Nine lives removed from royal dignity
Five days after
getting acquainted with darling cats
pampered like queens courtesy
thee eldest daughter
and her partner acquired as kittens
reminiscence occurred regarding
one particular four footed feline
my late mother doted over.
Lion eyes hide predatory wage
sharp retractable sharp claw
never did the late Sage
exhibit talon nor ferocious jaw
even when getting his nails clipped,
said gentle cat infrequently
sunk daggers into soft human skin,
but upon completion
of aforementioned onerous task,
he voicelessly, soundlessly, passively,
manly, joyfully did withdraw.
Aye attest tubby reincarnated
(as well mine eldest daughter's beau)
from one male Russian Blue
species Felis silvestris catus
named Morris if that gives
a handy dandy clue,
and during my fuzzy past
hence, asthma “Cats Cradle”
segued and Atlas
shrugged off kitten hood
fur hum lee established
type cats as (tin pan) alley cat,
a rather litter boxed gritty debut
t'wood become (later in life) tabby
quick as greased lightning
snatching in the air,
when tender vittles flew,
technically got fired (acquiring
appropriate nicknames)
as fame (like a bushy cat tail) grew
viz perfect back up crooner
for “Cat Stevens”,
or lead singer for
the "Stray Cats" oddly
coupled, featured, and
incorporated with the guru
Horton Hears A Hoo,
yes him Elephant resembling
a humongous mandrake
from the, "Animals"
whose body heat could
easily melt an igloo,
whereby Inuits accepted charity from
Korean philanthropists named Joo
(founders of Palaces for Pachyderms)
these lumbering creatures possessed
an exemplary photographic memory
(rivaling that of the amazing
deceased idiot savant
Kim Peek), he knew
practically every detail
incorporating page number, punctuation
plus citing word for word
never truncating, omitting,
nor jumbling... any lines,
and could track missing link,
when felines shared common ancestor
but,...such petty files
would most likely boar
and go way off course, and hence
will shy away being extempore
favoring a deliberate fore
ray padding around basically ignore
ring any rhyme or reason
suddenly ending this persiflage,
and thence to thee bon jour,
cuz yours truly off
in a huff to bang a lore.
student they are
on the wings of knowledge,
on mirthful wings of angel,
on light of inside and outside
smiling touches them purely
fresh mind, fresh eye view to the future
they are frolicsome for acquiring knowledge
together footsteps on the airway road
crossing they are every step of offshoot thinking
smiling, playing, gossiping, seeing, looking
and walking to the bright career
they are child to teenage on same base
on angelic wings and heavenly light
suddenly the MounTain LigHt comes upon them
comes upon them as Fat-Man and Little-Boy
it burns their wings of angelic soul
put off the light of happiness
cut up the two souls from their chain
wounded many of their caravan
MounTain LigHt brings mourning bliss for them!
it has no soul, no eye, no veins, no blood of kindness
it understands only the procession of death
it understands royal roads of Dhaka, Chattogram,
Rajshahi, Khulna, Rangpur, Sylhet, Barishal
it understands tareque masud, mishuk munier to Mim, Rajib and so on
it understands the darkness of grave yard
it understands the death angel Azraeal and greets him on inert roads
it understands a bier and shrouded dead body
it understands the epitaph with bereavement motherly tears
oh! light of life is not secured still on road
every innocent soul is devoured abruptly
giant death angel transform himself on vehicle
it comes as MounTain LigHt and fires, razes
nonsense demonic driver enjoys the race on bail
excited uncontrolled peoples ruminate stability,
demolish more lively soul in blind emotion
oh! death you are mad provoker on road to road

Wonders await return,
Hidden within the pattern,
Concerning your connection,
The outer reflection,
Throughout thought selection.
We seek protection from ourselves,
As we delve into desires,
Dowsing our inner fires,
Mocking all who inquire,
And wish to move higher.
Seeking what they require,
To burn even brighter,
Acquiring a new state of mind,
A sense of peace hard to find,
as patterns grind gears,
Increasing our fears.
As they re appear,
Advancement is here,
As memories start to clear,
They fear my return.
