The time is coming
the dead will soon rise
and devour your family
before you own eyes.
The forgotten wizard
tired of a life in caves
made a dark pact for
the power he craves.
Zombie and vampires from their grave.
A lone warrior stands,
Whos destiny is to save.
With sword and shield he places his faith.
With a stab and a hack
he fought the beasts back
but he is hurt badly
and all fades to black
stone walls and little light
he woke with a fright
and tried to stand in vain
he was hurt and fell to the pain.
He was in a chapel to the wise god
where he prayed to him for help
he was granted shining armor and sword
His mighty god made him to smite the whelp
The undead were strong
but he was a hoss
he killed them all
and showed demons who's boss
blade in hand he made his way
to the massive dark tower
where the necromancers stay
He rallied the soldiers
The barbarians and thieves
the mages and assassins
armed to their sleeves.
He made his own army
their might was astounding
the battle began
with each strike resounding
They fought with all their hearts
stabbing and sliceing
and putting to use their magical arts.
put an end to most of the plauge
But the leader of this blight
in the very tip top
made another demonic rite.
he killed the whole army except for one.
The blessed one stood immune to it all
his armor scratched, his shield long lost,
his sword bloodied alone he stood tall
The Paladin from now he would be known
The wizards fear stood true.
he cast his spell to little effect
he was soon run through
his soul then was claimed.
Beaten and wounded in the worst way.
he walk out of the tower into morning light
he fell to his knees and began to pray
for his army, his brothers, his men
may the gods above to take them all in
Again all things went black
he was gone this time
there was no coming back
he sat next to the gods in the sky
everyone rejoiced and everyone cried
the darkness was gone and many lived
and just as many had died
They saved the day
and yet lived on
in a way
the songs sang and tales told
The paladin was brave
the paladin was bold
the paladin was a savior
for the young and the old

Why do I bother being truthful
When everyone I meet seems so hateful
They wonder why I don’t talk about my former life
If they want to see the pain i've known
Just look into my eyes
You will see the millions of tears i’ve cried
And you wonder why I hide
Behind these dark and lonely eyes.
I’m alone because it’s the only time I feel safe
I still run and hide in that special place
I feel like a child
Afraid of the dark
I don’t want sympathy
And I don’t need any more sorrow
When I go out i am tall and proud
I stand out in the crowd
Then they see these lonely dark eyes
And they think to them selves
Why a young man cries.
At this time, life is good as I crack a smile
It’s a cover for this lonely man inside
I’ve been that low I often wish I had died
When I went away to fight for my pride
I’m still fighting
A personal fight battling with nightmares every night
I want to tell people how I really feel inside
But will they break down and cry
We all feel sorrow we all know pain
But why is mine, here to stay
I have fought off illness
But still I hurt inside
I’ve got my life organised
Please what ever you do
Don’t ask me what goes on behind these dark and lonely eyes
Because I will only smile and tell you lies
You wont believe the secrets hidden behind these lonely eyes
Two years have passed
Now the day has arrived
The dark now rules
For the lights in deprive
The white angels in capture
Taken to the depths
Hades has become them
Manacled and reft
Redded eyes in the dark
Peer from their bleak
To ogle these white angels
For centuries they seek
Up above on the surface
On this orb called earth
The dark angels fly
To distribute their mirth
A world once full of colour
Living and bright
Has been transformed into darkness
Left raped, left in blight
Slowly his legions
With their piercing red eyes
Will rise to the surface
Where he will hear their cries
Master of darkness
It has taken many years
To draw their light to your dark
As we live of their fears
We hail you oh dark one
For our year has arrived
Twenty twelve is upon us
For centuries we contrived

This land is the purchase of our sweat
The commodity of our blood
The legacy of ancestral death
The stem that holds our bright visions bud
We shall not surrender it, or cease
To make our inheritance
Here strong, nor cower the least
From dark might and blind arrogance
This land is where our first breath was drawn
The salt that keep firm our veins
The quest of our golden dawn
The balm of borrowed grief and dark pains
Will you provoke our ire then, ignite
Our kindred wrath and freedom
That we won disdain, and spite
The progress wrought? Courage ne'er succumb
To hideous deeds, nor wane of will
To fight the wicked distaste
Of human value and waste,
For our land will not hesitate to kill
Then let God and history judge us
And absolve us if we sin
When our Maroon hearts shall win
But dare not shall we yield one shred of sacred trust!
A spider swings by single thread
Back and forth within my head
To the threads the questions stick
Answers there, which one to pick
Ghostly fingers come and play
At my thoughts they pluck away
The Ravens eye it blinks of blood
I see no light from where I'm stood
Within the web sit truth and lies
Complexed mesh of lows and highs
Shadows dark and take control
Black my heart and tar my soul
This night a dark and arid place
Where iced tears run an ever pace
Where sins prick and haunt me so
Where the bile boils to overflow
Once the warrior am now in pieces
Guilt and shame and war still polices
Am the jigsaw with a part missing
Endless hours of purgatory kissing
Medals, honours fill the drawer
The Ravens eye asks what for.
