Maybe a role reversal is in order here
And us guys could take it or leave it
Whatta mind-blowing experience that would be
The ladies simply couldn't conceive it

Exciting? You ain't just whistling Dixie
There's a stirring deep down in my loins
Quite sexual in nature or my jockeys are too tight
Sometimes I let out a few oinks

Sure would be great to see how that works
To turn the tables on the ladies
I'd say, “I have a bad headache, maybe December
Right now I'm baking some pastries”

Can you just imagine the look on their faces
They'd start to grovel and whimper
“It's already August, not too too long to wait
Before you know it, it'll be winter!”

See, my dear sweeties! How do you like it
To be at the other end of the dial
Cant't tell you how much fun that would be
I'd never be able to wipe off the smile

Amidst the chaos and conventions
The political ads with evil intentions
The truth was twisted and left to die
Watch the rich man laugh and the poor man cry
We had conservatives in our youth
Who had some connection to the truth
Power and greed, corruption and deceit
Have taken the battle into the street
Represent the people, they no longer can
losing connection to the common man
He's still conservative but he no longer buys
Assaults on the White House with innuendo and lies
He fears that the truth may never be found
Lost in the minds of leaders unsound
To win at the polls regardless of cost
Even if the country is lost
To rebuild a nation with the economy broken
Cannot be cured by lies that are spoken
Better ideals and integrity sought
The truth will bring a reversal of thought.

The actual twisting of the truth by Lyin' Ryan at the RNC
was an embarrassment to any American.

The Wounded Lion

The provocation was unfounded
Yet Roy couldn't understand why
His beloved decided to slap him

Roy for the first time in his life
Has just received a slap from a she
Seething he hides the lion barely
Leaves with grace seething with rage

Satient for now his knowledge is complete
He has just bee vindicated and he knows it
Earlier that morning Roy was shedding tears
Scouts don't joke with lions.. Roy vindicated

ROY.. Is fully armed now he wields the shield
Defender turning villain he can taste his anger
A defining moment he turns and executes
Executes the forbidden military move - wields

The lion is armed with- 'ngungi'
On his back the forbidden shield
The eagles tail at a distance
Its a near blood bath

At the last moment roy executed the reversal
Executes the reverse move stopping the force
With his own body... the 'ngungi' is contained
Roy now wield's the powerful shield

IME wields the katana glint of silver
Defender you just passed the test
To wield the most powerful shield
In the defense of your people...

The bottled fury - anger
Dont joke with lions - advice
Boy scout honour.. prvt Srek

The test scores are worse than they've ever been
How can these kids expect an American Dream
Most Democracies buried in debt
individuals max their credit, also a bad bet.

Our military is outmanned and outgunned
China can build 200 ships when we build one.
Their hypersonic missiles can sink our carrier fleet
Their allies round the world can make the job complete.

Their kids master science and math
Here kids fail at logic, no upward path
Their elite are engineers, ours have law degrees
We block things, they have world class factories.

Frenchmen riot, want to retire before age 65
Once the state gives, reversal efforts don't survive.
Politicians keep promising, budgets keep growing
Stagnation grows too; we reap what they're sowing.

Leaders ignore what their citizens want
We don't want an influx of the intolerant
Chinese don't have race riots, or student spies
It doesn't matter that propaganda tells lies.

We thought there'd be balance, assumed, not told
The media, academia, the center would hold
Movies would vary, opinions too
You wouldn't be shot dead, that's what savages do.

So, did the Republic fail that the founders made?
Will totalitarians leave our legacy in the shade?
It doesn't look good now, in a row allies fall
To Jihad or Karl Marx, who yet hears freedom's call?

I Have Dignity

If you knew, you would understand.
If you cared, you'd try.
If you don't you're underhand,
so why not tell me goodbye.

I am not a stepping stone.
I am not a temporary thing.
I am not here to make you smile,
or for your bias happiness to bring.

This is life not just a test.
This is no rehearsal.
This is over for the best,
how about that for a reversal.

If it is given then give some back.
If it is beautiful share it.
If it is broke then let it be,
do not provoke nor dare it.

Farewell to you half heartedly.
Farewell to you ex lover.
Farewell for I have dignity,
and now I must recover.

The March of Us

A time that possesses my introspections,
          contributes a pastime,
      noting parents made donations,
                    ~The March of Dime.

