Apples and oranges are you and me
Both can be sweet and totally fruity
Cherry kisses so soft and free
Dates we embrace celebrating
Emerald eyes drink your shape
Fuchsia cries during love we make
Golden stars seem to serenade
Helium hearts rise like sunny day
Indigo tongue painted by cocktail
Joyfully charmed by you as well
Karma has finally got it right
Loving you silver song sing all night
Maroon moon will hold our dreams
Onyx sky a blanket for kings and queens
Purple poems you inspire so deep
Quoting the divine spirit in mocha me
Red reverie bring you back when apart
Sensual like your touch upon my heart
Teal thunder is the wonderful amethyst art
Umbrella is my fella despite rain so dark
Vibes inside like violets in the garden
We live like turquoise tribe no pardon
X-ray vision eyes see inside and out
Yellow is our happiest day despite clouds
Zulu is in silver spiritual wind blowing now
Apart from the worn stone-step
where drunks still topple
all has changed.
Now a neon glow backlights a plasticized fascia.
In the in the parking lot two blonds face-off.
one has extra-large ear bangles,
and she rattles like a Zulu warrior,
fingers stabbing through cuss-words.
Youths shout
over the clomping-thump
of their car radios.
I used to come here often
I explain to my incredulous wife.
“Good times”, I say unconvincingly.
She won't go in, but I have to pee.
Inside there’s a blaze of corporate ersatz.
In the cramped `gents’,
a die-hard seediness persist.
There’s an old-time essence
of Borax and Vanish..
A condom dispenser (a peeling relic),
links me to a few beery memories.
Let's not brag about begging free
Long gone are the days when tears would drop
We no longer see the light at the end of a tunnel
That s why our eyes are blinded to the truth
As we became night crewers in this cold world
Now we are x men with ragging hope with in
I hope you will be able to tell Wat kind of poem this is
We are like strange doctors who's ability will make you marvel
We have no class rap ! Nor physician captains in America ????
Cause this is Zambia were we only see Mr Zambia
And you vision cant see them unless u are a cyclops they delivered unsaid words of broken Promises
Were we fight like
Unlike Zulu in the battle of the mulatuzi river
Fought for they're right
They traded they're birth right .........
.....so think twice
...Take time to think twice, The haters of joy!
I guess I missed the target In my taught and classes
Looking round my world
To see and hope!
If joy I hope could be clapping In the means of foes!
Hatred grips my grapes
As I soar with sorrows! Finding way to walk
from my mind to soul I saw a deep journey
Tunneling down my dreams With saga and storms
..so let me reintroduce myself
am the last of my kind
I did die i just barred myself in the sands of time hoping some day that I will hear the truth see we were kings and Queens till we turned into slaves in our own houses ??? we are the really misfits we keep shape-shifting like mi stick but we missed the trick the only time we are hero's is when we dream . Cause reality is nothing but a dream ...

"I am because we are," a truth profound,
In Ubuntu's philosophy, our humanity's found.
Our shared existence, interconnectedness so strong,
In unity we thrive, together we belong.
To be truly human, the first maxim shows,
Recognize others' worth, let empathy flow.
Through others, our mirror, humanity's reflected,
Respectful relations bloom, connections perfected.
When choices arise, wealth or life to save,
Opt for life's preservation, the second principle crave.
For human value, far outweighs riches' gleam,
Thus, benevolence and compassion reign supreme.
Even the king’s power, the third tenet’s clear,
Springs from people's will, to whom he owes dear.
His status, a communal gift from voices below him,
Their will becomes his role, to uphold without a whim.
Solidarity's our strength, collectivity’s our might,
A life of sharing, a love life radiating light,
“Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu,” the Zulu recite,
Let’s live Ubuntu's truth, day and night.
UNBEARABLE DARKNESS OF
NEAR VOID
Unbearable darkness of near
Void
when my Heart sits indigo
at the back of my throat
I see no endearing
vacant eyes of guides
grit in joints scream
generational curse
which stubbornly brick
build a house faraway
as mental escape into
limbs to twine around
clean waves caught
on deserted beaches
humans trying to prepare
for something they seek
somewhere in a future
at the tip of a nose
penning Zen water time
So strange this time of change
when we know we cannot
evade justice of timespace
flames of distant dissolution
Galactic Sun calling us to
surrender to its melting
we wonder about other
hands or lashes or meals
listening to Seven Sisters
where comrades pour
gentle wisdom edged
finger tips touching our
cheeks and hair silent
Voices falsely echo
performance plans or
contact counties for
plumbing permissions
make no sense in
coffee cup thoughts
Who are we to question
footsteps in caverns or
in government corridors
corruption or thanksgiving
when these reflect minutes
and themes we passed
some time ago ?
