Mt Everest

8/4/22

Too much crap coming with a high tax
Intentional not by chance
It's always been like that
Others talking behind backs
Especially after sipping out bottles from wine racks
It'll reach an end or climax
After a time lapse
Meanwhile it was in person or done behind glass
Having nothing or everything to do with finance
Nearby wildcats or waves with white caps
Took care of five tasks, ran nine laps
Nearby a lake full of striped bass
While carrying an ice axe
They said they were involved in divine acts
Across coarse and fine grass
Nearby several bike paths
I've had a nice laugh
Always ready to strike fast
Because you can't ever get any time back

Not a fool, intelligent
Not a tool, change is eminent
Nothing indefinite
It's already proven and evident

The truth instead of rhetoric
Heart cold, Mt. Everest
24/7 high and drinking alcoholic beverages
Humans always trying to have leverage
On my phone zero messages
At times gained or loss appendages
Pathetic is what their agenda is

Not easily do I forget, most things I remember it
Cause and effect quit treating me like a degenerate
Adding fuel to fire with accelerant
You're taking sides, I'mma call you Confederate
In the end, I'll turn into a revenant
No matter what you do, it's irrelevant

River beds sit full of sediments
Thank you, but I don't need your sentiments
This all shall be a testament
While among the elements

A curse or blessed to live
Damn yet again depression hit
It effected development or became a benefit
ed up but not desperate
No filter, won't ever quit
For more or less of it
I avoid over-populated areas, I'd rather be where it's desolate
Good on you if you have an impression from this

Your impact is minor or the size of an elephant
Quit being so quick to be the celebrant
You've been obsessed with percentages
Remaining far too petulant and delicate
Yeah I said it b****
It all goes for guys and gals regardless of if they get the gist of this

Oh we got another chump, I beg your pardon
All these schmucks, gosh darnit
Imma leave 'em stuck, Tar pit
Try your luck, start s***
I don't give a , it's a wrap like your body inside carpet

The Law of Everything and the Power of Influence

THE LAW OF EVERYTHING & THE POWER OF INFLUENCE

Changing the world for a better ever more

A higher state of being, to become, to adore

Conscious awareness guides you to reality

A vision of truth, with harmonious clarity

Time speeding up

The next level of our evolution

Become the change you want to see in the world

In Mahatma Gandhi’s wise words, you’ll find the solution

The Law of everything and the Power of Influence

IS The Law of Attractions missing link

Who or what you’re influenced by

Blossoms the thoughts that you think

For as a man thinketh, so he becomes with out doubt

Ask yourself this, what are you thinking about?

You’re trying to live the Law of Attraction

You’re having the thoughts, then taking the action

But it just doesn’t work; you’re not getting the gist

Do you want to know why?

There’s something you’ve missed!

Who or what you’re influenced by, is no coincidence

It’s the law of everything, and the power of influence

Self influence, the missing link, for your dreams to come true

You’re creating your life, life does not create you

Be consciously aware, be love, always in the moment of NOW

Tunnel your vision with blinkers that’s how

Be your own greatest influence, for there lays your power

Drag out from your depths, your greatest desires

Any one or thing can influence you

It is your choice, yes your choice, of the thoughts you let through

You must lovingly act the part in your life’s play

Every hour every minute consciously, all day

You are the master of your mind

It is YOU, who is the answer to peace on earth for mankind

The End of an era, a new beginning in time

A conscious awareness that is so sublime

Our thoughts are vibrations

Attracting thought seeds that we sow

Do you get the gist now, let the negative go!

We are stuff made of stars, cosmic vibrations

Your thoughts are energy that vibrate your creations

Tap into the universal mind,

Love, peace, and joy you will find

Inspiration, let it shine through you

For as you shine, the world will too!

Influence yourself, a great decision

A united world

A beautiful Vision

Yet Another Reason Why I'M the Grand Guardian...

I am the pillar of hope,
I give them strength,
that’s been my life,
and I am now made of rock.
I have and always will be,
here to help humanity.
My friends don’t fret,
it is for the best,
and I care for all of you,
just, the same.
So your pain is mine, too,
now smile and remember,
I care for you none go,
without my love.
I am an angel from above,
I care for all who seek me out,
and I am here without a doubt.
All are worthy of my care,
your emotions of pain
and sorrow along with them all.
Everything you feel is with me,
all of my days I cared so much,
and so deep for all I can feel everything.
When you see me cry,
remember your hope keeps me alive,
your pain hurts me too.
All of your strength gives me courage,
to do what’s right even when we mess up.
Do you get the gist of my connection,
to you I will forgive all, it is not my place,
to judge I just am here to love and comfort,
all who need my kindness. But even
an angel needs an angel every now and,
then, but none under my care can be there.
My entire existence is for you all,
I would not feel right forcing those who,
I help all those in need but I don't worry about me,
Eventually one will come to help me so,
that I can help you all more with my heart of
gold that you all know I may whine and cry,
but my problems are always set aside for you.
None need to worry about me I will be fine,
as long as I can help you all I will be here.
Now rest in the hope that I can help,
need not weep for my pain for I care for all,
none shall cause me to come close to falling,
I will be fine to help you all but I hope for the,
one to come and help me. Hush my friends;
I am always here for one and all.
Now be glad I live I am strong I have handled my burden's and yours as well I will
be fine. I will always be here to help none need to worry about me only he who is
to be with me to help all of you, I am fine and safe so smile I thrive off your
strength and feel your pain but I am here for all I care without a doubt.

