Living Without the Horrible Thought of Dying

Ah! Being separated from life was always a demise,
not letting me enjoy another surprise!
Now, this attitude has totally changed,
and all thoughts have been revised and rearranged.

Living without the horrible thought of dying
has finally shown me the logical part of living:
that the right way to live is giving freely, not thinking with a programmed brain
that progress has created since it invented the word, " Profit " to drive us insane.

Ah! I kicked the Moirai in their weakest spot,
making them flee through the dark labyrinth's corridors
where many get stuck and can't get out!
Eh, fate who are you to decide who opens and closes doors?

Oh, isn't it a big relief not to face death in its horrendous state at an early age,
but continue living with the hope than no disease will haunt this healthy body?
When all the thinking has been done, frightening death will hold no power over me,
and slipping into the peaceful night...is like going to sleep, turning the final page.

Premium Member I Seek To Love You

I seek to love You for Yourself,
not for the profit I will gain;
if prison walls are all I know,
my love should grow and never wane.
Within myself I have not strength
to love You, Lord, the way I ought;
but if I yield my all to Thee
then You can do what I could not.

I love You, Lord, no more than I
love those who closely share my life;
and if at them I take offense
or pleasure find in any strife,
I have not learned to love at all.
So often I have failed the test
when most I thought I really loved;
Lord, I would learn Your way is best.

I must have You! Oh, more and more,
I need Your presence in my heart;
I cannot have too much of You!
It seems I've just begun to start
to know the fullness of Your life.
Your way of love is far too high
for my poor heart to comprehend.
I need Your love; my love must die.

So love Yourself, my God, through me,
and may my life a channel be
where love in rivers, calm and clear,
Flows on in true simplicity.
Cut deep the gorge within my heart;
the stony contents wear away.
let fountains of Your love and joy
burst forth and brighten someone's way.

Mauna Loa Volcano & Kilauea Sister Volcano

The political and spiritual symbolism of Mauna Loa’s historic eruption
“We’re seeing new land, new geographical features being born right in front of our eyes, and there is no power — no human power — that can stop it or can deter it,” one Native Hawaiian scholar said.

“The Native people have been saying this isn’t your place to extract and profit from anymore,” said Kaniela Ing, co-founder of Native Hawaiian-focused organization Our Hawaii and a former state legislator. “You don’t have authority to shape our sacred lands.”

The eruption, Ing said, “is Pelehonuamea saying, ‘They’re right. My people are right.’”

The deity Pele, often referred to as “Tutu Pele,” or Grandmother Pele, has been regarded as an ancestor who “creates new land” as hardened, molten lava adds to the surrounding terrain.

— KU’UALOHA HO’OMANAWANUI, AUTHOR OF “VOICES OF FIRE: REWEAVING THE LITERARY LEI OF PELE AND HI’IAKA.”

Mauna Loa, on the island of Hawai’i and alongside the dormant, snowcapped volcano Mauna Kea, is expected to continue erupting for weeks. Thus far, the lava flow has significantly slowed and does not pose a threat to communities, the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency said. However, authorities expect it to eventually reach Daniel K. Inouye Highway, which is less than four miles away, in roughly a week or more.

The Cloud In the Sky

The dry thick clouds with its mystified sound lies in the middle of the sky with a message that the heaven is pregnant with the clouds
And the city is spinning around in over beaten town with wonders all around. The sun is buried beneath the skies, and you must hurry before it dies, the heat is spilling shock waves into the street and the story is almost complete, it is still hard for some to believe that
destiny is complete and when the spirit is revealed your heart will bleeds. I feel tears springing up in my eyes and rain clouds are standing by.I am not crying but my emotion is reeling, the sky with all its decree is saturating in its own misery in a town that is filled with hypocrisy. Here I am gazing at it and saying to myself what the hell is lying beneath that unseen presipit a dollar or a dime that is also fine. And when the day is done everything will turn out to be fun.
What is really transpiring in this town you must top and look
carefully around. The bible speaks of the last days when th heaven will part away and the very elect will go astray. It is already happening
and many of them are hiding in the bushes, you crave for the moment
when the courses will show the side that is moving along with the tide. Many of them preach about it but they still do not understand it. The narrow roads are crowded with traffic and the earth is shaking with its own profit, the cars are streaming along and my heart is singing a merry song. I can feel the temperature raising and my passion is breaking and the whole world is shaking. How could they not understand the message that is dancing in the sky, and scroll is floating around with a pitch that looks like a night gown. The distance in the cave and the mountain buried beneath the grave, the whistle and the blower the night and the shower are waiting patiently for the night to fall and they will hear the final call and at midnight everyone will stand tall and you will experience it all.

Accountant

We love to make lists,
To describe, name, number.
How can it have value,
If not on my list.
As logger I stand
Before the green forest,
The numbered trees
Are ones to cut.
The forest cut down
Is only to me
Bigger box to live in,
A shiny new car,
The species I slaughter
Are not for my count,
They appear on
Another mans list.

