Beyond function of eavesdropping as rational motive
My conscience* fulfills its assigned mission
Indeed effective, earnestly heaven-bound directive
Guiding with truth’s admonishing compassion.
Thus, I thank God for my conscience’s active presence
Righteous eavesdropping, indeed divinely-driven
Grieving for my wrong decision of pride’s license
Prodding me to confess my sins and be serenely forgiven.
With virtuous eavesdropping, my conscience I want to reign
Led by the Holy Spirit’s enabling for faith-service empowerment
Trusting the Lord, I yield against selfishness' worthless gain
Blessed to be freed from denial and conceit’s entanglement.
*2Corinthians 1:12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world…

I did not, in any sense, desire a fight with my eye
The eye that keeps greedily taking glances,
Seeking to convince my soul to allow
Beauty,
fleeting pleasure,
and the glory of youth.
For indeed, youth is glory:
A flower that blossoms for a season.
For there lie a myriad forms of fruit,
And every fruit begins at a seed.
A seed suffers shame in many ways;
At times, a bird may take it as a snack.
A choice, in a way, must be made at the level of the seed:
Either be consumed, or be sown.
Both paths satisfy an innate desire.
A youth may take it as a snack;
An elder may sow it and allow it to rot for formation.
One fulfills a fleeting pleasure;
The other postpones urgent gratification.
In every path, some desire is embraced.
Yet at the sunset,
One is further advanced in multiplication,
While another adores only flashbacks.
In all, a need is met
It’s nice to think that each of us
Possesses certain skills
Or talents or abilities
Which, maybe, life fulfills.
The lucky ones discover theirs
Perhaps when they are young
And if they’re able, nurture it
From when their hopes have sprung.
For many, strengths stay hidden
And then gradually appear,
At times to even influence
One’s choice of a career.
Yet others never have the chance
To tap into that vein
Where aptitude awaits,
So unaware they might remain.
To those who are unfortunate
And struggle to proceed,
It might be that a little boost
Might help them to succeed.
The Second Coming of Jesus
Upon the clouds, in glorious light,
Our Savior returns to end the night.
With gentle grace, and fierce as fire,
He fulfills every soul's desire.
Once born in humble, lowly place,
He came to save the human race.
This time, He’ll come in majesty,
The Lamb, the King, eternally.
Trumpets sound and mountains bow,
All creation waits somehow.
The lost are found, the blind will see,
In His presence, eternally free.
He gathers those who knew His name,
For whom He bore the world’s disdain.
The faithful rise, in robes of white,
To reign with Him in endless light.
A peace descends, the wars will cease,
In His kingdom, love’s release.
Every tear and earthly pain,
Dissolved in joy, washed clean like rain.
O Lord, we wait, our hearts prepare,
For the day when You’ll be there,
To claim Your own, to bring us home,
No longer lost, no more alone.
In hope we stand, our spirits sing,
For Christ, our Lord, our risen King.
The promise made, the dawn will come,
Jesus, our Savior, calls us home.
I glimpsed our horizon echoing Sun
Voluminous sets of waves whispered crest
Neath, its silent swarm's hushed sealife possess
A sullen saffron lens rise slumbered some
Dualities of grand expanse, lay calm
Aquarium of a glassless shore stills
The constant vastness of two voids fulfills
Indiscernible range touch spreads aplomb.
Hands to lips flung a kiss ferry o'er a crowded room as a single kiss falls to a floor, unnoticeable to all, except to its deliverer and of course, being the exploit,
A secretive chance for a budding romance enters a phase in shape of a maze of a hall of mirrors within a house of horrors and the vague, willing to the unable, engages,
Third times a charm enters the calm, of the quietude of an early eve's mood, as dusk make haste to night's embrace, the final endeavor in stages;
the audible...mute,
the visual...blind,
the indiscernible...void.

