They are dying in Ukraine, you know...
America voted in the clowns;
Russian bombs falling on Maternity
Hospitals, you know...America voted
in the clowns;
Bernie Sanders and his wife
taking a second honeymoon
in Russian, perhaps? Seeming nowhere to be found,
America voted in the clowns;
From leaders of the Democrat Party, whose poor
policies have indirectly given Putin Money to purchase
his lethal rounds, I hear no remorseful sounds...
American voted in the clowns;
Where are the often, incessant, voices of loudmouth sports figures?
Hollywood Trump Haters, the rabid supporters of Biden, Obama and Clinton?
Silent as those movies of old, keeping low profile, in their mansion bunkers not so bold...
America makes idols of clowns.
Hillary is cooked Bills time not overlooked
Their crimes way overbooked
Democrats and Republicans alike
Caught on a barbed hook
Americans don't need another look
The Clinton Foundation indicted like crooks
We didn't hire any of them to cook the books
I'm sure they all shook when they took a look
Through all of their lies
They have worked up like spies
America so wise
You’re all guilty in her eyes
We are not willing to compromise
All along they were planning our demise
While the big bad wolf hides in disguise
Mueller playing both sides of the fence
If I was Obama
I would be looking for a good defense
He left so much corruption in his wake
Most Americans knew he was a fake
The collusion and election tampering
Heating up like a red hot injection
Looks like Trump is taking this country
In a whole new direction
America's complexion is clearing up
Like he promised
With plenty of protection
From these kinds of infections
Pedophilia from Washington to Hollywood
Running scared up to no good
Across the board, America is floored
Trump screaming it will not be ignored
He will cut through it like a mighty sword
Oh Lord I pray each and every day
You clean up our government
Who would act this way
So much has been left to decay
While all of it on display
Tried to do it the Bush's way
But they let our towers fall that day
Just like Bush Sr. before to start another war
To line their pockets even more
Uranium One has come undone
The evil that has been spun
The democratic party on the run
It would appear that many have much to fear
Because the end is very near
They have bet it all on their careers
It's clear that politics in Washington
Have been nothing but a big smear
Set to ignite and just disappear
Pay to play the shadow governments way
Should be dealt with in a very public display
Taking all of Satan's power away
From those who would betray
Americans by lying about why they want '
To round up our guns
Wake up America
They're not playing for fun
While they spun their awful run
This is to let them know crimes against America
That won't come undone
It's we the people that will have won
Shadow government is all done
Headline News Hypocrisy
"If you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store,
at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.
You push back on them. Tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere!" Maxine Waters
Main Stream Media “She is such a dynamic leader.”
“I’d like to take Trump out behind the gym and kick his ****!” Joe Biden
Main Stream Media “You tell’em Joe.”
“We can’t be civil until we are back in charge again!” Hilary Clinton
Main Stream media “She should have been President.”
“When they go low, kick them!” Eric Holder
Main Stream Media “They deserve it.”
“Get up in the face of some congress people!” Corey Booker
Main Stream Media “You go Spartacus.”
“Make America great again!” Donald Trump.
Main Stream Media “Man, that guy is so hateful, always promoting violence”
Ok, I am sorry for this but it is infuriating me and the main stream media is the enemy of the people. Stop reading me if you like because of this
but it is every day and has been for the past two years. What really gets me is people act like they don’t see it or feel that it is okay.
Whether you like the guy or not, this is just too much. I have seen numerous poems on this site trashing the President of the United States.
Everyday there are more. I mean really? Yes, I agree he’s not the nicest guy in the world. He shoots his mouth off too much but he is doing something,
Which is more than I can say for any other President, Democrat or Republican. He works hard and that is what scares these other politicians.
They look at politics as a job where they don’t have to do anything except sit around all day arguing with each other. They are scared to death of work.
Tim Smith just posted a poem about Kindness…everyone should read it. Why can’t everyone just be kind to one another? Yeah, I know…stupid question.
The headline this morning on MSN read: "Pittsburgh mourns synagogue shooting victims as protestors await Trump." Did we really need the last part of that headline?
Can’t they let these people and the country mourn in peace? Why do they always have to stir up crap? Why didn’t they just write, Pittsburgh mourns synagogue shooting victims and we still hate Trump?
Internet mania, a double-edged sword,
Prez campaigns, fun nor frolic can afford,
Memes may make huge buzz,
But few votes for the fuss,
Fans may turn sudden foes,
And goodwill sooner goes,
Look at Trump, he now whimpers who ere roared.

Poet’s note: kamala Harris may have turned a phenomenon, or rather a ‘feminomenon’ at present to command a lot of fun and froth on social media. The question is would they turn into actual votes in November? One hopes, she does not become a victim like Hillary Clinton. Prez campaigns cannot hinge on coconut jokes.
The fake isolation of the island insinuated the fostering of remnants;
remnants of religious fervor, close knit seafaring families, and rugged farmers;
remnants of power past and present.
