How in the world do you prepare a loved one for dying?
What if you as well as others have faithfully prayed
For your love one's healing? But instead of improving,
It only becomes much worse. And you storm the
Heavenly citadels of heaven reaching the very throne
Room of The Lamb of God who takes away the sins
Of the the world!
Most believers in Jesus Christ, firmly believe, "it is
Appointed unto man (or woman) once to die and
Afterwards the judgement." And as the Apostle
Paul, the apostle to the gentile nations once said.
"To be absent from the body is to be present with
The Lord." How well and good it is to be reassured
That your Christian friend will be going to heaven!
This is a much harshest case scenario! What if your
Loved one is not born again? You must first faithfully
And diligently pray for Dear Heavenly Father! To give
Unto you the very right words to say to him (or to her).
Hopefully, your unsaved loved one will ask you this
Very viable live changing and life saving question.
"What must I do to become saved?"
In that case situation you simply reply, "For God so
Loved (you) that He gave His only begotten Son; that
Whosoever believes on Him will not perish but have
Everlasting life." John 3:16. What if you friend does not
Nether acknowledges God's very existence. And or your
Dying love one no longer believes in Him!
You can always pray for God to have mercy on his or hers
immortal soul. And into your hands oh Lord we commend
His or her spirit. Speak those words or similar ones out
Loud. Hold on to your loved ones hand, and ask this question.
If you believe in God please squeeze my hand, if you are still
Able to do so. I firmly believe that our dear Heavenly Father
Does accepts and acknowledges death bed confessionals!
Why should any one of us wait until our eleventh hour to
Become saved? Multitudes of people die instantaneously with
Out even having a chance to become saved! And unfortunately
Some people miss out on their last opportunity to become
Born again believers in Jesus Christ, God's only begotten
Son, and our precious Lord, Redeemer and Savior! We
Love, worship and honor Him because He first loved us!
Love in Christ Jesus Holy Name!

We were the epitome of love's pure flame,
Where love wasn't an option, but the very essence of our frame.
We walked side by side, two love birds entwined,
Our hearts beating as one, our love forever aligned.
Everything was alright, I don't want to lie,
But now, I'm left to wonder, why the change in the sky.
Can we look back and see the way we used to be?
Bathing together, under the same melody.
We'd play our favorite song, and our love would resound,
In each other's eyes, our hearts would be found.
We were best friends, partners in every sense,
Together forever, our love would make its own defense.
Morning kisses, whispered sweet nothings, and prayers at night,
Our love was deep, our feelings, a precious, sacred light.
In bed, we'd hold each other tight,
Our love, a flame that burned, day and endless night.
But now, we're like strangers, living worlds apart,
Two people, once so close, now barely a spark in the heart.
I wish we could turn back the clock, and be what we used to be,
When love was new, and our hearts were free.
We'd make jokes, and laugh until our sides would ache,
Our dreams of marriage, and kids who'd run and play, at stake.
We were the king and queen of each other's hearts,
But a bad wind blew, and our love fell apart.
The pain remains, a constant, gnawing ache,
A reminder of what we had, and what we'll never make.
I still hold on to the memories of our past,
The laughter, the tears, the love that will forever last.
Oh, my love, can we find our way back?
Can we relive the moments, that made our love attack?
Can we rediscover, the love that we once shared?
I yearn for the days, when our love was unscarred.
Let's turn back the clock, and be what we used to be,
The love birds, who'd walk side by side, wild and free.
Let's rekindle the flame, that once burned so bright,
And make our love, a beacon, that shines through the night.
No matter my endeavors; she returns every year
Whether she totally does understand my despair
To this yearly seasonal unrequited sad love affair
As to her yellow flower beauty I don't have a care
Digging up foundations ripping away at her roots
A pouring of strong weed killer we are in cahoots
Her now lifeless body lies besides me as so felled
The satisfaction to her death inside me is quelled
But, such is her love for me; she will soon return
She's not one to give up; she will not be spurned
And come next year, she will give it one more try
Pleading with me I love you don't let our love die
Her heart broken, as yet again, I hear not her cry
As yet again her lifeless body does beside me lie
Maybe next year I should just let her up and grow
And for her my dandelion, in return my love show
Save a dying love
Can't change history, though they try to flee
How does happiness turn so sad?
When two lovers meet, they may plant the seed
Why do two hearts turn out so bad?
Chorus
Two hearts grow apart
Seems they've lost the spark
How to save a dying love?
Can they show they care?
Will they always be there?
How to save a dying love?
Neither wants to change, neither wants the blame
If only their feelings could stay the same
Then one fateful day, they find out one has strayed
How can true love survive this way?
Chorus
Two hearts grow apart
Seems they've lost the spark
How to save a dying love?
Can they show they care?
Will they always be there?
How to save a dying love?
Damned emotions break, releasing a flood
Forgiving hearts don't hate, they cover with love
Stop living a lie, both need to give love a try
Forgiveness is better than saying goodbye
Chorus
Two hearts grow apart
Seems they've lost the spark
How to save a dying love?
Can they show they care?
Will they always be there?
How to save a dying love?
Stop living a lie, both need to give love a try
Forgiveness is better than saying goodbye
That's how to save a dying love!
That's how to save a dying love!

