~Don't Be Afraid~
( Loop Poetry )
Afraid of nothing you should be
Be courageous and have faith
Faith and love will make you very strong
Strong in God, our Lord, will give you love, hope
Hope, love, peace, will give you dreams
Dreams to be the best you can be, just go
Go and do what's right
Right and true for you, just fight
Fight and stand for what's right and true
True be always to yourself and others.

Inception
A near accident almost run over by a train
old heart, she collapsed in my arms
wrapped her in a blanket, looked asleep
we drove thro' the long night headlights
made a temporary tunnel
If I turn the light off, we will disappear
I looked in the rear mirror, saw her smile
at the petrol station, the young attendant
seeing death up close paled
this was reality, not play station 2c
I found a cave that had straw on the ground
a lit candle on a niche, it was here Jesus lay
when the women came and cleaned his wounds
while his followers in the olive groove
his face bore the agony suffered by the righteous
I laid her beside him, she looked so brittle
they had both achieved eternal life
She had no foreknowledge of impending demise
she had the purist of hearts
Jesus became a myth in our collective myth

Amadeus - Amade
Where! Where to honor you, Amadeus –
In the city of the waltz –
In palaces gilded with golden light
In cathedral dust, forgotten,
In mountain havens
Or their ascending heights?
What place –
What faceless stone -
Bids your spirit rest – what marker
Bids auf wierdersehen Amadeus?
The city where the river blue
Still flows –
Eternal life and inspiration -
Forgets where it’s adopted
Mountain child lies –
Nor did it care when last
You gave your soul in soaring melody
Opening for a tone deaf world
The gates of Heaven’s song –
Eternal symphony of God and man.
No master’s requiem wept upon
The winter day
When winter stilled
The life within your flowing harmony –
The waltzing world
Quickly spun away
From genius haunted by night music –
To see the dust of history cast anonymity
Upon a pauper’s place beneath a tiny star
Where jealous mediocrity hides you.
Among the graves of common man
Envy hides your mortal bones
Unmarked, unknown, unsung –
Momentary crushed -
Until the light of purest sound escapes –
The soul of music you set free - in fantasies -
In plaintive prologues - flutes of magic spells -
Slowly swirls above haunted dreams
Shattering shrouds of soundless bonds
To echo forever in perfect notes.
Where! Where to honor you Amadeus?
Not within a city of rococo gates –
Nor shouted from ancient mountain walls –
Your serenades released to the shepherd King,
Born from inspiration’s boneless soul,
Spin in arias through layers of earthbound airs,
Rise slowly beyond portals of mortality;
Your melodies – crescendos in ecstasy
Flowing from the eternal child resolved -
Consummated - liberated – set free!
Without creation, evolution cannot exist.
The universe, void of form, nothingness, empty.
God's creation appears. it's meaning hidden in parable
a winged accomplice, a messenger of hope, visions of dreamers.
A vision hidden in a dream enters my consciousness.
Confusion thrives by imperfections.
misguided debate, argument, denial
Yet the creation of evolution not rejected.
Is this a caper of some distant place or that
Of ancient enlightened minds?
The capacity to reason limited,
Granted just enough to choose that of an unimaginable
Eternal life or unending despair.
If I am to choose, it will be life, for utter darkness
fails in its measure.
God, my Father,
Healer of my soul
Blessed redeemer
The One who makes me whole
Pour out your joy, your peace
Your grace, hope and love
Pour out your wonders
On the inside where You are
Living, providing my heart
With a sense of serenity
A promise of life’s blessings
Assurance, salvation, direction
Where they abide, inside,
There, I know that You prepare me
For the pain and despair, the darkness
That tries to cover up my hope
In clouds of doubt and disappointment
But I know, dear Father…
That I can be sure of Your blessings
Scattering the clouds, the pressure
The stress, anxiety and fear
So that I only need to hear….
The winds, silent as the affection,
That penetrates my soul
Awakening the joy that grows
Erasing pain and strife
Reminding me that eternal life
Will soon be mine!
~ You're Very Special ~
( Triolet )
God really cares and loves every man
You're so special to Him in every way
For you He has only the best of plan
God really cares and loves every man
With Him in all we can very tall stand
Praise the Lord for all He does night and day
God really cares and loves every man
You're so special to Him in every way.

FREE-WILL is Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden making choices KNOWINGLY contrary to God's command. They were tempted with other choices which they had the ability to resist and avoid a different outcome which their creator did not choose for them. By their consent and personal choice, they charted a different destiny for themselves, and their actions literally affected the choices and destinies of every human being that followed. There is an amazing lesson for us to consider when we realize that our choices are not about us alone. Our choices may well influence, and in some cases, may dictate the destiny of others. Eve chose to say 'yes' to the serpent; Adam chose to say 'yes' to Eve.
FREE-WILL is also seen in a news story about a lady that refused to wear a mask which was a requirement to receive service. She appealed to her individual right 'not to wear a mask', and such a choice was well within her right to do so. By the same token, the business enterprise had it's right also 'not to serve her unless she wears a mask'. If the enterprise, in our present state of health, allowed her to go unmasked, he ran the risk of allowing others to be infected with The COVID-19 virus based on her choice alone.
DESTINY is Jesus Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane submitting his will
to the will of the Father. Choice seems to be in play here, but destiny is
primary.
DESTINY is also Jesus Christ on the cross destined to die, to be resurrected, and to return to Heaven.
DESTINY is also the sentence of death for the entire human race, all animal and plant species, and every living organism; none of which has any choice in the matter of death being our final destiny. The only exception that I know to that rule is the faith of the Christian believer which promises a new and eternal life after death. That would then be our eternal destiny.

And may you be not drunk with wine
But filled with the spirit as God divined
As humans we've all have had a little drink or two
That's not a bad thing as long as you don't overdo
In Ephesians 5:18 from what I understand
It's a word of advice from God, a positive Command
For the word of God leaves little room for debate
Take Him at His word It Is of the faith
But don't try to take the actual words that are written
And change them to suit yourself that's a bad decision
For God is very firm in what He does say
He says what He means and from His word He does not stray
Intoxication or Inspiration, what do you desire?
Be not drunk with wine just do as God requires
The Lord God wants you to be filled with the Holy Spirit
So praise and worship Him and don't stop until you get it
Whenever one is under the influence of drink
You're at a weak point and the devil will start to think
He will try and sway you away from God's Holy word
Make you doubt and question all that you have heard
For drink will incapacitate you and make you act like a fool
Enabling the devil to use you as a tool
Be not drunk with wine but be inspired by The Lord
Be filled with The Holy Spirit on the gospel train get aboard
With The Holy Spirit you still have free choice
But while you're drunk on wine you can't even find your voice
Intoxication or Inspiration, what is the main point?
You can be damned with the devil or with God be anoint
God wants you to walk like His Son Jesus of Christ
To be filled with The Holy Spirit everyday of your life
Intoxication may cause you to fight with your friends
Inspiration will give you eternal life in the end
Intoxication may cause you to spend all of your money
Inspiration will lead you to the land of milk and honey
As far as I'm concerned the choice is not that hard
All you have to do is get high on God
