Premium Member Smoking and Drinking

Smoking and drinking what the hell were u thinking ?
Theres No food on the table , the lights always blinking
We ain't got cable
I thought we were stable, now They want us out of the building!
It's your fault to why I'm sinnin and stealing .
Do you know what the hell Ive been feeling ,
Watching the person who should be your hero Popping pills in the kitchen ;
cutting your self because u feel like nobody's listening .
You ain't got a job, so you're selling your body for 50 bucks to anybody that's willing .
Just so you can give it to some dudes that be dealing.
Giving up yourself for heroin
The pain in her voice is bellowing
Empty bottles by the pillow - an
Do you know how many times I've thought of killing my self!
I'm here for you but you dont want the help.
Hollow tips laying on the shelf
I hide the gun , so the devil wouldnt catch you if you fell ;
becuse without a doubt u deserve to go to hell and burn in a cell for the burdens you've made me feel.
We can't afford the meal, still ain't got a deal , I know your heart done broke whens that gonna heal ?
Crack pipes all up on the floor , demons waiting at the door . I can't take no more , she's begging me for more ,
I wanna just let her go , turn her in and forget the sin but the pain she gets without it is hurting me much more .
Now where the hell is God ? He must not love the poor , the Devils at the door he accepts the flawed;
I can't be wrong when survival's my cause.
In trying get us out she just cares about Hennessy some backwoods and the kush up in her mouth.
I can't take it anymore I wanna break out of this nightmare, I'm tired I just wanna scream and shout , maybe finally take a deep breath of fresh air.
 I can't because theres no one to answer my prayers and all you can do is blindly stare , It's not fair but lately I've been thinking our ship set sail now its sinking. I give up the pains too much I'm tired of living , no more hope I give up on wishing;
You're always missing you never listen, I dont know what else to do so I guess I'll just start smoking and drinking.

Angel of Death On Dooms Day

O' beings of flesh and blood,
Behold thy breaths!
For I am sent to put an end
To your infinite cruelties and untamed lusts!

What have you done to Earth!
What have you done to Hearts!
You crushed the buds
You murdered the hopes
And never for once you fear the One

Your hearts have turned stones,
They didn't melt on undertones...
Neither at the cry, "I am gonna tell God everything"
Nor at the holler____ "Lift me to heaven O' Lord,
For I won't starve there anymore"

I am sent to bring onto you
what you deserve the most
Nothing less___ but the wrath of God
Soon___ the Oceans will evaporate,
Mountains will loose weight,
Winds will be wrapped and put in a safe,
A Fire will be blown!
And Moon will cry no more
For the sufferings of innocents will end!

Now, you will suffer...
For making others suffer...
Either you were SAVAGE ____
Or you just kept SILENT_____!!

{Being an extremely sensitive person, I feel the pain of everybody. These people suffering in the war affected areas and in occupation, have my heart. The displaced, the refugees living without any shelter, sleeping empty stomach.. God!
I'm sure you all poets are feeling the seme way)}

The other side

I’ve walked through the darkness.

Managing my life in to a mess.

Being in a sea of selfishness.

Trying to control the outcome,

Walking around so numb.

Pain and misery controlled me.

I was crazy inside its madness.

Feeling so helpless, hopeless pure sadness.

Got pushed into the light.

All I wanted to do is fight.

I deserve this? It’s a lie what gives!

Hope and joy fill me inside.

Giving up my way at the end of the highway

Cars flying by I’m dying!

Scared to open my eyes I’m crying!

Now I’m awaken to something that has shaken my soul

The light the flow that guides me

Maybe I had to go through the dark to reach the light.

Maybe I had to be paralyzed by fright.

To reach the God inside.

And shine!

The Strasbourg Dancing Sickness

Is dance a metaphor for sex?
You’d think so if you knew my ex
(at least the barflies all believe
she’s hoarding something up her sleeve).
But what makes people want to dance?
An aural frenzy? True romance?
Would Hamlet, Shylock or Macbeth
ever dance themselves to death?
Strasbourg is the kind of town
that’s unassuming, buttoned down.
These people don’t let down their hair:
rarely reckless, somewhat square.
The year before a reign began
(that’s Charles the Fifth – the Habsburg man):
to celebrate Saint Vitus’ Day
a Strasbourg woman’s new ballet
was launched in Rue des Hallebardes
(a strange event in all regards).
Right outside her Strasbourg home,
a stone’s throw from Strassburgerdom,
one Frau Follea hit the street
(and man, that chick could move her feet!)
We don’t know what her motive was:
perhaps she did it ‘just because’.
Did she deserve the looney bin?
No - other folks were joining in!
With twisting torsos, poor and posh,
the city streets were soon awash.
Without the need for record player,
the followers of Frau Follea
bopped and boogied through the night,
as hot as Rhineland anthracite.
Did scruples sting at morning mist?
Did conscience prick them to desist?
Did people halt their hellish dance?
Not one mosher! Not a chance!
On they conga’d, rocked and rolled,
oblivious to heat or cold.
More Alsace dusks, forever amber,
reverberated to their samba.
The local grapes are full and juicy:
the people step a mean watusi.
There’s such a thing as civic pride,
but this lot cha-cha’d till they died!
Housewife, beggar, baker, barber
were parties to the danse macabre.
Was their motive pleasure? Fear?
Penance? Sydenham’s Chorea?
The reason for the quick-quick-slow
I don’t suppose we’ll ever know.