Already feeling the burn,
Yearning for more,
Patterns fall to the floor,
Revealing the door,
I open and explore,
All the wonders I hoped for.
Marvelous mitzvah "munchkin" minted
Thy eldest daughter Eden Liat
treasured more'n a pearl
(otherwise known as Rapunzel)...
donated cut hair to charity - you go girl,
ha, whereat your fine brunette locks of love
will be repurposed into wigs for kids,
and perhaps even don kepi
of trumpeting Bullwinkle, his Sciuridae
friend named Rocket J. Squirrel,
and/or his nemesis Natasha Fatale.
Kudos to thee savvy
twenty three plus year old offspring
voluntarily unwittingly hood
amazingly gracefully support
exhausting, flagging, grueling...
stricken young spirits and bring
joie de vivre during
treatment and convalescence
of challenging treatment ailing,
perhaps hoop fully nipping
terminal illness in bud
beaten into remission,
whereby family, friends medical staff sing
ode to joy cherishing
nothing short of a blessing.
Said sensible, smart and
stalwart inadvertent mentor,
a splendidly mirthful and mindful lass
yes, tis biased opinion, quite a
truckload of abilities she did amass
even fending bullies who tried to harass
attractive petite proportionate physique
confident smile shown back
courtesy looking glass
and papa cognizant,
how her art of humbleness
helped her succeed as top class
high achiever at Harriton High School,
especially acing rigorous
International Baccalaureate (IB)
(worldwide, nonprofit education program
plus even when just a little girl
attending Belmont Elementary
promise of success,
my feeble accomplishments
"star student" did quickly surpass
with flying colors earned free pass
concomitantly acquiring invisible
magic ring, and carpet made of brass
the latter powered by
Walt Whitman wrought leaves of grass
at University of Pennsylvania
earning stripes as Ivy League graduate
freelance activist while completing
internship linkedin with
University of Southern California.
Spellbound birth father
internally rejoices ta deum,
we knew e'er since Eden Liat
healthy growing fetus within the womb
whip smart progeny
undoubtedly healthy unbridled maturation,
I vicariously exalt storied accomplishments
accrediting and applauding
every iota offspring earned
blood, sweat and tears
created deafening sonic boom,
and where infinitesimal blazing saddle
burned blinding trajectory
catching eminent potential groom.
If there's frost on your noodle, don't despair
It's a sign of genius if you've got grey hair
But the experts say when the colour takes flight
Intelligence doesn't just happen overnight
It takes years and years of bumps and grinds
So make sure you don't get left behind
To survive in this crazy and wacky old world
Ya gotta be ready for whatever gets hurled
Grey hair says intelligence between the ears
Achieving great wisdom throughout the years
A scholarly person you've turned out to be
Now if only your kiddies could also see
That parents are not just a couple of dolts
May even be smarter than a lot of young colts
Who may know computers and all that stuff
That's not all there is, it's not quite enough
To be able to deal with the challenges of life
One needs the smarts to deal with strife
For everyday problems that are bound to arise
Facing head on life's every surprise
Don't be embarrassed by frost on you noodle
You've got the whole kit and caboodle
Acquiring great knowledge throughout the years
With loads of laughter and many tears

A heavy heart this papa doth air
signals necessary pang...
this father must bear
though...with muted pomp
and circumstances I cheer
stunning transformation unbelievable,
sans thee as youngest daughter
doth commensurately commandeer
her life by the figurative horns buck haws
self reliance mandatory to attain
indomitable survival deer
to push comfort zones she
lucked out with genetics
that didst electioneer
despite inherent trepidation and fear,
she (beloved, emboldened,
invincible, et cetera) progeny
acquiring, developing, and
possessing radiant flair,
whose sunny countenance
brilliant blinding glare
akin to an angelic spirit hooh did hare
kin profuse joie de vivre inhere
within hermetically sealed armor,
asper this "FAKE" junketeer,
where parting with bittersweet
sorrow tugs this longhair
dada, smote by whirlwind visit,
and now oppressive pronounced absence
more painful greater than hiatus near
four years ago, when venturing ala pioneer
(with just sixteen orbits
under your Kuiper Belt), ye yearned to rear
up despite congenital
(high functioning autism) diagnosis
you launched unlimited sky rocketeer
initially requiring parental consent
as dreams tease your fancy
over the rainbow somewhere
reverentially obliged, essentially,
dauntlessly and courageously climbing stair
weigh to heaven as thee define
ultimate goal, bon voyage unavoidably tear
ring at this being, unbear
rubble, who helped beget thee, yet...
cannot do otherwise but
abide by law of nature...unfair
for birth parents to experience unbear
hubble sadness, though starkly oh ware
precious offspring must take flight...
argh grievous heartache until...
sands of time mark many a year!