That coinage seemingly flipped from then to now,
          new technology prime,
      trials social media vow
                    ~The March of Time.

Hollywood legends are noxious, paid, and made
          silver screen pantomime,
      chaos begets morals decayed,
                    ~The March of Crime.

Protect the innocence from the innocent,
          offbeat nursery rhyme,
      as to culture spiral descent,
                    ~The March of I'm.

The motivation for our rebelliousness,
          increased in our lifetime,
      reversal roles to righteousness
                    ~The March We Climb.

Abracadabra: New Form REVISED

I have cast a spell o'er thee, wicked one,
Owning, demon clings to our heart and soul,
Tis our love, our hope, together, we're free,
We were young, our life of good hath begun,
Yet thou took thee o'er and away from thee,
Though act's thoust do, sayeth father to son,
Retaliate -- thy consequence thoust cope,
Set thy ship and sail, begone, for thoust won,
Alas, bonds freed, flit darkness lost control,
Together, we're free, tis our love, our hope,
Thy shine gloweth, giveth reason for Sun.

Morris Jackson “Mo” Brooks
To a senate race looks;
Trump has rescinded,
Chances now ended?

Katie Britt
Makes my teeth grit.
Oh well, God bless her,
Shelby successor.

Mike Durant
Vote issue, recants
Some say reversal
Endorsement rehearsal

----------

*Mo Brooks, a sitting U.S. representative from Alabama's 5th congressional district, is taking a run at the senate seat being vacated by Richard Shelby's retirement. Early on, he was critical of Donald Trump, and also vocal in his agreement with Mike Pence that the election could not be overturned. For this, he may suffer the wrath of Alabama voters through a barrage of political attack ads from Katie Britt, his main opponent until Mike Durant, a later entry in the race, started surging.

*Katie Britt formerly clerked for Richard Shelby, who is retiring from a long-time career as a U.S. senator from Alabama. She's carefully positioned herself as a Trump conservative through a blitz of ads covering Mo Brooks' early criticisms of Trump. Her voice seems very "affected" on her commercials...

*Mike Durant is running for U.S. Senator for Alabama to replace Richard Shelby. Initially, clearly indicated we needed to "move on" when asked about 2020 campaign fraud. Now that Trump has rescinded his endorsement of Mo Brooks, appears to be reversing his former position. Speculation is that he's "simping" for a nod from Trump...

STARMAN

STARMAN

I return, but it may be the last time here
My voice ignored, my advice not taken
This last opportunity for all of humanity
Mark my words they do not lack clarity
My visits are not to seek any popularity
To my warning, surely you must awaken
When another comes, you will know fear

Some consider me an angel, but I’m not
A time traveller, just follow my directive
As a concerned messenger from the stars
Appearing to you as one of many avatars
From other distant galaxies, not just Mars
I retain more than one global perspective
Space is very cold but a supervova is hot

Please believe me when your future I tell
You’ve one last opportunity for reversal
The human race may have run its course
Many fake leaders you must not endorse
Ignore my warnings, you’ll feel the force
The life this world gives is not a rehearsal
As all of you by now, have heard of Hell

Is life itself merely a matter of perspective?
Does cogitation dwarf the poet's reflexive?
If only my words could spread across the paper.
Build a punter world faded from a barren taper.

Has tied together details with his utterance.
This ringed world is bathed in such radiance.
There, as it blazed, the finest fury was sown.
The glories of lofty notions must be shown.

His clever mind shows words to shove.
The fading sun's beams, the genesis of love
Spur one's heart to beat with goodness.
The globe's first torn-and-wrung governess

Or daydreams when yield is in full flow.
The width of this real mental orbit grows.
the same as in this busy, boisterous space.
My mind rises, free of servitude in place.

It might happen with each passing year.
My name, my life, and my manner endear.
And amid the dust of a poet's silent rest,
Maintain contact with the wise and best!

Exert one obedient deed in one fading hour.
Or heal a fading face with a genuine flower.
My lines are fortunate despite a tight scope.
for their nimble date, on the apex and slope.

Still, this verse is my finest leisure option.
It follows a sly path across the attraction.
One time only, deny a brood urge to revive.
Chase only a sigh or lull a worry not alive.

From brick and frame to flowery blitheness.
Our walks have bred humility and forgiveness.
While conversing, I softly stroked your face.
He commands us to protect this holy place!