With utter dismay
I sank my red eyeballs
Inside a dust filled pillow
I wept for her profusely
I wept for my love
For my love is still sick
Fourty five moons after
It was fourty five moons
Still,, she stay glued
Still, she was without movement
Paralysis crept into her
From toe down the head
She was a living corpse
She was stroked with stroke
The sickness diagnosed
Drugs and remedies found at last
But the in-house parasitic rodents
And the foreign greedy wolves
Would let loose heavens
If my love is revived from the sickness
Why? We all echoed !!
Why not? They replied firmly !!
Looking terribly mean like a wolf whose
Prey is about being freed
She is our prey !!!
They roared like a wounded lion
She shall be ruined by debt
She shall thirst only sorrow
She shall die of hunger
She shall continue to swim in misery
Even amidst plenty and many
They laughed whimsically
Fear garbed my nakedness
With cold and fever
As I shiver and quiver
I lift my head off the pillow
Tears seized my eyes
As I sight her still in trauma
Why would they do this?
Where are they? I queried
Where are the wolves and rodents?
But for how long will
I weep for my dying love?
For how long will
I gnash my teeth in pains still on earth?.
On the bull of struggle
I shall take the horns
My kinsmen I shall rally
Against the rodents and the wolves
We shall wrestle power
To restore my love back to life
Where we can raise her from the lower
Only to up there in the towers.

Form:
crackling within the core
deeply burning
penetrating agony
torturing hell
pulsating burns
letting loose
in a broken heart
blinding weakness
hatred falling
inflicting torture
hounds of hell
howling unmercifully
draining love
jeweled tears
of emotion
begin counting steps
slowly downwards
a black abyss
within the pits
screaming darkness
dying love burns
in thunderbolts of fire
pleading insanity
piercing pain
hot pokers
penetrating deeply
crying for mercy
in monster aches
a cyclops
one way vision
ghosts polluting light
vowing never to return
as demons
are emptied
unto this earth
walking among'st
the dead
two headed beast
serpent of hate
begins fighting one war
one of love
the other hate
within this heart
standing at
the crossroads
light feeding love
hands towards Heaven
the snake twists
then turns
lying in the fork
face of truth triumphs
power to love
strength within emotion
rebuilding trust
forgiving the past
each step purifying
a golden pathway
to love again
i see light
coloring feelings
the sun smiling
surviving one nightmare
God below us now
With each as all there is
And miracle, a sudden word,
Flooding thoughts
We cannot faster spill,
Until a fear of drowning
In the merging all could be;
Til we become as one;
One and done and free.
While none can say the name
Of two or twenty, not of fame
The greatest gift is love bestowed
To those whose candle bears no flame.
Only life is immortal,
Dancing once with each of us
Then moving on;
Leaving us to grieve
For all that’s gone.
there is no pain as bad as love's own death
when gone is the euphoric ecstasy
when joy of torrid love exhaled in breath
becomes the silent hum of constancy
no requiem so mournful can be heard
than that of passion, harnessed by mundane
when heart and spirit know love's been deferred
to someone in the wings who's not as plain
In quiet stillness, tears no solace bring
the memory of the past as tyrant reigns
and kiss, half-hearted, only serves to sting
what once was deemed caresses, now are stains
No other pain can pierce a lover's heart
than knowing soon the loved one will depart

Before it's final breath has gone above
One needs to find the will to fight for love
Remember times that made the heart to beat
what made the eyes to drink in and devour
to reignite what once brought searing heat
exposing love to resurrection power
speak words of affirmation, words of praise
do not allow the wayward glance to pain
hold on to what was good, the best of days
and free the wounded pride from rusted chain
show once again to lover, wholesome grace
forgive the hurt and adoration give
then lavish all your love, leave not a trace
and see how dying love will bloom and live

I love rhyming and I love sonnets. I'm thinking of making a new form...the inverted sonnet. I think it's pretty simple what I've done. What do you think?
Your whispers still linger, a haunting melody,
Echoes of forever, now reduced to memory.
You vowed to stay, to love, to cherish and hold,
But like autumn leaves, your promises withered, leaving me cold.
Last night, I held our picture, a bittersweet refrain,
Tears fell like rain, as I whispered your name in vain.
The truth, a bitter pill, hard to swallow and accept,
You're really gone, and I'm left with this hollow neglect.
Depression crept in, a thief in the night,
Stealing my joy, my peace, my light.
I sit beneath the stars, counting the endless sky,
Wondering why you left, and why you said goodbye.
You chose your happiness, and I couldn't be enough,
Every day, I'm reminded of the love that's lost its stuff.
I'm left with shadows, echoes of what we used to be,
A love that's gone, a memory that refuses to flee.
I look through the window, expecting to see your face,
But it's just a reflection, a cruel, heartless space.
If only time would bend, and we could start anew,
But alas, it's just a dream, and I'm left to grieve for you.
Empty promises, a heartbreaking refrain,
A love that's lost, a memory that remains.
Every day, I say goodbye, and every night, I cry,
Longing for your touch, your love, your gentle sigh.