Acquiring a partner soul entails a careful dive,
In calm depths, their true nature comes alive.
Only then do waves prevail, twisting their prey,
Can we track a hint of empathy in society today?
All life begins below; we are just on the surface,
It's a labyrinth of anxiety, a bay of turbulence.
The objective is to grasp peeves and apprehensions,
Despite dread, we will learn to swim via emotions.
Shadows, depths, and darkness intertwine,
We drift along in the current, seeking our line.
We bear the weight of their weary waves,
They share their aches and abet safe paves.
Yet it was a deep gaze, not one of shallowness,
Stepping into another's universe, fallowness.
To appreciate their journey and their plight,
Let's embrace depth to find peace in the night.
So, we'll all jump into the same pit in tandem!
Where does the wind lie, where truth is random?
Down memory lane, in a passionate embrace,
Can we utterly claim to comprehend your grace?
potato pancakes heavily buttered
cheese grits heavily buttered
leftover corn on the cob heavily buttered
the best buttermilk biscuits ever made not heavily buttered
laughing at things that i was once closed minded to newly discovered
listening to conversations from those previously misjudged newly discovered
acquiring knowledge that i was previously ignorant and oblivious to newly discovered
realizing how beautiful and wonderful opening up my everything to actually is newly discovered
noticing steps are much more smoothly taken without the fearful stutter
discovering a new way of being and accepting without the fearful stutter
finding out that certain things that i was always curious about are not as bad as they seem without the fearful stutter
knowing now that loving her is not as scary as previously pictured in my mind without the fearful stutter
Where beginnings are synonomous with ends
Enemies are greeted as friends
Peace and harmony reign throughout the world
The ying and the yang are the boy and the girl
Where birth precedes death and death precedes birth
Love is the center of the universe
All of humanity is an organization of one
When one existence we leave into another we come
Where in the light of the night and the darkness of day
We all help each other in finding our way
Our differences are what makes all of us the same
Acquiring material wealth is no longer the game
This is our heaven right here on the earth
This is what gives our existence its worth
This is the nirvana we've all heard about

Once in a while it is good if we think highly of ourselves. As for me, I always do that, especially knowing fully well what the holy scriptures says "As a Man thinketh in his Heart, so is he"... I am a champion, a king, an influential being and someone the world cannot do without and this is exactly who I am (not just in my heart). Here is a poem which elaborates these thoughts of mine.
Talking about a Giant and his kingdom
beauty and greatness found in any form
He's exactly what a society needs;
which is a very relaible intercom.
Empowering the weak to freedom
even when it seems they are stuck in a dorm
Praises from citizens of his empire
should never be considered as Idioms
Cos his helping hand
makes life easy as a sitcom
and his contagious virtues
make every night seem as prom.
The unsuccessful and underachievers sit and talk
but his presence to them brings immediate boredom.
In his race to success,
stumbling is seldom.
Always winning Gold is his symptom
but acquiring Silver, is considered as hitting rock bottom.
His constant achievements
leaves you no choice than to get accustomed
and no wonder he's an exaggeration to his peers.
His magic and Aura,
difficult to phantom.
His foot prints and trademark,
already becoming random.
A charming and very influential leader,
ready to pass through dark holes
in protection of his own, like a condom
which makes his flock long for his bossom.
God bless his mom
for giving us such a phenom.
Commanding respect, to him is a norm.
Try intimidation, he has the anti-venom.
Defined as smart, sharp, intelligent and handsome.
Not even forgeting his envious Wisdom
which makes him explode like a radioactive atom.
