Start now knowing joy,
that’s an order,
overcome a deepening solitude.

Like a bee at a bugle
or me at the deli
on Third Avenue.

I said to Joe when do you think this weather will break?
He jokes, April.
That’s no joke. Weak creatures die and the strong barely survive.

Half a year goes by
another cancer checkup.
Cheer up. Any weather’s

better than no weather at all.
There’s always governance
even when there is no government.

My candidate drops out
after Iowa. Why do I always lose
at politics and poker?

Peace at last!
No lawnmowers, no leafblowers.
Big comfy couch.

Meditate on this: Do what has to be done.
Find your lover gazing at the moon
and take your garbage to the dump.

Your web site evaporates
and your possessions are thrown in the dumpster
except your trumpet which finds its way to a future trumpeter.

Redemption

.. . Expectation....Preoccupation.. Limitations. We all got these..... . . ....Perception...............Obsessions.......deceptions..... .everyone gives in to those...... ....
Possessions.. . .....Confessions.................Definitions....everyone wants those... Is this why everything seems to decompose .... There's a lesson here. I suppose .... We need to look to those that know.....learn live and adjust....and see how it goes.. Gotta remember how to trust.....instead of giving in to the sins of greed and lust........
.. .. . Expectations. ...Preoccupation .... Limitations........Everyone has some. . . ....Perceptions...obsession...........deceptions.....everyone lives with them........ ....
Possessions.. . .....Confessions............, ...Definitions.....everyone wants those... perceptions....Deception....everything seems to decompose .... There's a lesson here. I suppose ....
Need to remember our neighbor ....
Not always look at things as emotional labor.....and bad behavior....and remember to give......give love to the lord our savior.......Believe me our souls are in danger....things are gonna get stranger.. And stranger....and stranger
. . Expectations.....preoccupations ....Limitations.. Everyone has some. . . ....Perceptions....deceptions....obsessions..........everyone lives with them........ ....
Possessions.. . .....Confessions..................Definitions....everyone wants those... Is this why things decompose .... There's a lesson here. I suppose ....what do you....what do you propose ..I guess I'll have to wait and see how it goes

Thanks I Owe

We boarded a train to King's Cross
with connections to Gatwick and onward.
Just passed Thirsk I noticed a loss.
Where was my briefcase? I felt kippered.

No tickets. No passports. What next?
We'd have to get off at York and return
to Northallerton. I was utterly vexed.
Then we found Kevin and shared our concern.

He told us the time (also the platform)
just half-an-hour hence. How I was chilled
numb with anxiety, lost in a storm,
would all we had planned for not be fulfilled?

Then Kevin found us, explaining he'd phoned
Northallerton ticket office – it was there.
Our holiday was no longer postponed;
what relief. There wasn't even a fare,

for Kevin countersigned both our tickets.
Off to Canada we were on our way.
Arriving home it was time for credits,
how to thank Kevin for saving the day?

So the rail company's website I found
but only a form for complaints to make.
There I conveyed our gratitude profound
for Kevin's support after my mistake.

But who was the stranger who handed in
my valued possessions for safe keeping?
               never to know
               the thanks I owe.

Premium Member Corruption

CORRUPTION
As the tree branch its hands to collect wind
So do men branch out their hand to offer and collect my willingly.
Sweetness, and bitterness of life are my darkness works
Those who eat from me are those singing the song- let’s stop corruption.
Who can say, am the cause of drought in all nations?
Everywhere, echoes of your senseless possessions, crimpled the lands
Look inside you, you will see corruption seed happily growing.
Colour of skins, no longer fear but trend on my path.
Some kill to magnified me; some are roped into my wide name.
The mouth of the corrupted wants me stop for better life
Better life they never intended for any living souls

I am  everywhere: in the  church, in the mosques, in the families, in the schools;
Even in the bedroom of individual. I am there.
As the nose stood on the face, so do I; in your mind
What you do not need; you do have them.
You give birth to me daily in your blood and tongue
Your eyes sees me and glued to me.
To end me, is to end all humanities; all have corrupted.
Who can says am not part of him or her?
The only truth in your mouth is me.
I am the bedrock of distinct colour’s economy
I made them rich and kept others borrowers.
I made some rich, I made some rotten in jail, while some are permanently poor.
Famine, marginalisation, mass death; strengthen my existence and co-existence.
I walk through dispensations till date.

