Premium Member Lord God, You Are My Battle Fighter

April 24 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on 2Chronicles 20-22

Key Verse – 2Chronicles 20:17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.

LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY BATTLE FIGHTER

Lord God, You are my battle Fighter Whom I seek constantly
Thank You for helping me stand for You righteously
I need You and Your enabling power daily
For me to drive out attacking lusts and worldliness mightily.

Lord God, You are my battle Fighter Whom I rely on for strengthening
Thank You for leading me as I walk along Your sovereign reigning
I need You and Your gripping dominion over pride’s sinning
For me to continue in Gospel sharing and soulwinning.

Lord God, You are my battle Fighter Whom I dwell therein for my safety
Thank You for keeping me in Your presence and security
I need You and Your invading compassion’s certainty
For me to enjoy Your granted eternal life's possession with Your guaranty.

Lord God, You are my battle Fighter Whom I depend for my counsel
Thank You for smiting me of my arrogance-caused hassle
I need You and Your guarding protection from destruction’s bustle
For me to minister according to Your instructing epistle.

Lord God, You are my battle Fighter Whom I trust with fervency
Thank You for establishing me upon Your grace and mercy
I need You and Your abounding kindness of holiness’ persistency
For me to rejoice always in You midst worshipful fellowship’s intimacy.

Lord God, You are my battle Fighter Whom I flee to against temptation
Thank You for teaching me Your Word toward wise decision
I need You and Your nursing love whenever I’m in trial’s affliction
For me to abide in Your will of servanthood-satisfaction.

Lord God, You are my battle Fighter Whom I commit myself to everyday
Thank You for guiding me to follow You along the right way
I need You and Your restoring touch of inspiring enlightening ray
For me to conquer doubts as Your prayer-warrior while in You I stay.

Premium Member The Color Of Evil Racism

I see the sad color of racism not every other day
But every second of the hour, all minutes of the day
I see the serious mental and physical damages
That this cancer has done throughout the ages
And is still doing to our beloved human beings
The others treat our People like they are leftover beans
On a petty pet's plate. Our people deserve respect
Fairness, justice, equality, acknowledgement
Compassion, credit and better treatment
Our sisters are tired of being left out on the deck
Our siblings are often harassed senselessly, persecuted
Falsely accused and relentlessly prosecuted
At one time, they were hunted and hounded by the system
At other time, hindered and haunted by an organized medium
Created to attack, destroy, burn, ravage and annihilate
To embarrass, marginalize, ridicule, punish and discriminate
I see the color of racism, when the police for no apparent reasons
Stopped, frisked and handcuffed our homeless, our elderlies
Or our law abiding citizens, like it was open seasons
To hunt for mule deer or bears, who behave like enemies
Of the civilized society. I see the sick color of racism
When our people are not hired not for being unqualified
But because of their skin color; they're quickly disqualified
Dismissed, fired or terminated. I see the monster of cynicism
All golly minutes of the day. The arrogance is unparalleled
Beyond belief. The racists forgot that God only created one race

One human race, one human race, one darn human race.

Their false pride, their fake supremacy, their ignorance is unleveled
And their audacity is incomparable. I see the colors of racism
Not that I want to search for them, not that I want to find them
Most of the time, I simply cannot elude, evade or escape them
It is not easy to ignore the litanies of bad or negative mannerisms
The bigots easily function like virulent or venomous vipers
That suck out the emotions, and that destroy all positive characters
Our lives, Black lives, like other lives, are sacramental and important
And our contributions to the world are significant
I see the ugly and surly color of racism not every other day
But every second of the hour, every minute of the darn day.

Premium Member HEART THAT RELIES ON THE LORD WHO IS GREAT IN MERCY

June 20 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 36-39

Key Verse – Psalm 36:5 Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.

HEART THAT RELIES ON THE LORD WHO IS GREAT IN MERCY

Our heart relies on the Lord Who is great in mercy, midst afflicting selfishness
Along His loving kindness
Also upholding us, rebuking our stubbornness…
Best of all, caring for us with His goodness.