Why do we re-read
lessons for another
like threshing corn
again and again for
bread which is not
for our cutting board
to tolerate their viral
pain in our own swollen
fingers reconfiguring cells
to silence love aching
fluid which will not move
to sleep away until
another wakes
Oh ! Darkness of near
Void
swallow mind, toes, wind
tick every crumb and crime
as love sickles time moving
standing still messaging
Shaka Zulu and his impis
watch resting guarding
a foundation slab hastily
laid as hide and seek
a usual ostrich trick
surfing experiences
God patient nods
“Wait” what else
I ask to sleep in
Darkness of near
Void
cannot instead
caress Awake
as profiles become
particles picnicking
my constancy

Song2024
All I could afford
Was loitering at Stu Wards
Having a draft
Rooty tooty in beer craft
When suddenly
It was not funny
A feeling I was done
No longer welcome
It was twilight gleaming
Star struck with meaning
Then like it was on cue
Supporter fan Echo Zulu
Exclaimed Woo Hoo
Leaving these resentful two
Screaming critically boo boo
This attitude made me leave
After wiping my foul mouth on me sleave
Headed then to an Italian kitchen
Hour close to be witching
Stomach needing protection
Pizza Bianca was the late-night selection
Winning the food fetish election
Took some time
Enjoyed the dine
Before taking a joy ride
No needing a guide
Up the scenic rout
To the twin lights where I was going to shout
From the paved cliff viewing defined Cornish
Making a wish
Dreaming a gigantic fish
Will work with my look
Baited on the photogenic hook
Still at peace
About the decision giving me a release
On their terms
Being concern
Staying firm
What was learned
Feeling burned
Interpreting the modern games rules
Written by fools
Stating to have success
Reported in the press
You need fortune and fame
For everyone to know your name
Standing here I do declare
Showing a glaring stare
Sending out a dare
Stating nothing can compare
Since success came to me fair
And square
Leaving power players professionally scared
When you first hear those fateful words
It hits you like a thunderbolt
Although totally expected
The blood still drains from your face
You sit, disbelieving, shocked, numb
Not quite able to take it in
You ask the usual questions
How long have I got, will it hurt
Is there nothing that can be done
But you know, way down, deep inside
This is it, the end is in sight
The day you dreaded is finally here
That rock and roll lifestyle of old
Has come back to bite your backside
So you ask the only question
That matters to you any more
“Will I be able to eat nuts,
Once the dentures are in, I mean?”
HEAL THY SELF O WOUNDED AFRICA
(no to XENOPHOBIA).
Wake up a voice shouted
You slept like a pregnant woman
While the drum beat of my assagil sounds like trumpet
With fear and deep chill I listened
The ghost of mighty black warrior standing in shiver
As I face the Great Zulu warrior lost in fear
I saw him Shaka cry to the members of Mambers the great Gods of Africa
There before him stands the Mighty Nile in disbelief
With the Niger filled with bloods disagrees to stay calm
The Senegal and the Congo revolted with flood
The orange and the Limpopo grumble and cried as the sky shared their pains with continuous rain pour.
O you failed cried d Zambezi as she invades her neighbors with flood
A knock on my door I heard a voice shout
Speak out for Africa
It is I Kwameh Nkrumah speaking
This is a sacrilegious act echoed the Mighty Zik
When the house is not in order the cockroaches becomes violent
Cried out the anguish voice of Awolowo
From afar I saw a running giant coming with the force of a chariot
Then I heard a voice so mighty was it that the visitors chased it with fear
He a mighty figure decorated and protected by glory of stars
Stood there is burning eyes of anger
Cover in the black glasses with general pride
As curious as a questionnaire
I ventured in to the glorious illusionary scene
Standing before my trembling eyes was The General Abacha in his full stature
Like a Ligtening spark the mighty figure bent his head in shame
As I looked to behold who thou art
There before me I saw The Mighty Mandela in tears of betray
Weep no more thou wounded soul
The thunderous voice of King Sailaise shouted
In council with the great Ghaddafi as furious as
Idi Amin
Sankara frowned like a disgraced old man
While the ghost of Seda Sengho felt it lost its victories like Anthonio lost all his titles
In schock I turned as a firmed hand gently parted my hand
It was a mighty spirit with two heads
It is the heads of the great secretaries
Achebe and Giwa
Handing me a pen a paper
Written on it
Heal thyself O Africa before yesterday bleed to death.
