THEY RATHER LIFT YOUR CASKET THAN YOUR DREAMS
Dreams are made
just like beautiful caskets.
Dreams can be waylaid,
even in reality outskirt.
Dreams do come true
but death has only one rule:
that is, the inevitability of death.
With colossal demands,
a dreamer rules the earth.
Despite your reprimands,
your corpse is lifted up
only to later undergo a drop.
To lift the casket of a corpse,
it takes 6 to 8 people max'.
Now, fathom the possibilities
and probability of the visiblities
of those 6 to 8 people,
eradicating portentous evil
in a man's life when actively alive
and save a soul about to starve.
Let's lift each other's dreams in life
rather than wait for the coming of death
to lift our casket while dissipating wealth.

Scream out mom or mommy if you prefer
Dad or daddy is already longer than gone
Dragged between the walls by the creature
A hideous mechanical many armed thing
Breathing acid through razor sharp teeth
The slimy cold tongue licks the floors
Sensing out humans because it wants more
Mom or mommy can't help you now
She screams your name one last time
As you dial 911 on the rotary phone
Which takes forever for one rotation
This is not the stone ages for crying out loud
A digital or Iphone is required for survival
Monsters can not be placed on hold
The insidious one finishes off the last parent
A mechanical voice is sounding down the hall
“If you would like to make a call please hang up”
“Try your call again later”
A dial tone accompanies the next one devoured
Music to the ears of the skinless thing feeding
It is later than you think
Stand up,
Won’t lay down 'til I stack up.
Fed up with the brokenness
A liq just gonna tease me
Focus,
Pull up in a Lotus.
Fly on essential,
Throw up like bulimic
With you she a padlock,
With me she a secret.
Convenient,
Don’t take life too serious.
Articulate,
Went and took one
She missed on her period.
For my dogs, I’m ruthless,
Like John Wick, I leave you toothless.
Perseverance in the darkness,
Soon as the lights turn on
You ain't flawless.
Stock market lookin' exotic,
Potential in motion, perpetual.
In her walls like a schedule,
Might see you later
If this sh*t don’t get raided.
I'm faded.
Oh, so macho, breathtaking,he!
Unlike an innocent orange on a tree.
He looked perfect in his mugshot and orange suit.
“And chose plagiarized poems to post, to boot?*
The crusader rabbits here are still licking the felon's boot.
Then howl, when into a mall he deadly shoots?
No, no ,absolutely jail fo him though.
Liberal DA’s will surely, let him go.
For Americans are bad and evil, don’t you see?
Our rights went ,poof, into the air with glee.
Laws and the Constitiom all are fully gone.
As phony Fact Checkers care not for law, or freedom’s song.
And mainstream media covers crime with a cotton candy blanket.
All headed for closed banks and a great welfare-banquet!
Americans rights to free speech being taken away.
Thanks, Elon Musk, for giving all, the right to have our say!
Mugshot Mikes, so many of them repeat offenders in big cities.
We even had one here, a few years ago, what a pity!

It was a cold winter day, when I took a photo of the sunrise
I had no idea what I would find out, hours later
The man I loved who made the biggest difference in my life, had died
I remember hyperventilating, I remember the world seemed to be spinning
I was in so much disbelief, I had to race to get his death record
Later, I visited an empty graveyard, covered with snow
Christmas trees were beside the graves all around
Black crows were breaking the silence, as I stood in shock motionless
I did not know how to face another day or even an hour
He was a Lieutenant who helped me with a case regarding a childhood friend’s death
It was all surreal, traumatizing, devastating, a shock I cannot describe
I knew that I had to move on for him and that is what I did
But, the impact his death had on my life remains to this day
I am grateful for the time I had with him and everything he gave me
I have been asked, would I have rather not have met him?
- The answer is a bellowing “No”! -
He taught me what loving through differences and conflict is all about
He will never leave my heart and is always in my prayers
Some deaths are enough to shake this world, but leave reflections of light forever
He is the light, when all is dark; He is the sunrise that shines each day for me!