Naturalists say
We'll not care to,
Protect animals
We're not taught
To love.
But lists stand appalled
At life in the forest,
So long they peter
In our dismay,
Jaguar, Lemur
Capybara, Agouti
Blue Morpho Butterfly,
Tree Toed Sloth.
Tapirs, Ocelots
Even Kin Ka Jous,
Countless insects
Eagles and bats.
Scarlet Macaw,
Reptiles, amphibians,
Snakes and lizards
Too many to count.
Epiphytes, bromeliads
The Bougainvillaea
Ferns, moses, lichens,
Quite without number.
Two thirds of flowering
Plants are found
In rainforests
Going on lists adinfinitum
But do you really care.

Capitalist drivers
Economy must grow
Making it cheap
To maximise profit.
Palm oil a desert
Hard wood for looks
Till next years fashion
Changes the rolls.
Who can make lists
Play the accountant,
If the bottom line
Only shows human worth.
How many species are
Bought for ten dollars,
Balanced in columns
Of profit and loss.
What accountants
Hand or eye could
Frame the aeons
That go to create
The beauty
Of the ecology of life.

Tiny movement
On the wicker chair
Jumping spider
Catches the eye,
Instant spring
Strand to strand.
All its being
Compact perfection,
Taut intent
In the moment of life.
Awed to wonder
Begs the question,
How can anyone
Cut the rainforest
That I learn is,
Though never will see.

Premium Member Reality of War

I hear the mournful sorrows of war.
The sight of destruction brings its horror.

Come forth is the belittling of another man.
Incomprehensible hateful anger, they band.

Loved ones painfully shred our fragile hearts.
Mournful cries as we lay to rest the departed.

Our lives are currency; we mean so little to them.
They will relish and gleefully profit to no end.

Lords of war will manipulate and control our minds.
They divide us all, for they are cruel with words so unkind.

Remnants of moral courage fade into the night.
Dreams of innocent death wake the afflicted with fright.

We are enslaved in fear of their violent oversight.
Soon, the hidden truth will bring in a vengeful light.

We are many as truth binds us in beautiful, loving unity.
Even one candle lit will reveal the truth for others to see.

We are now free.

Political Shenanigans

Political shenanigans
Will finger pointing ever end
Not until the one who's pointing
Has no reason to defend

Whether verbally or visually
If finger pointing comes your way
It's either profit or distraction
That they hope will make their day

The candidates and media
Self-absorbed and ego pent
Whatever suits their fancy
However twisted and/or bent

Nothing is protected
Whether it was done or not
If you are involved with politics
A pig in mud is what you've got

I'm sure that there are honest ones
Who begin with open eyes
They've come to clean up politics
At least the parts we all despise

So they run and are elected
Our best interest in their heart
Most soon are trying out the mud
Sling a little do their part

Then wonder how they got there
Lied and cheated just a bit
The establishment pulled me right in
I tried to fight but had to fit

If I am reelected
So much better I will do
I promise I will straighten out
And be there just for you

Gift

Having multiple friends is not the case study,
Having the one that stands by you in all times is the best,
the one you look at and smile ,
Her name is gift.

Cool, intelligent, beautiful and amazing,
She stands by you in the rain,
In profit and in loss,
Her name is gift.

Her goals are as high as the mountain,
That's a true friend, gives you hopes of tomorrow,
Even if everything seems rough,
Her name is gift.

Quite annoying but it does inspire me,
Being in the toilet could be her second way of inspiration,
I could talk about her, and the pages would get filled,
I'll save the rest for tomorrow.

What Really Matters

When I look around I see a world filled with sin

People satisfying their own desires that they have deep within

Living life like there's no tomorrow

Smoking and drinking, trying to remove their sorrow

What does it profit a man if he gains everything in life

It makes no sense if He doesn't have Jesus Christ

We don't worship gods made with gold or wooden pieces

We worship the one true God, His name is Jesus

And the truth is you can't handle us

Coz in Christ, we are more than conquerors

So don't follow this world, don't go with the flow

All of that is trivial, just so you know

What matters is where you spend eternity

So humble yourselves in front of the God Almighty

Don't stand with your head held high, get down on your knees

Coz God doesn't care about your status, it's your heart that He sees

Delight yourself in the Lord and He will grant the desires of your heart

And that's what I've been trying to say from the start

How Unlikely Was Freedom Throughout History

The irresistible force removed the object
the unmovable slave trade always a profit
always forever a normalised project
so why would Britannia be willing to stop it

why would you pay just to give them away
purchase the product to cease without pay
for the sake of a debt that centuries stay
for no return no gain but to change the day

freedom is freedom through miracle alone
it came from nowhere and was the unknown
take it for granted and still those would own
how unlikely the ending that we have all known

One power, would be, one historically,
if not for Britain ruling the sea,
the way of the human, still slavery,
no other power ever set us free!
