Everyday Enlightenment

Your reaction to any moment in time
Is dependent on your true understanding and acceptance of oneself

Instinctively we react to our own perceptions proving that all variables
That have occurred, do occur and will occur
Are simply frivolous in nature…random or happen for a reason
What do you believe…

To respond to one’s perception will create a foundation
To categorize the positive and negative experiences in your life
These provoked moments also supply a true test to the laws of Karma…

What lies within your soul consciousness
The layers of inner peace
That have been etched in time
Running parallel to your personal growth…

The unprovoked moments
The stillness of time
The emptiness of your thoughts and physical space
An unprecedented inner strength

Within oneself there is a core of values that can be optimistically limitless…
A positive force of energy
If you believe…in virtues over vices
And the concept of Nirvana does exist…

It is the anticipation of trepidation when seeking such a complex truth
Your spiritual upkeep must be consistent and cared for
Or you will simply lose your way
To the reactions of your own life passing by…

To view yourself before enactment is more powerful than a premonition…
Envision all moments and variables before they happen
To foresee your positive and negative reactions…
Is to sustain congruence and learn bountifully

This accomplished energy would be your EVERYDAY ENLIGHTENMENT…

Somebody I used to know

Today I was asked to think of something nice to do for myself everyday
But I couldn't,
I froze I couldn't think of a single nice thing I'd want to do
I literally had nothing to say,

My suggestions covered good deeds for others but they didn't consider me,
Then it dawned on me
That I don't consider myself as worthy
Apparently

I don't value my upkeep in any format whatsoever,
So I dont actually care about me,
Which is heartbreaking in reality,
Somewhere along the line I lost that happy go lucky me,

Who is this person who now stands before me,
I do not recognise her anymore,
Nor does anyone else for that matter
This new persona isn't at all familiar,

I only wish I could go back to happier times,
But I feel trapped
Staring at somebody I used to no
A stranger who's lost and alone where's the girl I used to no!

Automobile Blues Fuels Exhausting Lament

Automobile blues fuels exhausting lament...

Indicator light signaling door(s) ajar
least significant issue concerning
2009 Hyundai Sonata car
applauded craftsmanship darn exemplar,
thus said vehicle deserves favorable avatar,

nonetheless vehicular maintenance
exceeds king's ransom by far
takes lion's share comprising regular
costs of living bar
none versus stream lined budget

regarding: accommodations,
food, medical coverage... far,
and away much more amenable
regarding no frills bizarre
lifestyle of yours truly plus costar

ring the missus, (who lacks
income unearned or otherwise)
our saving grace courtesy avuncular
Uncle Sam, he electronically deposits
social security disability embar

hissing mendicant wannabe
mental illness exacerbated
meting scant monies weakens flimsy pillar
buttressing minimalist existence par
for the course financial angst

ratchets psychological radar
impending crisis looming me... war
reed upkeep with automobile
which additionally includes... Omar
dog: lapsed emission/ inspection

passenger right side tire slow leak,
like gray matter of former scholar,
whose accomplishment
less substantial than agar
on petri dish loathes

his tractless doomed station,
nor his he advocate being a beggar,
yet series of unfortunate events
(thank ye Lemony Snicket)
bedrock steadfast credo secular

humanist never doth waver
amidst adversity though
perpetually unmoored buoy
weighed and zee gull live insular
lives bitterly weathering
psychic pestilential buggar.

How Sad

7/3/22

Still mulling
Soon to be culling
Something always pulling
The same can be said for lulling
As well as constant gulling
With little if any way of nulling
From neglect sharpened objects began dulling

In a cage, behind a fence or unleashed
Still a bunch of sheep
One creep sunk teeth
Now the victim's family must weep
Rarely getting much sleep
It's been years not just some week
Does little good to just cheat
The answers run deep
But they do not come cheap
What was once bleak
Turned into treasure instead of a junk heap
Truth be told, it takes a lot of upkeep

Wow man
It's really gotten out of hand
Nearly everything is now a scam
Done through a screen and with a mousepad
How sad
Many in power still corrupted walking around like a proud man
For a long time, I was down bad

Took a tougher stance
Then I discovered that
It's a continual puppet dance
All these s get rich off other's backs
Slip up you'll go under fast
Not getting another chance
As they attempt to cover tracks
In comes a younger cat
Occasionally got to where need be by way of hovercraft

Pilgrims' Open Pretense

Funny but the true cure, sickness admires.
That embodies joy which environmental service inspires,
To continuing its selfless humanity upkeep...
Which birthed our artistry: pens weep.

