Feeling again
Ice water floated stagnant misery in caustic veins coffin nails and razor blades
waited for the vultures of frosted lavish lava-daggers staring at the mirror with
no reflection other than the murderous screams numbed by images of tangled
ropes teasing from sunken rafts and twisted rafters train tracks guiding void
demise frozen blazing ashes suffocating feelings that cannot feel any longer when
moribund candles flickered reaped what had been lost submerged forgotten in eternity
This cess pit of smudged smeared convulsed spider web on death row of mindless
mind does not resemble what the Buddha meant when he or she insinuated
mindful nothingness Nirvana half starved but happy under the fig tree’s shadow
One step at a time barefoot when spirituality meant ‘Jonny Walker’ all waters
turned into whining wine homeless wandering under bridges of destruction
appeared to be at least some being tempted dissolution dancing rugged demise
at the cliff face of life living hell aneasthetised vanished meaning arrested river
flowing backwards to the Source a sprinkling spring temptation clothed in rags
and feathered tarnished nakedness tarred with just one brush the stroke of black
Lost figs composted marbles undergrowth of metamorphous germination alighted
when grapes turned into peaches mingling scented wakes of wakening blossoms
once icicles melted merged into tingling titillating finger-skin and fingertips searched
to join minds with souls and souls with minds and bodies touching senses feelings
intellectual pheromones oozing from the fruits of scented fragrance life togetherness
they formed a delta confluence new openings direction thrusts and trust and nurture
Many nights have passed since peaches’ revelation revolution formed scooping spoons
from moons and moons from spoons delicious rhythmic rhyming twines of poet trees
in living motion poetry and miracles suspended and conjoined at hips and minds

The Adventures of Jonny Quest and The Talk
[Truth be told, I was too young at the time to know the nuances as to why after a year, this cartoon series ended until later in life. Here is my interpretation]
Hey there Jonny,
what's with the "H".
Gave it to Hadji?
or the ole MPH!
You've been off the air!
What? The station's bare?
No more Jonny Quest Adventures?
Or heavily backed-up debentures?
No, we're just on a little hiatus,
Right, Hadj!
Nobody truthfully hates us,
No dodge!
It's Been a Long, Long Time, I feel!
Song of the sixty's is your spiel?
Man, I'm just stating some of the facts!
It's not about you it's about the contracts.
Read it, man, it's all there in black and white!
It's all signed on the bottom line, it's airtight!
Come on guys, they carried you all on a year's run.
Every episode had proceeded into a cost overrun.
The handwriting was definitely on the wall,
Someday, all the king's horses had to fall.
Thanks for all of The Adventures of, Jonny Quest!
As all good things must come to the end, at last!
So, I do want to apologize for sorta steppin' out-of-bounds,
Okay, guys, we're done here, lights out, release the hounds!
(Stage goes dark, as sounds bark ...)

Baggy green pledge..be mean one could allege
New depths seen to dredge vent spleen sledge
Obscene lexicon ledge to get that slight edge
What do you know here we go first blow
Folks well blokes pokes jokes at Stokes
Campaigner entertainer a cocky complainer
Yawn..forlorn well worn scorn of Kiwi born
Ropey guff about Bazball stuff being dopey
Out of whack flak attack now back on track
Aussie stacks of hacks on a have a go retainer
Haven’t forgotten when Jonny went Rotten
Lost his cool in that whole Lord’s Baz brawl
When Ben’s mens’ gall did enthrall and appall
So one trite slight after another in a row
In a cruel crow from our oldest coldest foe
They bestow their woe of “average Joe”
Get snooty about the beauty of our Rooty
Get fruity saying our defender’s a pretender
Won’t ever get one booty ton while on Oz duty
Just what you’d predict from a convict offender
You wait mate..till your guest & great contender for
Crest of Test best goes on a big spender bender

Johnny played video games till his mouth was dry
He never glimpsed at the midday sun
Or turned his head to see the star lit sky
He would have seen a world for the taking
Just a couple steps outside
But he never played outside
He played every sport on a gaming console
Every sport he never tried
Maybe he saw the shots he could have scored
Through his dilated eyes
Through his bloodshot, tired eyes
His parents were as wealthy as could be
But life was spinning and they were dizzy
Maybe him and his father would have thrown a football
But life was just too busy
The law firm was just too busy
On parent teacher day at school
There was a limousine waiting after the bell
With a chauffeur to inquire
Whether Jonny was doing well
But he wasn't doing well
They found out about those b's and c's
So they tried to give him hell
Driving straight into the heights, straight into the ghetto
So he would know what could happen if he did not excell
But when he stuck his head out the window
He didn't mind the pungent smell
He saw kids his own age kicking a makeshift soccer ball
And that air conditioned lexus
Felt like a prison cell