Appropriate This

I was walking down to the taco joint
wearing my new conical Chinese hat,
I looked how it looked, it gave me some flair,
but some beta-hipster took issue with that.

He stalked up and said,”It’s people like you
who are holding us back as a nation!
Do you not realize how offensive that ?
It’s cultural appropriation!”

I rolled my yes and weight if I wanted
to take the time now to deal with this crap,
betting the fool wouldn’t have raised a fuss
if I’d worn my Oktoberfest cap.

But when I saw the man’s smug scowl
there was no question what I would do,
said,”Before we talk about my hat,
we should first see the problems in you.

“I see that you’re wearing denim jeans,
and denim first came from fair Italy,
so unless you are an Italian man
you better drop them right here in the street.

“And there upon you shirt, a name and a number,
don’t you know our numbers are Arabic?
And since you clearly are not an Arab,
you’re wearing of them makes me quite sick!

“And the worlds sprawled across all your clothing,
spelled out in the Latin alphabet…
Unless you’re Roman you shouldn’t wear that,
what the hell is going on in your head?

“You know now that I come to think of it,
Democracy was thought up by the Greeks,
as you’re not one, you shouldn’t be voting,
unless insulting them is what you seek.

“And don’t even think about eating corn,
the First Americans invented it,
it’s part of their culture, so if you care
never again eat a tortilla chip!

“Or you could just grow the hell on up,
cultures borrow from others all the time,
they’re not a straight jacket, they always adapt
to the ever-changing challenge of time.”

I stopped and stared at the man’s angry face,
I figured even he must get the gist,
instead he scowled harder somehow,
cried,”You nothing more then a damn fascist!”

In no mood to waste anymore of my life,
I sighed and walked away from that twit,
appropriated some crunchy tacos,
and stayed up late watching Samurai flicks.

A Poet's Curse

To write the perfect ode or verse
Is inevitably every aspiring poet’s curse
To write like the greats of the past
Who somehow have managed to last
Perhaps as a guide follow Patterson or Shakespeare
But wouldn’t this just lead to more confusion and fear

I wonder if there is a dummies guide to becoming a poet
With a cheesy heading like ‘your poet you just don’t know it’
What would such a book suggest
Would it be easy to digest

It would probably read
Poetry made simple here’s what you need
Step 1; it must always rhyme
And be kept in time

Step 2; create a meaningful flow
Which is not too fast or too slow

Step3; convey superior knowledge and I.Q.
Show a variety of styles perhaps put in a haiku

Step 4; capture the readers mind
Know when to be cruel and know when to be kind

Step 5; make your theme relevant
A topic know one knows may be irrelevant

Step 6; use a thesaurus
It will help you find words similar to porous

Step 7; make sure your message is clear
When trying to portray terror give the reader fear

Step 8; keep your verse short and sweet
Keep your writing punctual and neat

Step 9; don’t rush, take your time
Eventually you’ll find a word to rhyme

Step 10; end it with a great line or pun
And lastly try to have fun

If only creating the perfect verse was such an easy creation
We would certainly have a poet filled nation
The substance of verse would perhaps be bad
Which would make lovers of verse increasingly sad

If you need to follow instructions or a list
In relation to verse you evidently don’t get the gist
Simply write what you feel passionate about
Say it softly or say it with a shout

Grab pen and paper and feel the space
Because with more self expression the world would be a better place

This guide to poetry is clearly a joke
Follow it and you will unavoidably choke

Death In Minor Chords

the altogether
absolute & essential
commonality of death---
that beautiful final silence
with nothing else to worry about
with nothing but a complete end
to all suffering & all anxiety---
an eternal exhalation of all bad feelings---
both mental & physical,
culminating in peace
---pure,
unadulterated,
peace,
found in the absence of everything
that has pretended like it has some reason
to demand from us anything more than who we are.

for what we are is human,
and humans have errors---
humans are nothing but evolutionary accidents.

we walk this earth in the light far too much,
as the night (ever so beautiful)
stares us in the face & takes hold,
doesn’t it?
who doth not prefer the night?
say yes to the day, alone,
and i’ll show you someone still scared of the dark.

you need to face your greatest fears in order to overcome them
&
isn’t this the oldest story in the book?
man afraid of flying works on his pilot’s license---
woman afraid of the water becomes a professional deep see diver---
you get the gist.

further in the woods,
if you bring your flashlight,
you find yourself dwelling
in the same neighborhood that you grew up in.
surely, your eyes adjust to the moonlight now
& all of the concrete becomes familiar,
the trees themselves turn into street lamps,
and wouldn’t you know it,
the once empty,
lean-to’s made of dirty old
logs,
are now
bustling
bodegas.

hear the Em in the background?
followed by a sullen Bm?
Em, Bm, Em, Bm &
so on---
a typical funeral hymn,
for the threatened & emotionally
underdeveloped---
some would say.

but for me,
i walk with the Em following the Am
in sweet rhythmic
repetition,
allowing the unknown to
flow,
articulated through the warm waves of
minor chords
into my
death---

with nothing but a smile on my face.

