I am dying to be by you, at your bedside
Mon amour, I yearn every second to be by your side
To soothe the pain, to give you a good massage
To mesmerize you and to send the right message
To your body, to your soul and to your enduring heart
Darling, going forward, you and I should never be apart.

I am dying to be with you at night and day
Throughout your rehabilitation and your stay
At any medical facilities. I miss you very bad
I miss you all the time. I am both sad and mad
That I am not with you right now and today
I’m craving and dying to be by your side right away.

I will see you soon. I will be with you all the time
I will be the sweet healer who will happily rhyme
For you. I had been waiting for the perfect occasion
To come. I am eager to see you smile and laugh again
I am dying to be sitting and standing at your bed side
Sweetheart, I miss you like a sad lover, like a poor child.

Tu me manques terriblement

Tall and thin
on ladder stuck
swaying left to right
by heavy luggage
weighted down
anger blinded
sanguine.
On the left
a grudging bag
as a victim soul
disguised
demon pride
on ego throne
not discerning
judging
fear on right
paralyzing
circling around
passive.
Drop your bags
travel ight
turn your gaze
to the sky
right behind
the passing clouds
a new day
is brightening
taking truth
as guiding light
on the good
received
pondering
going forward
energized
by the power
of pardoning.
Gratitude
on left side
joy of charity
on the right
to a happiness
far beyond
by the mind
imagined
saying to God
in truth
I love You
He'll respond
with creation
in festivity
stars and flowers
moon and sun
all rejoicing
as He responds
I love you too
with unending love
eternal.

In the same town, in the same house,
two brothers were born
in a nice and calm countryside
where roses had no thorns.

In the same place, this morn,
two twins received this fife
to whistle ad-lib notes
for this unknown melody, called life.

At night, Jai liked to count the stars
perched on his wooden stool.
His brother, Jim, was scared
by the meteors and dark ghouls.

Jai liked to learn and go to school.
His brother saw learning rife
with the hard work of playing
this difficult melody, called life.

Which of cacophony or harmony
rules in the universe, so vast?
Jai enjoyed every moment.
Jim knew a good thing never lasts.

Yet, in front of an ecclesiast
both in turn, for their wife,
sworn deep or high-pitched tones
for this harmonic melody, called life.

Discouraged, Jim threw in the towel
when work paid no attention.
Jai recited some lines
when life was full of tensions.

In the time of incomprehension,
when the devil throws his strife,
keep faith and keep going forward
in this chaotic melody, called life.

Two brothers, two opposite visions.
When their life reached their sunset,
one saw he had a Moby Dick life.
The other could only mope with regrets.

So they thought, at the last tourniquet,
before leaping into the afterlife
and humming the last notes
of this chosen melody, called life.

January

Journey into the New Year named after Janus,
the god of beginnings and transitions.
Another year of New Year’s
celebration and resolutions
of new beginnings,
putting the past behind us,
and going forward into the future.
Under the Wolf Moon,
also known as the Cold,
Snow, or Winter Moon,
coldest month of the year.
Zodiac signs Aquarius and Capricorn,
birthstone garnet,
flower carnations.
Considered the month of deep reflection and celebrating
Coptic Christmas to remember Jesus Christ’s birth
Year with cheer and success.

Give Them The Price They Want

When folks accuse or blame you,
just stay calm, keep quiet.
They run the world, it seems,
and there’s really no winning against their words.

So just keep going forward.
Give them the price they want.
Let go of whatever makes them mad.
Step back when you need to,
stay out of their sight and reach.

That’s the reality—if you’re open enough to see it—
ignore the noise,
heal the peace they once broke inside you.
Understand.
Forgive.
Move on.

They might think they own the world,
but you don’t have to stay connected.
Love yourself,
protect the peace inside,
and take care of your soul.