Our heart relies on the Lord Who is great in mercy, midst vexing transgression
Along His affirming transformation
Also correcting us of our attitude’s corruption…
Best of all, converting us with His redemptive function.

Our heart relies on the Lord Who is great in mercy, midst disgusting iniquity
Along His compassionate merciful authority
Also controlling us despite our worldliness-caused infirmity…
Best of all, ruling over us with His sovereignty.

Our heart relies on the Lord Who is great in mercy, midst humiliating arrogance
Along His meekness-teaching assistance
Also exhorting us in subduing defiance…
Best of all, teaching us by His wisdom-anchored assurance.

Our heart relies on the Lord Who is great in mercy, midst insulting unbelief
Along His truthfulness that smites doubt and brings relief
Also cheering us in our frustration’s grief…
Best of all, asserting to us His Word’s counsel as principally chief.

Our heart relies on the Lord Who is great in mercy, midst debilitating motive
Along His exposing directive
Also fixing us up through His acts, heavenly rehabilitative…
Best of all, strengthening us with His faith-enablement so active.

Our heart relies on the Lord Who is great in mercy, midst murmuring soul
Along His reproving sanctification-goal
Also admonishing us, making us divinely whole…
Best of all, empowering us toward stewardship of Scriptural servanthood-role.

Who told you
             to be afraid
of those who hate justice

What has happened
             that you let slide
      love , joy , peace , gentleness
forbearance, goodness
             meekness , faith , and hope

When did become you
                                                  a slave
to the vanities of the nations

Where did the exaltation
                of loving-kindness
         disappear

Why did you hide
            the light in your heart

Those oppressors of opinion
           where peer pressures
you to run
       to reveling and debauchery
       greed and drunken promiscuity
a man of ingenuity
                             is hailed to renown
but a man of virtue
          and trust     is thrown down
Those who sit in laughter
                             of the broken         and infirm
Whose contempt and arrogance
                             did no understanding learn
Benevolence of a person
                              is in mockery reviled
Charity for those less fortunate
and jests the violations of a child
                     Can you not decide
what character you will wear
                     conform to some pompous ass
whose opinions you don't share
          to sit long hours in drink
and think abuse and rape a joke
           minds that are truly clouded
and disappeared like smoke
The nations sell the lies
                             like many sacks of grains
dense clouds of darkness
                             conceals what truth remains
These are some decisions
                            that all in life will face
consider carefully your choices
                            once set can't be erased

Abysmal

To many of its citizens it's the American Dream
but having been there done that
it made me want to shout and scream
about Congressmen with vested interest
on the board of a corporation
who swayed by lobbyists pass laws
which ransack the coffers of the nation
as the longer I lived in the U.S.A. the more I did learn
and the less I liked what I saw yes it was cause for concern
yet not to give fair warning I would be remiss
that living in America is like looking into the abyss
where if you outwear your welcome
there nightmares do come true
for stay and stare too long and the void
will gaze back into you
it takes strong character to sidestep
their rudeness violence ignorance
and not be worn away in their likeness
of obnoxious self-righteous arrogance
or once immersed let it rub off on you
take you down hold you under 'til that which you knew
all who you were is torn asunder totally obliterated
to become deaf dumb and blind
equally guilty by association an aberration of mankind
'Love it or leave it' an axiom recited
with no spark of humanity or humility ignited
tho' 'In God we trust' said proud overly loud
is their official motto
'Illegitimi non carborundum' is mine...

Undemocratic Peace

Brother, you have no manifest destiny, except to treat your neighbor with love.
You say you fight for universal values, but who's to decide which values ought to
rule the Virgin Islands? Do you ever see the writing on the wall?
We fight Hitlers of our time with ferocious faith in democracy, but also with our
soft domino theory fashioning the world after our image, isn't that manifest arrogance? He who gives little in the end gives none at all. So be charitable with
your steadfast norms, that give you license to kill and to dominate, that fuel your expansionism.
Human folly resides in fake humility.
He who gives his body as a weapon for war is an imbecile who stands alone in the court of God, with the wrong steps of Abraham.

