Inside My Heart
Words cannot express my heart
And how I hurt
And what I feel
It does not show the tears
It does not paint the picture
It does not show my soul
It shows a path
A small part
To the inside
But not the whole picture
It shows a small shadow of the truth
I am in a hole
Where love is so confused
I am lost in the depths of my own shame
I love all those that placed a mark on my heart
And I can't let go to the experience
I sink further and further
Losing myself more and more each day
I fall further and sadness overwhelmes me and ruines the day
I can't find happiness in the simple kind
I am overwhelmed in fear
I give up so easily and regret what I have and say good bye before happily ever
after can make a chance because love is just a mistake that I don't know how to live
with.
