Premium Member The Moon Embraced the Sun

The shy Moon dims her silver to sleep
Bored of wishes from chattering Stars
She nods off into the dawn glimpsing
The handsomeness of the morning Sun

As twilight breaks the Moon's dreams
She awakes from the warmth of the Sun
The mighty yellow sphere bows into the sea
The Moon glows pining for the glorious Sun

Twinkle blinking and mean-full winking
Those pestering Stars laugh out loud
And mock the Moon to break
Into her crescent shape and blue shade

The Moon closes her eyes waning away
Wishing for dawn just to glance
At her beautiful prince of light
Shining with rays of brightness

Whispering Stars secrets dim into day
Their rhythm of rhyme reaches the Sun
Curious he becomes of the Moon
Does she really love me?

A wave of warmth covers the Moon
She peers into the light to see
The smiling face of the mighty Sun
She awakes new and full

The busy Earth looks up
Two celestial bodies embrace
The Moon eclipses the Sun
And blocks his light from sight

The full Moon shines her silver
Bouncing off waves she smiles
Stars blink and twinkle quietly
The Earth hushes round and round

As dawn breaks the Sun waves
And the Moon bows way for day
They have their moments to be
Those silly stars blush silently.

Premium Member Love: A Beautiful Fairy

She’s a small little fairy all by herself,
She desires to be all alone,
Loving the silent words in her mind,
She’s the whole complete gang on her own,

Who’s never surrounded by the wrong type of thought,
Never surrounded by hard,
Difficult ideas she will not agree with,
Ideas that are viciously barbed,

Alone she’s the rose free full of the love,
The love that everyone craves,
The happy and proud with a beautiful smile,
With love, she’s the beautiful flame,

And she sneaks to our minds when we are alone,
She’s Electra with a radiant light,
Like Rhiannon alone with the whistling wind,
She comes to our dreams in the night.

And They Lived Happily Ever

How was that poem
you read in the meadow
There as the sun shone
so warm on your skin

About a man and
a beautiful princess
And how her heart
he was trying to win

Slaying a dragon with
fire breath breathing
Saving her life with
a sword and with style

Bringing her jewels and
a rose from the garden
Whatever it took so
he could see her smile

She took his hand and
then thanked him so sweetly
Said that she needed not
flowers and stones

All she desired was a
man who would love her
Stand by her side,
never leave her alone

I am that man, said this
commoner kneeling
I will be faithful each
day of your life

Beautiful princess, you'd
make me so happy
If you would say yes
to being my wife

Needless to say there was
joy in the kingdom
Love was in bloom
as their life did begin

But did you know in this
poem I’ve written
You were the princess
and well, I was him

And they lived happily ever. . . . . .

A Fire For My Love - XXXI to XXXIV

"I know not that of which you speak, though this I can relate;
A restlessness does haunt my soul, a hunger I must sate;
I know I slept with my child's eyes naivety was my bed;
Then I did wake with adult eyes an aching heart embedded"

"The last we knew she journeyed far to seek a worthy mate;
Her longing, calm, melodic voice unsettled Zeus' state;
He sent her forth to prove her voice could conquer one like he;
And seeded lust and longing that she sings so passionately.

So now it's clear why you could raise the fire from her sleep;
For Zeus gave this playful Sprite to Hestia from his seed;
Speak soft our sister's name to her and make a wish entire;
For she must grant her captor that which they do most desire"

And so Euterpe reappeared returned to sister's fold;
The Fire Sprite now danced with glee back in her master's hold;
Our Maid now settled back at home, devoted man by side;
And Hermes whined and sulked with pain his fun and games denied.

Premium Member Love On the Planet Evon -Revised

The night descends quickly.
The bloody Evon’s moon rise
to its zenith leaving a red uneven path
on the choppy ocean surface.
Quickly I take my special pill
that will transform my legs into a tail.

Patiently I wait for her, tail splashing,
laughter ringing over the glassy sea,
my mermaid riding gracefully
over crested milky waves.

All lovers are asleep or hiding
to escape their fears that change
in the deadly night might bring. Not me.
Ah, she arrives and I’m in bliss.
We revel in the crimson Evon light,
surf giant white-tipped waves,
dive into the dark waters below.

We swim together, bathing off our cares,
the great Evon gives us strength.
The sea songbirds soar o'er our heads,
thrill us with their lovely lullaby.
The waves pound the spiky crags
adding their haunting symphony.
Then will my love sing her haunting ditty,
As I go into a rapture of unbound passion.