A fog shrouded canvass awaits the onslaught of August revelry.
And, where widows walked the peeks of robber barons manses, the elementals now play.
Tomato red fire trucks ring the seaside green. Throngs of , oh so, polite W.A.S.P.S
and multicultural couples dot the lawn in precise groupings.
The squeal of stroller strapped toddlers echo across ocean
and down alleyways lined with painted ladies
Gay blades and saucy sisters saunter unharassed through the crowds of young families.
Prosperously retirees with salt and pepper hair in pink and green golf shirts line the porches
of the gingerbread homes ringing the green.
In the gazebo a brass band plays John Phillip Souza and closes by belting out
the American anthem, after dark, no flag wave, yet random patriots stand.
Their forms silhouette upon the gray fog like their intentions
mocking the holiday aire with their reminder of war….
those raging on in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
and fade with the crowds roar to “Sit down your blocking the view!”
And as the elite, and privileged meet and greet chatting in wonder over the multiple sightings
of airforce one choppers and past President Clinton.
The three times the worlds average wage is spent on FIREWORKS, frivolously,
for the entertainment of the richest citizens of the planet. God Blessed America.
Those who hate him
are on the attack
That vile, vulgar specimen
Donald J. Trump is back
Don't look now, but so is Jill Stein
"Replace capitalism with
'democratic' socialism," she still whines
Then there's Hilary Clinton
in the newsfeeds again
Seems her 2016 shellacking is now
'oh-so-way-back-when'
And then there's Cornel West
who will fight to wrest
'toxic institutions' like marriage
and family from every household's nest
So for those of you who cling to
Trump Derangement Syndrome
Vote for Stein, Clinton or West
~ or just give up and stay home
Because of the allegations that have come out against Hillary Clinton, she's a person who I don't trust.
Hillary supporters don't want me to tell you this but I must.
Because of these allegations, I can't and won't trust her to run this country.
If I was a politician who was facing such allegations, people wouldn't vote for me.
I don't trust Hillary to be in the Oval Office.
She shouldn't be elected, I firmly believe this.
If you're going to vote for her, you have that right but what I've said had to be mentioned.
I don't think that Hillary Clinton is trustworthy and I have to bring that to people's attention.
Here we are already in April
it’s time for new predictions
A word of warning first
I used to write science fiction
My first one’s a lulu
a real humdinger
I predict that Hilary Clinton
will become a soap opera singer
The second one’s more risky
it may land in the sand
But I envision Colin Kaepernick as a hirsute
majorette with a baton in his hand
Now for my final prediction
Please hang on to your hat
AOC's running for the Oval Office
~ dressed as a calico cat …
'Course, none of these fantasies will ever come true
You've read my science fiction; I’ll never fool you
Clinton Lynch
1862-1912
It took a long time for me to die.
Five long years; from the moment
Doctor Barmore told me my heart was bad,
Until the day I was on my deathbed,
Staring listlessly through my envious window,
At a world that was alive with people living,
A truly strange and wonderful world, that
Was presently passing before me,
Like a final grand parade in time,
With all my old friends, dead now,
Waving from carriages festooned in gladioli.
In the end, I had no living friends. Instead,
I had my elderly mother tend to me,
With stern patience, and kind forbearance.
At my funeral, here at Mt Olive,
Eleven people attended my final rites,
Performed ably by the coughing Pastor Hadley.
My final epitaph is nothing grand or profound;
It is simply a simple farewell,
From a simple man,
Who lived a simple life.
And it is okay if no one remembers me.
I’ve been to every corner of this good old U.S.A.
From New York to Miami; from Seattle to L.A.
I’ve visited state parks from the east coast to the west
And many famous cities (San Francisco is the best).
But somehow in my travels, a few states I have missed.
So I have sat down tonight and made myself a list.
Cities I’ve not been to yet with sights I want to see
Lie in Arkansas and in the state of Tennessee.
In Arkansas my sister lives inside her lovely home,
And that state has some parts where I would like to roam.
Some day I must travel there, and see for my first time
Where Jenny lives (I must prepare myself for humid clime).
I’ve never been to Little Rock; I googled it to see
Attractions I could visit like the Clinton Library.
River Market District looks more interesting though.
Also there’s a city zoo, a place I’d like to go.
But Memphis, east of Little Rock, is calling more to me.
With Jenny, I would travel two more hours leisurely.
We’d laugh and talk our whole trip through
Like as kids we always used to do.
What I most look forward to is certain to be grand:
Elvis Presley’s mansion; I’ll be going to Graceland!
Since Presley died, I’ve heard about this landmark for his fans.
I’ve longed to go, but hubbie always had his other plans.
This vacation I must have. I’ve talked to Jenny and
It’s good to know I’d have with me my sister and good friend.
And maybe next we’d head down to the Gulf of Mexico.
That New Orleans is sure a spot I wish that I could go!
