Male bees are useless layabouts
Gather no nectar or pollen
Can't feed themselves
Have no stingers
Yet World War III
Will be fought with a swarm
Of a billion, billion drones
Some made of cardboard
Mind how the malingers
Have risen, supplanting
Planes, ships, tanks, missiles and subs
I sit here wondering
What to say
My words exhausted
Throughout the day
The kids they ask me
What have I done
Hows my day gone
Have I had fun
To this my reply
Its always the same
Been down the dole
Passed the day in vain
After working
All my life to date
I never thought
OF this my fate
It makes you think
What its all been for
Stuck on the dole
At forty four
I used to see them
Hanging around
Layabouts,scum
There's work to be found
But now I find
I,m in there place
Being out of work
Is no disgrace
It hurts you when
You truly know,At my time of life
No one wants to know,
Drug Test All Those Layabouts
By Elton Camp
Everyone has now heard the damning report
Half the country are on government support
As to those who look to Sam for a living
And little, if any, in return are giving
Here’s what we should be doing, by heck
Require a drug test before giving the check
But start with those who abuse the most
A group of over 500 from coast to coast
Ones who get almost all their needs met
Yet virtually nothing they have done yet
They mostly sit around, bicker and fuss
Most every one of them is an ornery cuss
They get income, insurance and perks
Even if they are nothing but big jerks
There is simply no reason I can see
Not to require them in a cup to pee
If a positive result should come about
Then all their benefits must be cut out
For congress & senate it should be required
Just as soon as, by the voters, they are hired
