Early morning, I was staring at the sunrise
Remembering our promises and I realized
It's been a decade since I said yes to you
And I'm still here, longing to say I do
Because being in love with you is easier
While staying in love with you is harder
Cause our love is connected with technology
And you are hundred miles away from me
Struggle is real
Thoughts are evil
Everyday is a quarrel
Jealousy is a big deal
People said LDR won't work at all
But you said, your love is unbreakable
So, my heart kept you at all cost
Indeed your love made me boost
Love doesn't define any distance
It's the feeling beyond every instance
Eventually, it's all about your choices
Whether to stay or to break away!
Surrounded by people, alone as i sit,I stare out far, at a man in a shiny car.
Boredom takes me to the far away sea,to the sailor surrounded by nothing but blue to see,
As the wind blows,the vessel sails, he sits and wonders how for a person, the heart could wail,
For fond Memories and remembrances haunt him as the sun sets
At dusk and at twilight, when the birds return to their nests.
Here where I am, I wonder if the sea knows, of the mariner and his promising woes.
that he who is surrounded by nothing but waves has no other wish but to escape.
Would the ocean send the mariner to his abode? Away from the sea, towards the shore?
Because an incomplete story would magically complete,With the much awaited return of the mariner's glorious fleet.
LDR siya kung tawagin
Kalokohan lang para sa akin
Sapagkat ang ganitong klase ng relasyon
Sakit at pighati lang ang pabaon
Minsan ko na naranasan ang magsugal
Sa sitwasyon na alam kong hindi magtatagal
Nasayang lang ang ginugol na oras
At ang pagmamahal na parang wala ng bukas
Kelanman hindi sapat ang internet at telepono
Dahil sa ang mundo ngayon ay puno ng tukso
Ang daming pangako na sadyang napapako
Mula sa isang taong malayo
Ayoko na ilagay ang sarili ko
Sa isang tao na hindi ako sigurado
Ang dagat ay isang napakalaking pagitan
At napakahirap kung langit lang ang kapwa namin titignan
OO takot na akong masaktan muli
Ako lang din ang iiyak sa bandang huli
Takot na rin akong umasa
Baka pagising ko mawalan na ako ng pag-asa
LDR ay isang napakalaking hamon
Hangga’t maaga pa sa limot na ito ibaon
Hihintayin na lang ang tamang pagkakataon
Na magmahal sa iisang lugar sa itinakdang panahon