Blushing worries silent babies' trials to speak.
Inner mutterings key, fear demands seek-
How hens never wish to travel high.
Aren't they truly born to fly?

Not until been tempted; hunting chicks
For foods to make eaglets eagles
That only resulted to sensational flying conflicts,
Sometimes out of many fearful chickens like seagulls.

Dare to be, may be for real.
Dare to see, not in sin or for deal.
Be thy own cover, for chilling breeze.
Be thy sunny night, heat heals at ease.

Premium Member A well

So few have ever understood me on a level well; so deep
Even less have I let witness my tears as they seep
They come forth in the darkness while others sleep;
Thoughts of you can be so elating when they creep
Finding the way out of them, climbing a chasm so steep
The glory amongst them is the harvesting I shall reap.
For the memory of that golden gaze, it is the one I shall forever keep.
It's within this lifetime; to love you is my most daring leap.
She takes hold, and then my strongest feelings sweep
To find a way to support her love, a life's goal, I must upkeep
Failing you is not an option, for if I did, filling a sorrowful well, I would forever weep.

Mere Minutes Into May Sixth 2019

Mere Minutes Into May Sixth, 2019

Heron entombed within b44 man cave
at Highland Manor Apartments sitting
in catbird seat after shower and shave
attuned to silence permeating airwave
wondering what comprises silence music

to these keenly attuned ears as agave
tastes sweet on tongue curious just now
if those hard of hearing or deaf crave
distinct absence, albeit low toned hum,
sans various appliances buzzing this knave,

who relishes solitude and absolute quiet
though this facility, most appeal aye rave
constitutes very minimal cost courtesy
rental assistance, which provides us to save,
(that plural includes missus) feels a slave

hidebound to maintain tidiness, lest we
find ourselves homeless prospect I stave
off (just barely), analogous keeping wild
animal at bay, though grim prospect suave,
and debonair "FAKE" facade I don trumpet

merely self employed to distract grim fate,
which loomed large months few months gone
necessitated third automotive, repair spate
chilly linkedin (racking ma pinion), asper our
2009 Hyundai Sonata (sedan) original parts

(battery included) amazingly last years behave
ving admirably despite slew of upkeep sending
checking account into intensive care, a grave
situation kickstarting precarious mental health
(amazing how being penniless - dirt poor) brave

driver cannot withstand blistering maintenance
costs sustaining car, more money versus engrave
van tombstone, and more painful experiencing
a negative checking account balance, thus fave

veering disliking existential hardship, where entrenched
panic attacks (despite pharmaceutical magic) death gave
enticing option, cuz quotidian struggle undermines
affinity to enjoy life, liberty, blah blah to thrave.

Without Petals

~~~To Be Unadorned or bare~~~
Like a lone rose left unattended in a garden;
my beautiful petals were carried off by the
scorn of the midday storm__til only my
thorns remained.
Angered by the disarray of my form__I found
no love for my guardian, my caretaker,
or the earth that roots me.
For hours I laid barren and weak of spirit
until man yielded unto my helplessness and
sort after my estranged petals... For what
is a rose without its' petals? But an unsightly
thorny stem; to give thee nay___
of its' sweetly scented touch?
I pray thee__ remember thee thus. If you
pick a rose__it is yours not only to keep,
but to upkeep! Let not thy earthly concerns
forfeit thee__thine best of treasures...!
{A woman is the rose of which you need not give}
THE Pitfalls of Pretty
Is like being
"Tall and that's all"
The Boys want
the Girls want..
No one wants to
pay
Upkeep
Fee..
No maintenance
I am free.
Cheap
Just say
"Pretty please."
to Please me..
And I am yours.
Eager and desperate
To let my pretty please
you.
All I have is my
PRETTY
I need to
To retain
MY pretty.
To keep the pretty,
Pretty.!
Pretty soon my pretty
is disappeared,
And no pretty
attitude established
No pretty personality
developed...
Pretty is now pretty
Petty,shaky and shabby.
Has built no Character ,
No substance
on which to stand.
So she falls into the pitfalls
Of being Pretty ...and that's all