Those who enjoyed me pervert the course of justice and fairness
Oh, thou that eat from my table, why do thou want me sentence?
Has thou considered: your husband, wife, children and friends who I fed fat?
I have come to stay in this world  since man never think to stop wanting more;
You called me corruption, but I called you my seed.
I am god to the rich and enemy to the poor.
If I smile to your faces or hands , no one can resist and flee
I gummed your eyes and palms as the fluid in the bone.
I am due for legalisation and honour
honour me as you do for those I made.
Having headaches daily on how to end me
never stop me from living in the heart of men.
I need recognition; sign ne into law worldwide.

The Deadly Seven

Which one is your chosen poison?
I dare you to say none
But both you and I know
Out of seven there will be one
Let's go through them one at a time
Come to a possible solution
For if you're going to go to hell
At least know for which Deadly Sin
Are you always yearning for something?
Possessions or wealth, do you feel a need?
Constant thoughts of want on your mind
All bought out by Greed
Sumptuous feasts with plenty to consume
Indulging in delights with no company
Excessively eating more than is required
Extravagance brings with it Gluttony
Desires that need fulfilment
Thoughts and actions to some disgust
Craving pleasures of the body
Satisfying the craving of Lust
What someone else has do you desire?
Think you're better than many?
Jealousy to some it is known
That green eyed monster Envy
Unwilling to get too physical
Lazing around like a loath
Failure completing that which is required
Characteristics common with Sloth
Always in a rage, seeking out revenge
A vindictive nature enabling you to bash
Extreme anger coupled with hate
A furious temper known as Wrath
Belief that you are superior
Always feeling very self satisfied
Called vain on many occasions
This arrogance is Pride
No one is perfect these sins are proof
But now you can try to dispel
Behaviour and actions of any given sin
You may even stay out of hell!

Premium Member Potting Shed

Seven years
I’ve tucked ‘em away
Seven years
Been hoarding it all
Seven years
For a rainy day
Seven years
Better get on the ball

Potting shed, potting shed
Gonna build me a potting shed
Potting shed, potting shed
Tears to the eyes of the newlywed
Potting shed, potting shed
Joy in the garden and all the beds
Potting shed, potting shed
Planting and potting, that’s what she said

A fool and his barns
In the back of my mind
A fool and his barn
Been storing too much
A fool and his barns
Lord’s words weren’t kind
A fool and his barns
His possessions a crutch

The one barn is full now
Seen this coming with dread
With all that I’ve hoarded
Need to build me that shed
Better keep this one smaller
Don’t build bigger, He said
Hope my life’s not required
See the dawn here instead

Don’t assume, and don’t presume
Just because you’re making room
Might be building your very own tomb
But springtime’s coming, get ready to bloom

Bleeding Tears In My Skinbottle

So in the blinding light of times
A blushing sense of blinking occurs
Small, ridged glass shards
Engorge my view
And paint my soul scarlet,
always

Soaked in the scarlet ashes I grieved,
And to those ends,
the loss of my vision
and the future that was

Such miserable tears as I have
What am I to do with these?
They are my only legacy.

From torn-off flesh as victim as I was
Soaked through, perspiring pores
I crafted for my sake a skin bottle
that would house my only possessions.
That would Otherwise
be lost with time.

Flayed and gored
Being slaughtered in carnage
I pooled all my possessions through
this skin bottle of mine

With each of these afflictions of flesh
I made my deposit timeously.

How does it feel?
How should it have felt?
Each drop was the salvation
otherwise lost with nature,
aged through space

Long i cried, many days i kept dying
Dripping my possessions, so not to waste
These were my only legacy.
That atleast,
 even the torment was real

I don't want to be an unknown
In the only world I have know
No trace i was ever present
Erased, as a beast of the field
Here one  morning,to be
devoured by noon

So in my agony I'll keep dripping
these jewels into my skin bottle
There atleast my legacy lives on
And so  i was here,
I was present.