Verse

Life isn't fair, for how long will I blab?
Everyone knows that and sure have their share of crab.
Too much of hurts and clinging to the painful past will not do.
Telling the tales of yesterday pain is a much ado.
Incessant pang of fury is the only thing I will surely gain.
No more hold on that past of constant pain.
Going forward and putting the past behind,
Guaranteed me a blessing of many kind.
Offences of the past I shall no more find.

2ND form
I have had my own share of untold pain.
But I do not want that to put me in a cage.
That to me will be of no gain.
Now, I have chosen to open a new page.

3RD form
lingering sorrow
of piercing nagging pain
must go with the wind

Two Biblical characters stand out more than any other.
Job relates to us the inner workings of his true soul.
I learned from David the freedom to be and to reveal 'ME".
I came to realize that 'a sick 'ME' could become a healed 'ME'.
I am hot and I am cold, and I am also afraid and I am bold.

I rejoice that I am sometimes young and energetic.
I mourn at other times when I am old and lethargic.
I occasionally long for yesterday and what use to be.
I also yearn for tomorrow about what I can and will be.
If I were able to go back, there would be some tears;

I would be forced to shake hands with sadness and fears.
And the mixed journey would offer ME only limited years.
But going forward, I am linked to eternity with endless years.
There were times when I probably wished that I was other than ME.
But presently, I yearn for nothing less or more than what God has for ME.

Your sight through my eyes

you see the mountains and you see vastness
i look on and see how much thier humps bear
you view the ocean, you see beauty
i see the color of a tear

you watch the birds and you see freedom
i find a soul so lost in the sky
you laugh with a friend, you see a smile
i see a heart that wants to die

you see a world so bright and clear
you feel a G-d so good and true
i see an eye so full of pain
i feel the doubts and questions brew

you see a million futures ahead
and joy and dancing in the rain
i see a fear of going forward
and anger and dying of pain

your heart is pure and full of hope
mine is full of hate and stuck
your insides speak of love and joy
mine is overflowing with muck

you breathe an air of misty days
the ones that make you feel alive
but me? I'm lying in my bed
waiting nicely for death to arrive

The Tenth

Old hands at the pond
know that the tenth duckling will not make it.
It is the runt, half the size
of the rest of the brood, feathers thin and slick,
not fluffed, not downy.
Its weak neck droops,
it seems only to watch the water beneath it.

Mother Mallard softly quacks,
the rest of the water birds hustle to form a line near to her.
The tenth tries to fall in also,
but it is as if the gentle breeze and the soft pond ripples,
even the warm air
have banded together to thwart its progress.

The 10th stops,
allows the water to turn it the other way,
it begins to drift.
Mother duck keeps going forward with her brood,
she cannot for a moment abandon the nine
to tend to the tenth.

Gulls are circling now.
We who watch exchange looks, shrug.
Three gulls descend,
they form a triangle around the weak duckling.
One gull hesitantly pecks at it, sees that it offers no resistance.
The other two open their beaks wide to shear at the bird.
The bedraggled tenth is lifted up into the high air.
The three pond-pirates commence to tussle each other
for the spoils.
A few scrawny feathers drift back to the water.

Only now does the mother turn to observe the end,
Then with not a sound
she sails on, her chicks swiftly following.

“That’s that then,” says my friend.
“Had to be” I reply.
“It’s the way it is” he says.
We both get up from the bench,
walk away from the pond, not looking back.

Premium Member Holding On

I am searching for a missing peace of my heart
It has been, hurt on, kicked on, stabbed with a knife
I've been crushed on, and torn up inside
Always looking for that magical rainbow inside.

My world turned backward, should be going forward
Things went wrong, pieces that fell apart
 places where the darkness hides
I take each moment, do the best I can.

A smile on my face , never showing the depth
A heart that crashes, ever ready to run
Feeling the soul, not knowing where it's been
Tasting very moment best as I can.

Live everyday no matter where bitterness lies
I am just another face in the crowd
You do not walk the mile in my shoes
Don't tell me to keep my feet on the ground

Keeping my feet on the ground
Have another look around
This is just a time in my life
-----a time in my life-----
