The crowd
pushes in on me
from side to side
people I never
wanted to know
prefered to ignore
because there is
only you I am
waiting for.

You were always
the life
of the party
and even though
the musical din
bangs on and on
I hear nothing
I feel nothing
I am left
all alone.

I keep wishing
these people
would dispurse
because being
surrounded
yet alone
without you
is definitely
the worst.

I want to wrap
loneliness
around me
like a blanket
because
now I see
that you're not
coming
back to me
so
there's only
silence now
there's no more
poetry.

Numb

The fleeting dream within
has come to a bitter finality today
All i ever aspired and hoped for
are now just false  memories fading away.
Blind trust i put in a one-sided love,
one without any compromise.
I gave all the tenderness within my fragile heart
and it died before my eyes.
Its hard to deal with the lonliness
i feel so hollow deep inside.
Now ive distanced my self from all advances
for i truly just want to hide
Somedays the depression is such a crushing weight
i just want to end it all
But i just cower in the disgust of myself
and stay hidden within these walls.
So people can judge me however they wish,
and add to the unseen scars i bear
But ive grown callous to their evil insults
Now i just no longer care.

Premium Member Halt, Listen and Ponder

Mankind,humanity,the human race
Please don't always listen to your own hearts
Your endless desires
Your greeds
Your ignorance
Please halt and listen to other people and other things
To the nature
Please ponder,meditate and contemplate
Your loved ones are crying out of fright and lonliness
The previous laughters are gone
The nature lovely sounds are abandoned
Halt and listen
The wind is blowing and whistling through
Bringing along joy and hope
The stream singing happily all along the way
The clouds playing magics
The former world is full of wisdom
Please halt and listen
Stop all the anger ,disputes, quarrels
Politicking and wars
Please put a curfew to the devil of your own hearts

Thoughts of You

These days and nights filled with the thoughts of you ,
Seems to be all the time I have to do.
Never in my life has it felt this way so good so right ,
Confirming how I love you all of my nights.
The emptiness and all that lonliness has gone away,
How blessed I am each and every day.
This joy and happiness that I always feel ,
With my heart I know it is so real.
All those tears that I have shed so many times ,
Has washed my pain and has made me shine,
For it was only you to blame my sweet lovely girl,
That made my life such a beautiful world.
Always and forever you should always know,
This love I have for you can only grow.
Never worry or have any of those doubts about me ,
For this love between you & I will always be.

How would we ever know
if we chose the wrong one?

I used to love the rain
it wrapped me in innocence,
like laughter echoing in my childhood.
But now it falls like a quiet grief,
from the deepest fibers of my being;
Every drop sharpens the wound,
and the loneliness slowly consumes me from within.

But baby, tell me
how do we truly know
if we chose the wrong one?
I search for answers in the storm,
yet I turn away when they whisper back.
Perhaps I fear the truth
because knowing means
admitting the emptiness was real all along.

And if we did choose the wrong one…
if love was only a borrowed warmth
are we meant to wander,
haunted by the echo
of a love that was never ours?

But maybe there was never a wrong one
just a tired one,
a love worn thin by the weight of staying,
a heart that slowly forgot
how to keep holding on.

Premium Member Four Little Rooms

He lived in four little rooms
locked behind the door.
And the night shined through
where a light shined before.
A red flame burned ashen gray,
dying on the floor.

So you move yourself along.
And grind on down.
And scrape the path you drag around.
Stumblin’ on the way.
A new day with no grace to say,
starin’ down the ground.

They’re softer lies to swallow
when you’re drunk.
Or when you’re full of faith
and barely saved.
It’s only things that fade.
And leave impressions in the dark.
And demons in the haze.
Sunlight burns night away,
turns darkness into day.

So sing inside your walls.
And make the lamps low.
And watch the white screen glow,
black on grey.
The words that you say.
And drain yourself away.
Another night burned white by day.
Oh my Darkness, I beg you stay.

Are you fated?
Or are you led?
Well either way the moon will grow.
And spread out wide across the snow.
Piled high and ploughed.
Raised between the lines.
And layered across the years.

A Poem To Lift Your Day

I JUST THOUGHT I`D SPEND A SHORT WHILE, TO LIFT UP YOUR DAY
A FEELING OF BOREDOM,LONLINESS BUT THIS WHAT I SAY
TRY NOT TO DWELL ON THE FALLS IT DOES THROW
WE SHARE YOUR FEELINGS,WE REALLY HOPE YOU KNOW.