Premium Member A Prayer For the Children At Christmas

Today, Christmas Day, I offer a Christmas prayer…with hope it finds its way
to every person in the world…even those who don’t celebrate Christmas Day.

It’s a prayer for the children but written to the adults…
at least that’s how its verses were compiled…
knowing if it reaches the adults…it will find it’s way into the child.

This prayer goes out to every God you pray to… the Great Spirit, Allah, HaShem, Brahman, the Creator, Jehovah…you get the gist…
and any other entity you pray too…any God I might have missed.

As you pray to your Gods…pray they help us find…
dignity, respect and acceptance….pray they help us all be gentle, loving and kind.

Pray they help us create a world where no one is hungry or enslaved…
where everyone is compassionate and honorable
where we all find within ourselves the strength and courage to be brave.

Pray they help us find family and friendships where our mutual love runs deep…
in a free and peaceful world where everyone has a warm, safe place to sleep

Pray they help us build a world that is wise and humble…and just…
filled with people who we do not fear…filled with strangers we can trust.

Pray they help us find a world where wonders exist around every turn…
where we welcome wisdom and truth…where we’re not afraid to learn.

And finally pray they help us construct a world that has long been overdue…
where the wishes hopes and dreams of our children have the opportunity to come true.

A world where every person comes together to play and laugh and sing…
and do their best to make a better world…for everyone…and everything.

Where Merry Christmas isn’t just something in December every year we say
but is a feeling…a way of life…we practice each and every day.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

Childhood

My life, what a waste,
It didn’t start until it was too late,
Not much of a childhood, not much of a fate.
Never notice, never seen,
All them years, stuck on automatic, a machine.
The anger, the anguish of things I should have done
The fun, the laughs, what? There wasn’t none.
Strict parents who ruled with an iron fist
The berating the beatings, you get the gist
Being brought up like this I became a recluse
Not point arguing or talking back, there wasn’t any use
So I became a prisoner of my own quietness and shyness
I watched from within, with silent sadness ….
Staying at home from morning to night, just me alone
Never having friends over, just me on my own
Never going out, just me and my books,
Became frightened of people and their judgmental looks
My confidence was beaten and battered
What little courage there might have been, was shattered
Wasted time, and wasted years
Locked away in my room, trapped with my fears
Then I went to college and things all changed
The chains suddenly slackened, it felt a bit strange
To suddenly be free and to do as I desired
Suddenly I had so many mates, I felt inspired
Though I put my head down and studied hard in class
Afterwards I chilled, cruised, and had bare laughs
I lived everyday to the full, as if it was my last
Clubbing and partying and having a blast
Chatting up girls, and sessioning till late
Not knowing what day it was, never mind the date
I lost my way a bit, the straight path I finally managed to find
Now that I’m older I remember those days fondly in my mind
I haven’t lived many years, but definitely lived those two
All those lost years crammed into so few…

Premium Member Turning Five Hundred

Turning fifty ain’t all that nifty,
You might as well be turning five hundred.
You start get shifty, thrifty and whifty,
And you don’t act as young as you once did.

You know what they say, the old cliché,
Age is just a number.
But age doesn’t stay,
Time doesn’t slumber.

They say the years have been kind,
But time keeps on going.
And eventually you’ll find,
Your age does start showing.

You may pretend,
You’re only as old as you feel.
But really in the end,
That’s not part of the deal.

You may remain a child at heart,
But your body will age anyway.
In childish games you may take a part,
But childhood wanes day by day.

Time is not a kind master,
As it travels it takes you along.
The older you get it seems to go faster,
Until your time on earth is gone.

They say time waits for no man,
That’s because time is abrupt.
So live your best life any way that you can,
Before your time is up.

The secret of life as is told,
Is to love and be loved in return.
It’s the key for gracefully growing old,
And it’s the greatest lesson to learn.

So dance while you still can,
The last dance will come for sure.
It all ends up where it began,
And soon you’re not here anymore.

So write up your kick-the-bucket list,
With “To Do’s” before you’re pushing up daisies
Sooner or later, you’ll get the gist,
But don’t worry ‘bout it or you’ll go crazy.

So Face it, you’re going to get old,
Sooner or later you’ll be the one dead.
No more living the years said to be gold,
But for now, you’re just turning five hundred.