Premium Member Woman, wipe away your tears that flow like rain over the thirsty earth

Woman, wipe away your tears that flow like rain over the thirsty earth,
I see the depths of your soul, amidst fears that dance in the shadows,
We will walk through battles, side by side, in silence and noise,
Together we will find the path to healing and blooming beyond the pain.
Do not let sadness weigh your shoulders like a heavy mantle of clouds,
You are resilient, with a spirit that resonates through time and space,
Rise up, reclaim your power, let your light shine brightly,
May your beauty illuminate the darkest and coldest night.
Crying may bring temporary peace, a respite in the harsh wind,
But true strength comes from breaking the chains that bind you,
From the pain that holds you back, enveloping your mind like a heavy fog,
So lift your head towards the dawn, ready to face the day.
You are strong and will find your way through darkness and suffering,
You will rise above, in search of a new and bright life,
You deserve to be happy, to shine so vividly,
To live a life full of love and light, like a fulfilled dream.
So hold tight to hope, do not let it slip through your fingers,
You are a woman, with a shining heart, a beacon in the eternal night,
With a soul like a flame that dances in the wind,
Embrace your destiny, for you are the light that never fades.

Head Over Heels

Sometimes I feel like I will implode because I can't say all the things I wish I could to her because we ain't in a relationship.
I steal glances at her and damn is she pretty. She is so pretty that it feels like a figment of my imagination
I at every chance I get, admire her and wish I could say the things I think but I wouldn't say anything not because I'm scared to get turned down but because I'm scared I might love her too much.
I can't set myself up for heartbreak.
It is not like I'm scared to love, I'm just scared because I know I'm too much head, and most of the time, too little heart. I might mess it up and I'm most scared If I would be the one to mess it up because she don't deserve it. She's deserving of my whole heart and an extra.

I don't know whether she knows what she is doing to me and I can't know whether I have same effect on her. I could take the leap but I'm not very good a jumper. Resting my case, I guess I wouldn't take the leap but she's so... I'm reconsidering.
There are silences that are louder than words, looking at her makes one of those moments
Sometimes I feel like she went to Yale because her mind makes my fibres active
She is astonishingly beautiful, I want to die.
Compliments are not good enough to paint a picturesque picture of what she is to her so I reserve them, using a whole lot of energy to keep them in.
Even if it is just a minute with her, I feel like making it longer
Walking with her is so interesting I could walk 8 miles longer

Destiny

I sit and I watch the world go around
Watching all the people do they smile or do they frown
Are they really happy or miserably sad
Are their lives nice 'n' smooth or do they feel they're going mad

Life isn't meant to be on an easy road
Often we're left to carry an extra load
But the twists and turns the road does take
Can be defined as your destiny or your fate

So do those people have a smile
Cause their life seems so worthwhile
Or is it the frown that they portray
Is simply from a really bad day

If their lives are nice 'n' smooth
Their lifestyle many do approve
But if in life they're miserably sad
People like to blame it's this or it's that

So those that don't have baggage
Does it give them extra courage
And those that have a load to carry
Does that make them angry

If the road they travel is full of twists and turns
Is that the life they really deserve
And if their road seems flat and straight
Is that the road you'd want to take

So as I sit and watch the people go by
They simply help me justify
The road of twists and turns is the road I want to take
Life is but a journey to your destiny or fate.

The library is a well.
Everyone drinks here without coins,
without proving they deserve water.

Come inside.
The old man reads his newspaper by the window,
teenagers cluster around computers like moths to light,
a mother spreads picture books on the floor
while her children build towers from blocks.

This is the hearth where strangers warm themselves,
the table where rich and poor sit down together,
passing knowledge like bread,
hand to hand.

Outside,
the world charges for everything,
a chair costs money,
warmth costs money,
even standing still in the wrong place costs something.

But here the door opens.
Here the librarian says How can I help you? to everyone,
no matter what's in their wallet or their past.

This is what democracy looks like up close:
bodies in chairs,
hands on books,
people teaching themselves to grow
toward light like seeds in a shared garden.

When the library closes,
we scatter back into the cold world.
But tomorrow the doors open again,
the lights come on,
and we return to this last free place,
this harbour,
this home we're learning to protect.

Premium Member Need A Cuddle Are You Available

Need a cuddle, are you available?
I promise not to linger too long
Maybe seven, maybe eight days or so
Maybe until the break of dawn

Just enough time to satisfy my craving
That haunts me day and night
Gonna wind up in the bin for loonies
Not tasting your sweet delights

Need a cuddle, please say you're available
To take me to heaven's door
I promise not to overstay my welcome
Till eternity, not a wee bit more

Sure must've done something quite heroic
To deserve your tender sweet love
Can't think of what it could have been
But you've given my heart a shove

Succumbed to your sweet delicate beauty
Many many years ago
The flame's stayed alive for all this time
Still making this old heart glow

Need a cuddle, are you available?
Promise not to linger too long
Maybe an eternity plus a couple of life times
An eternity filled with song

Bring Back

Bring back
Take the hatred but
Bring back the love
Take the wars but
Bring back peace
Go away with your lie but
Bring back the our resources
Don't come with your manipulation
Bring back the truth alive
Take your money but
Bring back the ways of our dignity
Oh ye man of power
Bring back our economy
We are tired of poverty
Bring back the men home
They need not to die at the battle field
For a fight they are not aware of the curse
Remember no matter your height
There is never a guarantee
That one day you will not fall
To a mere 6feet
You man of intoxication

Bring back
Our remedy lies
On what we lack
So be part of our blessings my friend
You leaders of our generation
Bring back the hope we need
Bring back the needs we deserve
Bring back our trust
Bring back our dreams on justice
Bring back equality
Bring back our young ones to school
Bring back the joy of our mothers
Bring back good facilities needed
In our country
Remember your promises
Oh ye political mogul
Dont forget our remedy lies
On what we lack
We lack alot in our society
Same circle your were born oh man
So be a blessing
Bring back the happiness
Of fullfilment
Yes fullfil your promise
Dont leave your people with
Empty promises
You leaders of our days in Africa
