Do you think of me.
Most beloved. The purpose of my existence.
I am certain of nothing else but this one thing.
That you breathe into the ideal of something outside of myself.
The commute of daily life.
The hours, seconds and years that it takes to build the ultimate dream.
The toil of hard working hands that desire more.
The first kiss of the rest of my life.
An envelope sealed under the same ideals.
The letter being you wrapped tight in my arms.
Over one thousand kisses stamped over and over mailed to the same address.
Time after time again.
Under the circumstance that I am thinking of you each and every time that I am smitten in thought.
A letter not to be returned to sender in the hopes that you feel the exact same way.
I admit that we are human and lust is not to be confused with desire in any way.
Mail carriers sometimes deliver mail to the wrong P.O box.
Some post offices take at least 5 to 7 business days if mailed out of state.
Handled by different hands, sorted, bagged and carried.
And here I sit, currently unmarked.
Uncertain if I will make it there in time
for holding one of the most potent substances known to man

GOD BLESS AMERICA
How did we get here
Those who ask us to vote
Knew the winner
If not our political reality
Will be far different from today
Is a Shame how our youth
Now wishes prays and hope
To run away from my country
Everyday different bad news
The economy keep squeezing the poor
The cost of living keeps getting higher
While the income keep getting lower
How can we solve this equation
Despite the personal cuts to save cost
Yet is not easy to pass each day without stressing out for basic necessities
Then I keep wondering
How did we get here
How did we get here
I don't offer no blames
Cos the reality is clear
We give chance to those who
Choose to devalue our dignity
We offered them space and services
They don't deserve
We hail them to power offices
We make them popular on bases
They don't deserve
We offer them the grace to kill our structure
We gave them all the resources they needed
Yet all they do is what they know how
To do best
This can never change with out
A strong hands
We have been better but for long years now
We have jumped from
Frypan to fire
So I ask again like always
How did we get here
All Stand
Here comes the President, of Our land, Our Nation.
He is tall and smart, and speaks from the heart.
Not always nicely.
Not everyone hears him, some wish he would be quiet.
Not everyone likes him, some wish he would resign.
I don’t care.
I dare.
I voted for him, because “they” were against America.
It does not matter which party I am.
I don’t care.
I dare.
I voted for him, because “they” were against America.
“they made that clear then… and now…”
(they held their hands up as one… I watched the debates…
I was horrified, as none stood for the Citizen’s of Our Land, not one)
I watched closely as the mid term’s provided bugs to eat the capital.
I stared at the screens of fake news while they built houses of lies,
neighborhoods of deceit, and unrest among the populace.
Great people in power pouring their gray water into the public drinking system…
That we may all feel so self important, as to now see …
Evil in fancy dress, living in castles on hills surrounded by poverty and disease.
(the return of the dark ages)
The sign post up ahead, “Welcome home.”
I found out the last guy left a mess.
No surprise…
Words like swamp have been around for years, so have the alligators.
Deals done in the dark, between offices representing all of us,
to steal gain, for self worth. Family fortunes,
made on the backs of peasants,
whose hopes and dreams were for a better tomorrow. (for all)
No surprise…
America the beautiful, the land of plenty, “In God We Trust”.
Everyone wants to come here.
(including the socialists and communists
and all those that hate her for their own personal reasons)
But so many instill fear.
We don’t want you…here.
Beware.
“WE” do care!
“We” will dare.
To stand up, stand for and stand against.
To have... upheld, to uphold and to;
hand down, hand shake or shake up…
anyone and everyone that try’s to stop…
Our President.
God Bless him, I voted for…
quit trying to impeach him,
he is doing the job.
It is October 2145 and the night scene is in full swing.
All buildings that used to house offices now house nightclubs.
Also known as dayclubs now, because people have a lot more time.
Time to pursue hobbies and interests, time to do exciting fun things.
When my grandparents were young buildings were for working.
Many people had to be in their cubicles from eight to five, making a living.
People work from their houses, huts, boats, treehouses and berms now.
Our work day is now four hours, the rest of our day is for family.
I have heard rumors that people used to carry guns and kill each other.
We do not have any of that now. People are not frustrated or angry.
Government requires brain conversion therapy that takes care of this.
We have a health care program that works for everyone.
Mental illnesses are passe’ now also; something we have heard about.
But frankly, we have never seen it. It simply does not happen now.
It is October 2145 and people are happy. We each have a dog or a cat.
Some have both; it is a requirement, mandated by the government.
So that we stay upbeat and optimistic, which we do.
Long ago duriong my childhood Hon'ble M.L.A.s attended state assembly riding bicycles.
Officers of the govt departmens and staffs attended their offices
riding bicycles.
Policemen in groups went riding bicycles to arrest roadside gamblers.
If caught they were taken to police station on bicycles.
