How Did We Get Here
How did we get here
Those who ask us to vote
Knew the winner
If not our political reality
Will be far different from today
Is a Shame how our youth
Now wishes prays and hope
To run away from my country
Everyday different bad news
The economy keep squeezing the poor
The cost of living keeps getting higher
While the income keep getting lower
How can we solve this equation
Despite the personal cuts to save cost
Yet is not easy to pass each day without stressing out for basic necessities
Then I keep wondering
How did we get here
How did we get here
I don't offer no blames
Cos the reality is clear
We give chance to those who
Choose to devalue our dignity
We offered them space and services
They don't deserve
We hail them to power offices
We make them popular on bases
They don't deserve
We offer them the grace to kill our structure
We gave them all the resources they needed
Yet all they do is what they know how
To do best
This can never change with out
A strong hands
We have been better but for long years now
We have jumped from
Frypan to fire
So I ask again like always
How did we get here