Even if pain was my legacy
Isn't a name better that an unknown?
Or am I to die as the beasts of the fields
Known and remembered by none.

I must keep my legacy tight under my arms
a possession forged from my pains
Molded by myself for my own comfort
Even through the discomfort

As I plead, bleeding my tears.
Relieving them forward
into my skin  bottle
My one true legacy,
proof I existed

Premium Member The Endless Wilderness Trail

My place of residence is where I receive all of my mail,
but my home is the endless wilderness trail.
If I didn't have these rescues who need me to care for them,
I would leave all of this behind, my possessions and apartment.
Every night I would fall asleep beneath a galaxy of stars,
to the sounds of chirping crickets and croaking toads and frogs,
and in the morning I would awake to a fantastic panoramic view,
never the same, always brand new,
and whenever my journey would venture close to an established town,
I might just wander off that trail and stick around,
for a few days in the comfort of some motel,
where I could bathe, charge my devices and sleep in a bed as well,
and treat myself to a suburb restaurant meal,
then maybe hang at a local pub and get familiar with the locals.
After a few days of that and all restocked on supplies,
until the next local established town arrives,
I would then head again back my home,
to my endless wilderness trail, free to wander and roam.
I would hike through out the northern region,
during the spring and summer season,
then hike my way down south during the fall and winter,
where the temperature is higher and noticeably warmer.
A new adventure and journey every single day.
Oh how I wish I could be living the rest of my life presently that way.
One thing is for sure, I will get there one day,
and finally be home all night and all day.

Fields of Matter

Waving ocean in sphere of attraction in time,
cosmic fields by magical ecstasy beyond, as frame.
The long before remembered by spirit consciousness,
searching reasons flow in animated references.
Shadows by gravity rotate and turn worldly possessions,
into spiritual gain and endurance confessions.
Imperfect self lost in high waves of realities,
to realize divine perfections certainties.
The bending light through water drops reflections,
no shadow from the rainbow truths conceptions.
Love of form progressing to culminate,
in love of formless residence.
Matter of intuition conceived in reason,
testing the real from the false constitution.
The attraction towards nature’s disharmony,
fields of black matter to other dark fields eternally.
The Mystic phenomenon and wise conclusion,
point’s to the lack of general to know evolution.
Righteousness and essence of soul,
provider of blessings in the bowl.
Quantum fields of longing,
deprives the heart of its freedom coming.
The shadow field follows the bodies,
a matter of truth and all false stories.
Fields of false matter revealed,
unreal constitution for more to complete.
Indifference is the board and balanced ride,
curving weight to counteract gravity side.
Beyond the field of true goodness,
the frame of grace establishes,
matter of great trueness.

Questions Left Unanswered

Why do you say you love me yet cling to your possessions?
If I had to leave today, what would be your confession?

Would it break your heart to lose me, to not see my face?
Or would you confront the truths in this empty space?

Are you hiding feelings, afraid to let them show?
Worried that if you reveal them, I’ll want to let you go?

Why do you turn silent, leaving me in despair?
Lost in a sea of questions and drowning, yet you’re unaware.

How long must I carry the burden of the past?
Will you lower your defenses so that our love can surpass?

I want to love you wholly, just as you are today,
The taste of bittersweet love is a delicacy that I crave.

Do you think of me often, as I think of you?
Or am I just a fleeting thought, easily pushed on through?

Am I a part of your future, or a ghost from the past?
Is your cruelty a test, to see how long I’ll last?

Am I a priority, or merely an option in your life?
Why do you find fault in every effort I strive?

Will you share the answers I long to hear each day?
Will you stand up for our love and chase the fear away?

Can't you see I’m here to catch you if you fall?
To lift you when you’re weary, to be your strength through it all.

Will you answer these questions that weigh upon my soul?
Will you hold our love close and never let it go?