December comes with certain treats,
Music and psalm and all things sweet.
The year-end grooves to festive cheer,
As commerce moves with spending here.
There is an air of appetites,
A buying flair that trade recites.
So much to pitch for Christmas mood,
The urgent reach for myriad goods.
Cash here works well in buying spree,
Wants and needs dwell on things you see.
Yes we consume more than enough...
Scent of perfume, so much of stuff.
Body-mind speed to acquire more,
That craving need for more to store.
Shoppers invade our city malls,
Goods ready made are dressed to call.
Season Greetings now fill the air,
Grand happenings now tempt and stare.
Warm city sights scream faith and hope,
Love comes to light our festive scope.
Money can buy so many things,
Not lows and highs beyond such flings.
The world knows fear in woes and pains,
Bring joy and cheer in acts laid plain.
Spare a good thought for sorrow's brief,
Resource kind plot to ease some grief.
Then your greetings will say a lot,
In fond wishing that's filled with thought.
For our loving speaks in giving,
Our fond greetings in right living.
Thus our kind tact fulfills love's pact,
For in each act, we heed sure tract.
Cheers then my friends and peace to all,
Goodwill floods grand when true love calls.
Peace on earth comes right here to stay,
Grandeur now sums our cheery days.

It Ain't Easy Being Stupid
The sweet reggae music
And the oldies Goldie’s Outbids the
Noise in the night
Tall dark and handsome,
I saw him standing there,
A well shave face viper
His artistic designs
From ear to cheek
Zigzags lines that
Shape his round face
The shine on his face clashes
With the street light
To have such a deep admiration
From a sex stave woman
I was in love the six packer
the bearded caribbean viper
Under the street light; they he stand tall
I sigh! and took another sip of beer
as memory recalls I about to have an affair?
I whisper softly " Lord “Please don't failed me now
That was the night
When I surrender my heart, my secrets
for moment of bliss that fulfills only
a temporary curiosity of most women
My self-confidence forfeit
The enemy captured my heart
Self-confidence is to do
What you are afraid to do.
I have done it all
I surrender everything to a tall six packers
the beard caribbean viper
A moment of sanity
From another human being to another
It Ain't Easy Being Stupid
Shepherd of the Lord's flock
Is placed by the Father;
Leading the Church Of Christ
With God's laws or order.
The valiant minister
Preaches love, hope, and faith;
He works each day and night
To praise one God so great.
The steward of the Church
Feeds our soul and spirit;
Teaching us the good news
With power and with wit.
The guardian of our faith
Keeps us good, safe and sound;
Guiding us with wisdom
To brave the battleground.
The leader of the fold
Fulfills his divine task;
Undaunted by fatigue,
He almost doesn't bask.
The pastor of the sheep
Cares with much compassion;
His heart does long for the
Chosen ones' salvation.
Nothing can hinder him,
Neither storm nor big block;
Thank God for giving us
Shepherd of the Lord's flock.

My eyes behold majestic wonders of you
Colorful renderings of loves vibrant portrait
Fills my sight
Soft fragrant aromas caress my senses
As the flavorful essences of passion
Moisten my lips
Images soft and serene drift through my mind
As my love for you gently meanders
Within my body
Soft whispers of beloved devotion swirl around me
As it chases away the lonely silence
I take in those refreshing words
As I inhale your sumptuous warm breathe
As my youthful desires give way
To masculine occurrences within my being
My hunger is stayed
As your sensual touch fulfills my craving
For affection and its appetite for life
Form:
Down long lonesome roads of life, I traveled
only resting when I've grown weak and weary
or stumbling on memory lanes, pea graveled
that cause my mournful eyes to become teary.
My life is a library of memorable adventures.
I look back on those that brought me sorrows,
notwithstanding the rough and rocky ventures,
I’ve always looked forward to brighter morrows.
Courage always serves me as a faith restorer.
Then I'm off on another journey in which I pretend
that I'm a brave adventurist, a vagabond explorer,
hoping to discover serenity around the next bend.
Life offers us many of those up-and-down times,
but I have reached the crest of the highest hills --
sat there, meditated, and wrote poetic rhymes,
about sorrow's depth and how happiness fulfills.
I've learned how to be both malleable and shrewd,
relying on my senses and what nature will provide.
Life can be felicitous, and if I have the right attitude
I will accept my optimism to be a trusted guide.
