Shyness is a Flower or a Squirt Gun

Not sure yet, I slowly turn to the sound of a familiar voice.
Yours maybe?
It has been three years since the social dance of co-workers and mingling - inevitable small talk.
Three years ago, this was a not so foreign path.
Is it too much all at once?
These long office corridors can be home
versus the long, dreadful, hours spent at home
the winter months are not the worst - June, July and August are the culprits.
They drag - like an old train chugging past.
Whistling in the wind.
My life is not a rundown railroad train.
dodging my own shadow, I spent what seemed like lifetimes, watching the sun slouch across the carpet.
Seated at a round table, they laugh in the crowded cafe.
Alert yet apart, I will blend in like a chameleon, like a flower in a vase I will arrange myself to bend with my fellow flowers.
We will all bloom and it will all be glorious.

Is that the same habitual pain
The one I didn’t expect
To reappear once again
Like fume of menthol cigarette
I smoked ten thousand days ago
When snow was blooming lily-white
And withered leaves were whirling slow
Across the dimmed sunlight
I thought to make a worthy plan
Before the winter’s timelessness
It wasn’t superstitious then
More likely, a result of stress
It’s back, in luxury edition
Which is expanded overseas
Am I to live under suspicion?
I cannot bear all this.

Dust Bowl 1930

It's not the heat that is unbearable
it's the dust
dust holds us away from clean air
dirt dances in and around our lungs
a choked feeling that lasts forever
mixed together, heat and dust, slows down all.
Time and space does not exist
an empty vast horizon, looms
and lulls us to make peace with the dead earth
above, the merciless sky can't be bothered to cry
I sit alone with my mind
"All hope shall not be lost"
how many more times should I tell myself?
Am I beyond it.
Do I not hear my own voice anymore?
increasing the heat of an object increases its pressure
heat of pressure rises up
then it presses down, upon us
molds us into bronze, and silver and lastly, gold medals.
those are virtues of patience and endurance.
those who do not turn into dust, turn into diamonds.

Wave of Fantasy

" WAVE OF FANTASY"
She glittered in the dark, white hooves stepping on white stones
she was not far from her home when she knew - she was not alone
unicorns don't stare, this is what his mother taught him.
more beautiful than any mare, bare white, in the snow
he saw her standing there, drinking all alone
a glimpse is all it took - his heart forbear from falling for her
he crept underneath the silk waterfall
the moon had never shone so bright, it was as if she was the only person in the world that night.
Make haste! I must speak to her!
Running down the mountain he took flight.
It is not fate, for you to be alone tonight
he told her this and held his breath -
she replied with no resent
send me flowers, pale babies breath, I shall find you in the air.
but alas she could only find him in her dreams!

Be Positive

Be positive
Ignor negative thoughts and be positive
Be cheerful and be sensitive
Always keep in mind one thing
Life is what whatever we sing
We know what nature preserve
One who fought must always serve
Clouds of sorrow will easily disappear
Smile on face when appear
After dark night comes fruitful day
It's a lesson of life must go this way

Speak Softly

The sharpness of your tongue doesn't ease your soul
so speak softly
even if they can't hear you