THAT ALTHOUGH YOU ARE MANY MILES AWAY,MAC
TAKE THE ROUGH WITH THE SMOOTH, AND YOU`LL SOON BE BACK
HOME AMONGST ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS,YOU MAY FIND
THAT YOUR NEXT DESTINATIN,MAY THROUGH YOU SOME KIND.

I UNDERSTAND IT`S EASY PREACHING FROM COMFORTS OF HOME
I HAVE BEEN IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES,FEELING ALONE
BUT HOPEFULLY SOON,THINGS WILL LOOK MORE FRESH
WHEN YOU`RE BACK HERE AND MAYBE A SESH ...( OR FIVE )

Premium Member I Cannot Grieve

You have gone to another place
Far away, where I can’t possibly follow
A place of light, laughter and love
Joy that colors the thoughts in warm
Welcoming whispers of hope

This place is lively and dancing with
Compassion, completion, colorful cares
There is the echo of desire and imagination
Gracing prayers with promises
Possibilities and potentials for praise

You are where light shines so bright
Caressing the heart, soul and mind
With music and dreams, soft breaths of
Gentle ideas, flavors of insight
Elation that lifts spirits to the heavens

There is enlightenment thriving, surviving
Swallowing up emotions left behind
By pride and resentment, bitter longings
For a second chance to be alive
In the heart of someone who is now gone

You have gone to this place on your own
Without my accompaniment garnishing your
Imagination with an embrace of love
Compassion growing greater as the day
Silences the who-who-who of night

You are alone there in the hushed
Way that someone is lonely without
The need of someone to attend the funeral
Of emotions and moods, the thoughts
That break off of the grief

You are gone now, absent
From the present moment where I live
Awaiting your hand, your hope
Your happiness to lift my eyes
From my sorrow, worries and angst

Yet, there you are, sitting quietly
Almost humbly, humbled
Ignoring the tv and the stereo and me
Never saying one single word
A low, soft sigh leaks out of you

It cries
“It is never as it seems”
And I cry
Because you are not here
you are gone in a way I can’t grieve

Who Are We

shadows of the past
visions in the dark
memories that didnt last
echoes of the heart

who are we?

faces with no eyes
emotions without love
humans full of pride
vessels without a dove

who are we?

a forrest without the sun
an ocean without the water
a mother without her son
a father without his daughter

who are we?

are we the whispers in the wind
or a scream in the desert
are we the feeling when we win
or the pain when we get hurt

who are we?

pages without the pen
a year without a summer
an egg without the hen
a drum without the drummer

who are we?

are we the void in an open plain
are we the lonliness in limbo
am i the thunder in an open range
or taps of rain on a window

who are we?

are we the lonesome dove
or are we the chosen sparrow
is it me youre thinking of
or are we the bow without the arrow

who are we?

I Saw My Life In Your Eyes Too

I was waiting to meet you for I knew you were there, I have always known you, inside my
heart you lived before we met,

My eyes knew they would recognise you, although I had never seen you before in my life,

Lonliness is nothing but the time that we wait for good things eventually come, the
hardest was knowing what to say, yet we were never strangers.

Life leads all on a path that they blindly walk to it's conclusion, my world began and
ends in your heart, but I am no longer blind, my eyes see what you see,

Happily I walk in your shadow, following your lead, remember you told me that? Follow my
lead baby, you will know exactly what to do!

I have been in love with you all my life, I can not wait to be with you again, this is a
bright woven love song, stitched and sown together by creative hands, the night in its
brilliance of stars send the comfort blanket of hope and dreams, you talk of the moon and
its light, I too see that cosmic love affair .

You spoke of a house on Christ Boulevard, spiritually we are bound in death as in life,
your Spirit on bended knee before my Spirit,

Until the day we live in a home upon this earth, mortally and spiritually my Spirit
resides in heaven besides yours,

and in my eyes every morning I say thank-you for making me so very happy, and just how
much I love you,

I saw my life in your eyes too, I was given the gift to see, and how beautifully was the
vision of love that reflected between you and me.

Rainbows are made from the tears and light of this union, what a beautiful sight!
