The end of the year is drawing near
Home to our familes we will go
No more blinding white in surround
Saying cheerio to this Antarctic flow
It's late as we pass the seventh hour
The nineteenth of December now truly left behind
For after the holidays we'll return
Take our chances to see what there's to find
It's approximately twelve past eight
The drilling rigs on it's final bore
When we hear a shout from the derrick
It's more of panic, than we have ever heard before
The sensors have picked up our strike
It's metal we have struck so far down
In momentary pause we stand stunned
What can be buried so far underground
A silence captures this expanse
The sky turns a deep cobalt blue
A violent shaking, the ice breaking
What ever it is, it's massive that's breaking through
Thousands of years start to show face
Ancient ice from a long forgotten past
Detracts us from what we are witnessing
Looking up leaves us in total aghast
Something not of this world
Has erupted through earths glacial ice
Above us it starts to hover
Our eyes lured as if in awe suffice
We hear voices on our radios
Which leaves us in total astound
In various parts of the world
Giant spaceships rise from our grounds

I am connected to Nature
And Nature is connected to me
From the tiniest ant
To the largest elephant
From creatures in the deepest ocean
To those on top the highest mountain
From the tiniest plant
To the largest tree
The tree takes in what I exhale
And returns to me what I inhale
I consume as food, plant life from the earth
After I die, on my remains they will feed
I am connected to Nature
And Nature is connected to me
Dedicated to those who experience a direct personal connection
to Nature independent of any explanation.
(Any attempt at explanation detracts from the immediate empirical quality
of the experience which is the focus of this piece.)
November 27 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on 1Thessalonians 4-5
Key Verse– 1Thessalonians 4:1 Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY READY EXHORTER
Lord God, You are my ready Exhorter in the light of Your commandment
Thank You for enclosing me within Your will’s sanctifying settlement
Against vain carnality of lust-entanglement
Which defrauds me from Your promised betterment.
Lord God, You are my ready Exhorter in the light of Your holiness
Thank You for bracing me up by Your teaching’s lovingkindness
Against restless business of worldliness
Which degrades me from honesty’s earnestness.
Lord God, You are my ready Exhorter in the light of Your hope
Thank You for keeping me within Your word’s rope
Against vexing voice of unbelief along hypocrisy’s slope
Which deters me from remaining in Your safety-scope.
Lord God, You are my ready Exhorter in the light of Your perfection
Thank You for securing me within Your peace-consolation
Against dark gloominess of sin devoid of cheerful expectation
Which detracts me from watchfulness by Your supervision.
Lord God, You are my ready Exhorter in the light of Your salvation glory
Thank You for shielding me within Your assured victory
Against afflicting misery of devouring worry
Which disappoints me in sharing Your Gospel story.
Lord God, You are my ready Exhorter in the light of Your warning
Thank You for guarding me within Your goodness always reigning
Against attractive invitation of humanistic learning
Which discourages me to pray due to self-confidence training.
Lord God, You are my ready Exhorter in the light of Your guidance
Thank You for sanctifying me within Your forgiveness-abundance
Against foolish deceit of self-righteousness for my avoidance
Which defeats me from submitting to You with holy attendance.