At school our Headmaster, teachers and staff came on bicycles,
some on foot.
As for the students most parents did not allow them to wear long pants nor use bicycles till they clear H.S.L.C. exam.
So they went to schools on foot most of them for miles.
At the college principal, lecturers, staff and studens came riding bicycles.
There were long bicycle sheds in the campus.
But today a few people use bicycles
and on the roads and market places bicycle users are looked down
as poor and starving people
But I dont shed my old habit of riding bicycle
often bumming miles in the countryside.
During the coronavirus lockdown time and again I came out
of the confinement at my home initially with timidity
pedaling my bicycle wearing a protective mask.
Although on the road police stopped the four wheelers, auto rickshaws
and power driven bikes, detained the drivers
or made them turn back non of them stopped me
as they thought bicycle users harmless.
So during lockdown often I pedaled my bicycle to the foot of lonesome
Nongmaijing hill
enjoying the scenary and gentle breeze there,
looking at the egrets flying in the sky and landing on the barren rice fields,
taking snaps of the countryside with my smartphone.
I returned home everytime regaled
without any fear of getting infection with coronavirus
nor police stopping me on the way.
I would have monkey arms and ttail
so I would jump from branch to branch
and visit all the trees around
in the city;
Early in the morning,
I would sit in one of them
laughing, chating and
looking down on people
dashing out of their homes,
waiting in lines for taxis or buses,
getting stuck in the traffic long hours
which often occurs;
and in the evening,
rushing out of their offices
crawling across and along the streets
just after they have left
their warm and comfortable seats,
while they are going back home
with unrhythmic steps
as a result of too much stress,
and I would do that with great finesse
have you ever thought of
How God loves us
the gifts he gives
our five senses
and how they work
have you thought of God
being an artist or a philosopher
or an architect at work
has Him being a physicist
or biologist ever crossed
your mind
has God used the sciences
ever to be kind
is music man's only gift
or the songs of whale's
and porpoises desolate
and the howls of wolves
and dogs just nothing
isn't when we make love
something
we all love music
a wonderful thing
but who's ideal was it
to bring a bow to a string
we see flowers winter spring
summer and fall
but who added the fragrance
to the rose
what adapted us
to the way we live
some in icy climates
and others deserts heat
who trained us for
the way we live
the thieves in the ghettos
and the thieves in offices'
little do men know
that God inspired books
sometimes unholy
men take a second look
sometimes God appears
in the words of a song
we listen over and over
and play it all day long
God is in the blessing
and God is in the curse
God is in the making
of our prayers and verse
God has made us beautiful
for the eye's to see
and God has made us mindful
of equality
And in our minds are kept
some great reason or cause
our passion when displayed
we worship Him as Lord
Offices built but seldom let,
Houses without bricks,
How much higher can rents rise
For a home made of sticks
It would not take a tornado,
Or even a light breeze,
If you can afford a cheap house,
Be careful if you sneeze.
Nothing today is made to last,
That is to our shame,
Unlike the architecture of the past
Designing was their game.
A craft that took dedication
A craft that took time to learn,
It was a vocation.
Not for money they could earn.
Where are all the artisans,
That we are losing every day,
Is it because most people,
Cannot afford to pay,
For fine carpentry
And items made with pride and care,
Created masterly,
With passion and flare.
It is a throwaway society,
Sadly this is true,
Integrity and Morals,
Truth. and justice too.
Nothing seems to matter,
Fewer people seem to care,
Choosing to close their eyes,
At the mayhem going on out there.
EMOJIS' SEEM TO BE ENOUGH
Please and thank-you,
Do you often hear these words,
Shops, offices, even schools,
Lack the use,
Only nerds adopt them, what a bore,
Do we need to use dictionaries
Any more!!!!!

Pls. And tx, or plz and thk-u,
Oh wow then you really are with it,
But for proper English, only
Correct words shine as a jewel.
And then we have hello and goodbye,
How’s it, hi there, hey, hi dude,
None of the above are rude,
In fact, somewhat refreshing,
And somehow begetting,
Hello, is so ubiquitous,
So totally all encompassing,
So, surrounding.
Chou, see ya, catch you later,
Youngsters of today are present,
So, awe inspiring.
But it is sad to not use these
Four precious words,
Maybe in scrabble and crosswords,
One hundred points should
Be the reward,
Please and thank-you, hello
Or goodbyes, say them
Out loud,
In the company of one,
Or in a crowd.
On rethinking about the word goodbye
Perhaps it sounds too final,
So, our present generation
Find it cool,
To rather say, see you soon,
Light and hearty like a
Hot air balloon.
But for each one of these words
And for thousands more,
There are emoji’s
Which can all on their own
Tell a story and so
We are going back to Egyptian
Hieroglyphics, which
Millennium are we in
And who will in
The end win!!