As I prepared to come here, my family, relatives, and friends anticipated my arrival. By prepare, I mean that I was in a developmental process that took
nine months. I only knew that I was inside a warm and secure place, and I was never hungry or thirsty. I say secure because my mom loved and cared
for me, protecting me at all cost long before I arrived. And waiting for me to enter the world was such genuine love which knew no gender. You see, these
were the dark days before ultrasound, so my gender wasn't known beforehand.
Nevertheless, they had a name waiting for me whether I would arrive male
or female. I learned in later years that I arrived noon-day Saturday. Love was waiting for my arrival and I am certain that love will be by my side when I die.
It is a love that does not die.
I shall expect to inhale nothing of melancholy and may the flow of sadness be detoured from the fading hours of my life. When death arrives and my spirit is released from this my earthly body, let there be no fear of death in me. Instead, may I be full of joy and smiling if not laughing at the point of my exit.
I tell you without a doubt, I am already endowed with an incomparable anticipation. Even though not endowed with a musical gift, may I sing to the music of the arriving angels as I am ushered to heaven land through those beautiful pearly gates.
As I exit earth in route to my new home, I will feel that same love that ushered me here so many years before. I shall experience the ecstasy of that timeless forever love that never dies.

Always together, they played
Never alone, lost or afraid,
They trudged through the woods
And all the surrounding neighborhoods,
Piercing the darkness with shiny flames,
Their eyes never revealing their names.
Always together, they delighted
In the games – wonderfully excited,
They plodded on through the night
Beneath stars and moon so bright
Carefully seeking the best garbage cans,
With paws that were suitable for hands
Always together, they embarked
On trails and tracks – some unmarked
Reaching for the best trash to consume
Knowing that later they’d need to groom
Together, they robbed every community
Raiding the trash at each opportunity!
These bandits from the woods where flowers
Adorn their woodsy lands thru rain showers

Johnny Cash had great
Compassion for the
Working class and the poor.
‘I fell into a burning ring of fire,
I went down, down, down,
And the flames went higher’
Johnny Cash, a fifties and sixties, a
Much applauded singer,
Fans chased him, girls chased
Him, but he befriended drugs,
‘And it burns, burns, burns,
The ring of fire,
The ring of fire,’
His first marriage to Vivian Liberto
Was shorter than to his second
Wife, June Carter- Cash
Who he met and married
Together for thirty years, she died
In May 2003, and
And Johnny cried.
But Millions also cried,
When Johnny died
Four months later
in September 2003.
Johnny Cash and June
Had an attraction
To each other that one would
Call dangerous, the reaction
Was that husband and wife
Wrote the song
“Ring of Fire” ,
Indicative and a reflection of
Their relationship.
Love and fire I would say
For Johnny were related,
And it was absolutely fated
That this couple would meet,
Be together and bring into
The world one pair of tiny feet!
He fell hard and into this fire,
He loved this girl dearly,
‘The taste of love is sweet,
When hearts like ours meet,
I fell for you like a child,
Oh, but the fire went wild.’
‘Love is a burning thing,
And it made a fiery ring,
Bound by wild desire
I fell into a ring of fire’.
He unfortunately was always
Drawn to drugs, and wrote
Many songs under their influence.
But despite this reckless route ,
And his feelings high,
There was no doubt
That the element of fire,
And the emotion of love
Combined, made this song
A top Hit!
Which made every bit,
Of Johnny Cash’s story fit!
Johnny Cash was in and out of rehab. However, eventually kicked his addictive drug habit.
Here comes a good lad
with his gentle and pure heart
who loves to eat a cotton candy
with no color but only pure white.
When he attempted to take a bite
His candy suddenly flew up into the sky
Amazingly, it transformed into cumulus clouds
The lad suddenly became an angel
So he flew and followed it up so high.
The angel and clouds are so white
They’re both trying to make the world so bright
So with our hearts and minds
Purity and cleanliness must reign in our lives.

Note:
((This is not for the contest)). I wrote this short poem at the hotel during the camp for the 3 kids/boys who stayed with me in my room and fidgeted a lot . It had somehow calmed them down especially the most restless one, Term. I will change the title later because it's a short story.
Cancer had me down
Thinking no reason to live
Still have more living to give
This is the time to win
I will fight this cancer fight
I will not think grave and say good night
When I thought all was loss
It was the Heaven’s miraculous
Recovery made obvious
The skies smiled and embraced you have a second chance
Doctors stated the results came back negative, and the cancer was eliminated
Suddenly knew where hope came from
I just needed Faith in strength in never give up nor give in
That was the other way
Heaven’s deliverance made everything be ok
As I looked into the mirror, I saw and hear applause
The mind focused on recovery
Inner strength the discovery
Nothing mysterious being all in the open
Maybe came out strong in definitely
It was Heaven’s granted into continue to stride
Sooner or later relished into purpose
Everything came together like a puzzle piece
Eyes above from Heaven
Everyone doesn’t get the chance in opportunity as it must be granted
Eyes straight to the Heaven’s
Can’t thank enough
Second chance into new life
Honor to receive.