I walked along route 58
There was Mumbai dreams and Harbor Freight
A hippie guy sold sunglasses from a stall
One had a rosy tint, I paid 5 dollars, that was all.
There was a warning label with it, I threw it away
Who needs all the fine print, what could it possibly say?
I looked at the traffic, it was stop and go
I slipped into a side street, out of the flow
The noise of cars faded, as I walked up the hill
Then I saw a big house, I remember it still.
It was painted pale blue, the windows had white trim
Carved railings outside, bright lights within
There were children on the swing, and birds in the air
Their Grandma on the porch rocking on a chair
The lilacs were purple, the flowers dark red
A pony was grazing beside the garden shed.
I walked through nearby woods, got home very late.
That night I told my brothers about this path off 58:
I said, "you got to come; on me you can depend."
Next day they came with me, past the sign that said, "dead end."
I left my glasses home that day, they had a hippie vibe
The shape was like John Lennon's, not my brother's tribe.
My brothers are right wing, and I didn't want them to rebel,
To get them off the beaten track is always a hard sell.
The house was there alright, but the grass was wild and high
Boards were cracked, windows broken, I had to rub my eye.
I sheepishly looked back, they joked, I felt the sting.
Then I waded through the grass, found a broken swing.
I've worn my glasses since, my reality was augmented
Everything looked better, it made me seem demented
I became a radical and shouted world peace couldn't wait.
I marched for no more police, and an end to the state.
Everything looked so rosy, all we had to do was try
My brothers couldn't take it, couldn't understand why.
Many years later, I dropped the glasses in some grass
A football player ran over them trying to catch a pass
The rosy hue was gone, and I finally understood
Too much glamorizing detracts from what is good.
So now I wear bifocals, read the fine print in every dream
We must focus on what is, not on what might have been.
Dark night of the soul
Dark night of the soul,
questions our life role,
feeling incomplete,
staring at defeat.
Our void-centric view
lets bliss beats renew,
whilst ego contracts;
from God’s path detracts.
We’re not mind-body
spewing thoughts shoddy
but are living light,
vibrant day and night.
Life’s journey is tough,
crests become the trough,
like a Ferris wheel,
testing zest and zeal.
Thus when doubts arise,
gone’s childlike surprise,
unless we be still,
trusting divine will.
Be strong, oh hermit,
each breath’s our summit;
inhale gratitude,
exhale fortitude.
Trudging life’s plateau,
yet sparkles heart’s glow,
for nodes within jive,
saying we’re alive!

Serenity Of Blue
As in our rivers' varied tints of blues,
the color blends are peaceful and serene,
in ripples of reflective color hues
that mirror mix of sky and hills of green.
Yet, 'midst the flowers in our fields that grow,
real blue in blooms is very scarce indeed.
The few we see will thrill us with their show;
Delphiniums or blue wildflower weeds.
And too, in foods the color blue is rare
most fruits display a color that attracts,
like tangerine, red apple, plum, and pear;
somehow the color blue in food detracts.
So nature gifts us blues in soft sky blue
reflected in her rivers, lakes or seas.
Though rarest of earth colors, it is true,
serenity of blue will always please.

A loyal gist host itself into the cage of loneliness,
Beeping through the hole of truth as a reference...
An advice of heaven on Earth would come, it hopes¿
Holding to the deep coiled inner voice of belief
But getting better seems tough for the shared drive is strafe¡
Where luck roams in death's crescent,
Forlorn to the world pleasing torture...
Time to shine in truth, here or gone?
Youths are yet strong enough undone.
Lies are once frankly shun!
It's now a delightful delivery dating fun...
A dislocated burden placed on wealth,
Cripples into Patriots' chests in order
To win struggles of days ahead at ease,
And overtake consistent affluence in a bit*
Enlivening illusions of breakthrough not born!
Yahweh is interestingly patient in time,
To serve each turn at worth to its prime.
Save each; save all in your name
Whose power can't stand the game
All swapped for the sake of fame
To bury the dead light rejecting shame
Once upon a time, there lived a tree,
Whose fruits feed millions to comfort
And under its shade, all enjoys cool breeze
But a while after the summer had gone,
A stranger cut down the tree,
No one could challenge the stranger
For his hands are heavy in the elders' own.
Billions made are for the quorum in the land,
With blunt ears open yet closed to others voice!
Little did care sparks its light on others
Provided that all is well with their own merry lives...
See love on tongues; see despairs in acts
Truly no one knows by eyes, workable facts
Until chosen to rep peace impacts
To know how words quality detracts
Spiders well patterned web stretches out each minutes
In its elastic limitless spiritual boundary
Awaiting Victims' cry in their raging plights
Without hesitation for freedom's lock
Until wonder undo the night before dawn
Then will Willing manifestation cease to gear
Oh divine hands, nature's atmospheric condition is Thou
Grace Innocent Victims' plights freedom and ache those true ones in their merry living
Days are of evil, go before us dear Father
Without You, we may be consumed in bother
Growing wings of no regulatory feather
Traveling above into the thin air father
When I am set on by grace
Human strength certainly, not my pace
Even my reasoning will have no trace
To light nights in ambush to deface
Hallelujah!
