ability to relate to people
In spite of their anger or sadness, and possibly because of it.
She had an unbound capacity to love.
We recognized it, and could not stay away.

When the forces fail

                            - catch a moon beam before death

                                    Broken down by grief

The roses grows by night snow

                                     "Soria Moria" ... dream

*The leaders of the eastern and western churches were on Lesbos, Greece, yesterday for to show solidarity with asylum seekers.

The pope was joined by the ecumenical patriarch of the Eastern Orthodox Church Bartholomew I and Archbishop of Athens Ieronymos II.

The religious leaders visited migrants in the camp, Moria. The Pope thanked the Greek people for having welcomed more than a million migrants last year, in spite the economic hardships the Greeks face. Migrants held signs saying "We are Humans"

Transient Hands

I went out knocking
With silver bracelets
Where the mountain's ancient Moria
Bestow a holy wisdom
To all those who have lost their vision
To those who haven't kept their word
Though they strived to fulfill it

I went out, oh my friends
Knocking with silver bracelets
At your backyards in Moria

After the torches were extinguished
After the shovels were broken
At the end of daylight
Where a spectrum of our dreams
Burst apart in sixty-six years of war

I knocked with silver bracelets
To fortify your spirit's strength
To recover hopes and dreams
To remember Moria mountains

As the enemy vanquished
And brightened the stars of their heroes
And my transient hands
Hovered above Moria Mountains!

I saw myself in two salty tears
Knocking with silver bracelets
To restore the sparkle of Moria mountains

Premium Member- East of the Sun and West of the Moon-

Touch my soul and make me whole again
Do you remember when we kissed

I stretch myself to you in my dreams where you are near
You make my heart burn inside with your lovely smile

In distant horizons awaits an adventure both wants to experience
From turmoil to harmony .... that calms my heart

The earth is round our journey can last an eternity together in love
Follow you're heart - and you can never go wrong.

In the rose garden many candles lit - in a heart shape
A glimpse of eternity .... no condemnation

Don’t you ever let the sun go down until you kiss me again

You Shall Fear Me

The scream of evil,
has awoke him.
Deep in that chamber of
fiery hell.
He will slumber no more.
Demon energies bringing Him forth.

Provoked by the promise of pain.
Do you know what has awoke?
You shall fear Him like no other,
for He is the Belrog!

Pounding steps through
the great halls of Moria.
He is coming for me
I feel the heat.

The black pain,
weaving itself into my heart.
Charring my soul,
as He takes me whole.

I shall not pass through the light,
but into the darkness of night
I no longer fear him.
Feeling the demon
I want more!

The blackness of His evil is great.
Fear me,
For I am the Belrog!

Until Durin Wakes

They stopped for a rest upon leaving the dark mines of Moria
A mist of foam surrounded the weary company
Faint runes marked the stone standing behind them
Ruined works of stone were all that remained of the dwarves ancient homeland
Gimli, stout descendant of Durin could not pass without gazing upon the dark waters
of Kheled-zaram
The hobbits went with him, Frodo the Ring bearer and Sam the faithful friend
If Caradhras ad been less cruel Gandalf, wise Isto, might have joined the three pilgrims
Sadly, they walked down the winding road
Into the dale they walked knowing they must be far away by nightfall
The pilgrim's halted by water's edge
With the bright sun above them, they gazed into the dark pool
What did you think, pilgrims?
What entered your minds as you viewed the plumes of white flame in the dark waters of
Kheled-zaram?
Beyond grief we gaze into the waters
Shadowless, our stooping forms await the awakening as we stand lost in thought before a
   crown of stars.