I love the sea, the salty sea,
Painted red with Evon's moon,
far from the clutches of the mighty sun
that burns and blotches my skin.
Let me glide down towards the seabed
below the inky surface and mingle
with fish and mollusks and mermaids,
especially the one I truly love.
This is perpetual bliss, paradise touched
To look over towards the far horizon,
isn't that our wishing star
shooting across the inky skies?

Wish To Be Your Dream

I could not sleep
I could only dream
You come like an Angel
You make my heart gleam

I want to know
The way to your heart
I want to express my love for you
Don’t know how to start

Why cant I talk
When you come near me
I want to give you love that’s true
Why do you scare me

I want to hear you say I love you
Nothing will happen wrong
Do not be afraid
I will keep you happy and strong

Give me your worries
I will give you something to smile
Nothing will remain the same
Everything around will change

I want to hug you
I wish to be your dream
Don’t you ever dream
My dream is you

Romance Is Dead

Make me smile and feel as if I am the only one.
Turn around and leave me bitter and forsaken.

Hold me close and kiss my lips, make me feel falsely safe.
Run to her, with my taste on your lips and listen as my heart chafes.

"No woman has ever treated me better", is what you say.
If that is true, what leads your heart, body and soul astray?

Love me, leave me, lie to me, and think that I don't know.
All you are doing is making my disdain for you crescendo.

Use me, abuse me, tear me down and try to hide what you do.
For I will bide my time, foolish man, you have not the slightest clue.

Its a nice night for a stroll, crepuscular sky, with a repleted moon.
Hand in hand, we saunter through the path to your impending doom.

I lean up and gently brush my lips upon yours smelling her again.
Smiling, envisioning how you just walked into the lion's den.

My body trembles and starts to shake, you think its because I'm cold.
No, baby its because you're going to get your recompense fourfold.

My skin melts away and fur is now where creamy flesh once resided.
Bones shift, teeth grow a blood lust ensues and your fate has been decided.

My teeth gnash into your body and soon you will be forever changed.
This is your fate, now not only our DNA but part of our souls are exchanged.

If you're strong enough to survive the bite, you'll become loup-garou like us.
You will be pack, no more lies, and cheating and no more mistrusts.

For treating me like I was your play thing, this is your punishment.
People like you have souls that are black and malignant.

Premium Member Winter Dream Fancy

Cloud ribbon candy-like skies, appear full
                        Bursting with winter dream fancy
As though one could fashion a day made of wool
With snowflakes so thick that you can’t see

Yet on the horizon, a figure in red
Appears in a flash of reflection
And so, through the frosted white breezes, I tread
To see you make your way, my direction

I could not believe you had come back to me
I’d have cried lest my tears begin icing
So instead, I just run, without pause or concern
Right into your arms, so enticing

I wondered the reason this winter tide chill
Had crept up on me, unsuspected
Alone, with this cold empty heart left to fill
It should have been something expected

But now through this magical snow dust of love
You are here and the freeze has abated
And I thank all the Jack Frosted heavens above
For two hearts, now so warm and elated

Premium Member Erotic Rooftop Connection

Let's relive that night of nebulas.
Toga night, fearless night!

With Aphrodite dancing clearly in
their sight.
Eros casts his sexual might,.

Let's dance in bewitching circles of Aegean mystery.
Only ....you and I in a kissable, erotic synergy.

Filled to the brim, our aquamarine crystal glasses.
San Francisco has memories and absolutely no passes.

They still celebrate love each night on their roof.
I hear the pawing of their Unicorn Minerva's hoof.

Two, that chose to love under the gods' directions.
From this earth, their love, a delicate confectionary,
eternal connection!

Premium Member Ramblers

’Tween hither and thither while wending our way,
skipping, dancing through sand dunes in seascape croquet
and woven in waves watching dolphins at play,
I first tasted her lips in the ocean’s wild spray.

Mystic moonbeams, suffusing clouds’ shimmering sails,
then unleashed us and whisked us down sensuous trails,
soon evoking the trills of untamed nightingales
as our passions pervaded green valleys and dales.

Being specters of splendor in wanton sashay
we mastered our meaning in love’s matinee –
sultry breezes, in passing, slowed down to survey
blazing bodies embracing youth’s blooming bouquet.

With the wind as our wings, chasing rainbows we flew,
two gypsies on junkets through dusk’s residue
sometimes following pollen to everywhere new
beneath the empyrean, painted pale blue.

Rising higher and higher, the sun lured our sleigh,
teasing time was our temptress, night ’n day after day
as we gamboled and gambled, two waifs led astray,
with our shackles afire, our anchors aweigh.

Yes, we’ve drifted, like dreamers where sprites rendezvous
having stars in our eyes with all time as our view,
and feasted on laughter and sipped morning dew
while rambling forever as one made of two.