Read the room and wind your scrawny neck in, Mr Putin
Mark my words, the West are gonna stick their size ten boot in
No-one here has fallen for your good-for-nothing plan
So pop your pacifier in and get back in your pram

Heed the world, the Bulldog and the mighty Uncle Sam
We’ve seen through your bravado, it’s all arrogance and sham
You brag about your weaponry to stifle our rebukes
But you won’t get your way by simply mentioning your nukes

For that's some twisted logic just to get what you desire
When if you blow the place apart and set its bones on fire
The only prize that you will win, as far as I can see
Is a massive crater where your hopes once used to be

There’s bullets with your name on, any one could leave you dead
Should a sniper plant one in the middle of your head
Perhaps a comrade soon will smear your door knob in the night
But read my lips you cretin, it ain’t gonna be Marmite

There is another option that you could attempt of course
Which is whipping off your shirt and then cavorting on a horse
You tried that once before and looked a proper numpty then
I have to say you’re looking like a numpty once again

Premium Member Most Beautiful Christmas Poem

Most Beautiful Christmas Poem 11/25/22 Based on the Messianic Prophecies
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Christmas Rose
The Christmas Rose bursts into bloom
As echoes of midnight’s final chimes resound –
Precious Bloom of Perfect Prophecy inhales a first breath
Of winnowing starlight foretold
The Prince of Heaven steps into our blemished creation
New lungs fill with aromatic fulfillment
With bursting refrains once heard in Eden.
Torrents of roaring grace
Smash narrow portals of garden betrayal
Eras, ages and eons of sneering dominion
Stumble sideways in vertigo
Temptation’s false victory turned upside down
Smug visages fade into imploding arrogance
The missing piece of the human heart
Vibrates again in unison of Emmanuel’s Eternal Beatitude
With the tenor of timeless oblations
Heaven’s trembling preparation of holy delight
Explodes in triumph with the New Genesis
Through the breathless comma of anticipation
Before defeated wraiths of wildness
Gorges shatter, valleys level
Avalanches of obliteration raze
Buttes, crumbling cliffs and ridges of desolation
Midnight’s last stroke of domination
Turns a beastly reign into a flailing whine
Gone the plaintive elegies of exile
Heralds of angels harvest flowers in the desert
Gates into everlasting broad highways open
First Born Mystery in swaddling clothes smiles
In desert blooms of sweet frankincense
With everlasting scents as joy blooms in Eternal Laughter!
Eden’s new age of Exuberant Truth strides into time
Writing beauty’s signature on mountaintops
Leaving incense where insolent decay
Abandons ashes of deluded victory
Sweet scented perfume of grace overpowers putrid
Baby conceived in Anointed Advent, gird in Gloria, arrives!
Premium Member One Against the World
Lonely in righteousness you pray the truth reveal
but forces greater of all might combine against you for the kill
With faith you fight the gallant fight and falsehoods are revealed
but forces laugh and mock you down dismissive for the kill
If no one looks will they see, if no one listens will they hear
but you are not alone as millions of prayers bare
Despite the odds of greater might the common continue the fight
the mighty in lusty arrogance with foolishness they spite
The common will not lose for then their world would end
despicable and insane the mighty condemn them
It's over, get over it, we must punish them all
the mighty rant boisterous before the mighty fall
Time is precious time is dear, fight the mighty without fear
win one battle see the dominos fall and the common cheer
Keep your faith, for 2020 has been bizarre but even more
if the mighty steal this day we will roar back in 2024
Premium Member Moral of the Proud Peacock
I shall fan you out with my feathered tail
Strutting and preening
Pointedly marching my peacock toes
You will be amazed and faint at my feet
For I am a male, and this is what peahens do
You will be overcome with my glorious plumage
My gorgeous blue and green feathers with pops of gold
My beauty will astound you, and break you down
You will melt like a snow cone at my feet.
The plain brown peahen rolled her eyes.
She was astounded by his modesty of course.
And by his pompous arrogance.
She could live the rest of her life without this in her life.
She walked off, never to return to this barnyard.
Where there was only one peacock.
Who lived the rest of his life not understanding why she had left.
Not realizing how annoying and vain he was.
Moral of the story: You do not have to say every thought in your head