Marvel's Fantastic Four: Mr. Fantastic, The Invisible Woman,
The Human Torch and The Thing.
The best memory of the Fantastic Four cartoon characters
that can be best realized, of good measure, was their
live production. Unfortunately, not one episode
is resurrection-able of their cartoon version.
However, that filmed production wherein human characters
portrayed their cartoon counterparts as singularly
different. Granted that there'd be others that
were produced on the silver screen
whereto calls into question
my 'good measure'
ergo, google
ID it to be
a 2005
film.
First off, ...
The Invisible Woman was visibly
fetching and was indebted to
Mr. Fantastic's character,
yet not by definition.
The Thing's character was quick to temper
and getting stoned whenever ...
The Human Torch,
combust.
Albeit, Mr. Fantastic's human counterpart was
misleading as his appearance rendered him
to be fantastic-ally half his portrayed age
and that protege veneer was studious.
The contrast between Mr. Fantastic's cartoon character,
stems from Dr. Ben of The Jonny Quest Adventures
who shares that '60s science-like qualities
whereto Mr. Fantastic bears a streak
of gray hair--defining age factor.
Furthermore, the content of that movie is fleeting other than
the fact that The Human Torch is excessively
--cold.
Sadly, the complete genre of cartoon episodes no longer
occupies my memory banks--blank. Whether they'd
be televised or store-shelved, it'll also include my
children's. Most characters are more noticed
than the show/comic/toy they delivered.
Noting their identifiable names, Popeye versus the
boys' Pac-Man and the girls' Barbie, and beyond
that ... nothing,
"C'est la vie, mon ami/amie."
"That's life, my friend."--> Masculine/Feminine: French translated
The tip of the fur tree sticks out like a sore candle
Barely visible an angel drowns in a pileup of presents
Fortunately wrappers and cards are bio-degradable
Each allocated their circumspect place for recycling
Ribbons find rest in a manger on top of Baby Jesus
Who awaits resurrection just breathing under the load
Season’s decorations sum up the festival of love
Finely crafted dollar signs meet the cherishing eyes
Wooden ornaments of cross bows and skull bones
Defiled grave stones miniscule reminders of peace
Guns and roses entwining unmistakeable messages
Thorns are forever and tiny bullets shine like tinsel
Mesmerized the young family looks at their gifts
No plastic in sight because this is a sustainable feast
Chocolate Santas jingle silent nights on Kalashnikovs
Pinocchio attempts to rescue the meaning of kindness
Slides down the chimney on Rapunzel’s delicate hair
Gets ditched in a trench of poppies bloody like wine
A veiled little figure begs for mercy at the Jolly Inn
Which looks like a shopping mall that hails indigestion
Jojos powered by solar eclipses arrest in full flight
But the children are happy as long as they get a drone
To spread holy prophesies in the name of liberation
From infidel contamination of pagans soldiering on
Jonny plays with the cardboard crates not quite prepared
For what might be in Pandora’s Box and Felix the cat licks
Tins of caviar and dolphin with no tuna caught in the net
Holly and Ivy are too small to digest mince pies and porkies
They shriek when Christmas crackers explode in their faces
Are too young to wonder what might have caused the charade

Number one with cartoons were William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.
They started at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in Culver City, California.
These two were the co-creators of the famous Tom and Jerry.
Beginning in 1957 was some of their amazing history.
So many of their other creations attained immense popularity.
Who doesn't know Yogi Bear, Quick Draw Mc Graw, and Pixie and Dixie?
Nearly everyone remembers The Flintstones, Jetsons, and Jonny Quest.
Scooby Doo, The Wacky Races, and Fantastic Four, are among the rest.
Both men are gone now, but they are still considered the best.
I thank both wikipedia.org and youtube.com for information I obtained to write this poem
Imagine your self
stuck in the situation
your husband a wife beater
three children no money
how do you escape
how do you make a life
for yourself your children
your future, you have a right
Too be safe
to be strong
to be free
nobody has the right
to own you
to attack you
to hurt you
you have a right to freedom
lifeline could
talk to people
find people
that are willing
to provide emergency accommodation
families investing could provide jobs
ten dollars per week fifty two thousand per year
investing year after year creating wealth
Employment provides the income
to feed your children
with money in your pocket
you can find a place to rent
from the foundation of your home
you can improve your education
beginning the climb
to a better future.
Cousin Jonny has lost his job
his family depend on his income
but because his family
invested in creating companies
He has other opportunities
available he has other avenues to walk.
you meet a man on the street
angry hitting his car
you stop and spent
five minutes listening
broken hearted he tells you
the factory he works at shut down
redundant now his car has died
leaving him stranded and angry
sometimes anger is an expression
of frustration, a different form of tears
Because your family invested
you can give him a job
his car towed to a garage can be fixed
and with money he can pay the bill
people don't need charity
they need a future
even the job of a cleaner
provides to money to improve your education
Success comes on the back of hard work and effort
to climb above the problems of poverty
to climb above the streets of homelessness
does not require charity
the road to better futures, comes with employment
granted if you have a drug or alcohol problem
perhaps you can't hold down a job
some problems you have to fix yourself
the first problem you have to beat
is your addiction but remember, what you do in life
is also the behaviour, you teach your children,
the success of your life, depends on your decisions.
