The Princess and Her Dream-----Childrens Story

Once upon a time in a far away land. There was a deep dark forest and in the middle
of the forest was a road paved of gold that led to a beautiful castle. This is where a
beautiful princess lived all alone her name was Isabella.Every night as she laid her
head down to sleep she would dream of a handsome prince to come and rescue
her.The princess was kept imprisoned by three wicked witches.Their names were
Hazel,Mable,Kara they were sisters and Hazel was the boss.Mable and Kara done
what ever Hazel told them.So Mable's job was to keep anyone from seeing the
princess.Hazel kept everyone away from the castle.Kara's job was to keep the
princess from being lonely. At night fall before the princess went to bed Kara would
brush the princess's beautiful long hair. The princess was so pretty her hair was
blonde and her eyes were sparkling blue.
Kara cared for the princess because she wanted her to always to be happy. In
another castle far away there lived a prince who always dreamed of finding his
princess. One day as the prince was out hunting he came to the edge of the
forest. He got off his horse and began to feel his princess was very close.Just as the
prince had that thought Mable had a vision that the prince was at the edge of the
forest.Mable ran straight to Hazel to tell her what she had seen.Hazel told Mable I
have a suprize for him.As the prince entered the forest a big ball of fire appeared
before him.Hazel.Mable knew it was very important to keep the prince from ever
meeting the princess or they would turn to ashes. As the prince rode around the
ball of fire he just knew there was someone special beyond that fire.
As the princess and Kara were locked in the castle. The princess turned to Kara and
said"I have a feeling someone wonderful is comming my way".As the prince rode
around the fire Hazel and Mable began to turn to ashes for they knew the prince
would have the princess.Kara was not turning to ashes cause she was in the
princess's heart. When the prince got to the castle and Kara opened the door and
their eyes met for the very first time they both felt it was love at first site.Kara
stayed with them forever. They were married and lived happier ever after. The End
The moral of this story is dreams do come true.Teresa Skyles

Planet Earth "as Described By the Traveler"

There are many peoples and planets
Throughout the vast universe
Though during my travels I haven’t seen any
That can compare to the peoples of earth
It amazes me to see an entire planet of beings
With intelligence such as theirs that are so
Petty, so unbelieving, and so filled with hate
It’s as if they don’t care and are completely unaware
Of the judgment that they will one day have to face
No matter if they believe that they’ll have to or not
Jesus Christ will one day - return to this earth
To deal successfully with - the entire human race
I wonder how a beautiful blue world such as this planet
Harbors such sin, so much hate, and the people so cruel
Instead of being brotherly, loving and helping one another
They appear to be greedy, selfish, and unbelieving fools
Mankind all, comes from one single place
No matter the planet, no matter the race
Created in the Father’s own awesome image - alas
The peoples of earth are in serious peril of being erased
I wonder why they cannot just get alone
When the entire planet belongs to everyone
I wonder why one group feels like they want to own it all
When surely they have to know that this will be man’s downfall
From the moment beings are born into this world living
To be here only for a moment that is indeed fleeting
By God’s unconditional love, His mercy and His grace
To enjoy but a second the magnificent beauty of the human race
As I travel through this planet known as earth looking at
Its awesome shores, its green forests, and its beautiful blue skies
I, “the traveler” pass by quietly and without any interference
For mankind alone has made come to pass - its own - deserving demise!

The Mystical Garden

It blossoms,hovering with its foundation,
As it grows firm on man's imagination,
Refreshing,it clears our desperation,
Permitting, the child in an adult creates great fiction,

Feeding our thoughts, life's beauty it adorns,
Forget-me-not beckons,
As its soothing fragrances reckons,
Filling our lungs with the air we lean on,

Flying with the beautiful wings of the butterfly,
Nector we suck,as increasing our yield we try,
Soaring,freedom, our spirits cry,
Failing to yield to life's spy,

Sailing over reality's challenges,
Lady-in-boat our hopes clings,
As we dream gracefully through its pages,
Humming beautiful tunes,our heart chirps,

We walk the path of the lily,
Clothed in its serene purity,
As we color our path with its virginity,
Hoping to live in its gracious nationality,

The gorgeous rose blossoms,
Striking our hearts with commitment's hormones,
As our lives,we are willing to lose,
Hoping to elude reality's woes,

The sun shines with radiant gold,
Reliving our days as we grow old,
But the body retires with stories untold,
As the bell toll and our imaginations fold,

The Fantasy Dance

as I walk into this enchanted building.
the thoughts in my mind plunder.
the sounds of violins playing.
the crystal chandlers sparkling.but wait
there's a beautiful dancing on the ballroom
floor.
she was a beautiful lady with sparkling diamonds,
and a dress that can make say wow!
as she danced, she disappeared.the music stopped,
and she reappeared from no where and music came
back on.
all of a sudden people was in the background.
something puzzled me,where am I at.
what is this place, where did all these people come
from.
and why are they all dressed up.these people are talking
the night away with no worries and dancing too.
as I walk towards to the door.

the girl appears, without hesitation she grabbed my arm.
were the dance floor dancing away.her smiling face.
It made wonder about this, why me?
why did something lead me here.I said you look beautiful
tonight.
she blushed with joy.all sudden the clock struck 12 am
and everything began to disappear.
I asked her for her name.she said thank you?
when she disappear her locket fell down.
her name was rose.

I Spoke To the Moon

The moon had long since it spoke to me
About its pearly star
I ask her to sit in my bed
So I could take from her a spoon of light

One summer evening I saw her at my window
And opened it right away
Chasing her was a radiant star
But she could not come to me and stay

The moon had long since talked with me
About loves born through the centuries
While I prayed with my heart and hands
For just a little residual light from its star

The moon had long since talked with me
Promising and expected to come one day
On my Handrail a full-blown rose
Was a gift from all miracles I prayed

I spoke to the Moon about the golden rose
Precious this gift and full of worth
"The beautiful star was the one followed after
Sweet this kind of life through the thorns...

I spoke to the Moon late last night
Now she is my beautiful and pure friend
When she is mad, I talk to the star
When I feel lonely, she offers me her hand…

Song Birds

"a beautiful song openes your heart"

A harmony of sounds I hear.
Four songbirds singing in my ear.
My yard is where they live
a soaring heart is what they give.
The beauty of keeping them near.

There was two green and two blue.
It made me think of the love between me and you.
They fly through the air with the greatest of ease.
Flying way up top high in the trees.
The sounds they sing I have never heard.
So I thank God for those beautiful songbirds.

Fill my soul with a beautiful song
Not a short one but make it long.
