If you are looking for me..Its a lost cause i say
I seem to grow more distant and different day by day.' I
Once held ideals and ideas of what man I
Should be..Then Jesus came up cliose to be in front'
And I don't care now..For what once I prized
In truth it was but irrelevance, in deceptive guise.' The Light of Jesus..Is above all worldly worth
In Him, is my identity.' May I loose to Him all
Self importance, unto the new birth."

POETRY IS A RECITED ART
as folk talk
&recite
they naturally
pause
after one breath..
thus gramatical symbols
are superfluous..
tradition calls
for capitals
at beginning of lines ..
but again spoils
the flow
as most will
unthinkingly
hesitate
...thereat
so also ' lines'
as such
are an irrelevance
in this open
context
.,without these things
each person
brings a uniqueness
to the poem..
much as
we all do
when looking at
a work art
or
touching
a tactile sculpture ..
a poem
is
or should be
similar

Roses that are naturally growing in the breeze
As such, their dancing presenting pride of silence
Needing not for any comments on their success
Nor for scoring much of the contrived bliss
Presences are irrelevant to any third parties
All them are arranged such as thee and mine
Irrelevance to conditions such as poor or rich
As such, presented natural, fair as much we can
Your heartbeats matched mine, as such, we feel
Deeper than that, understandings are from the innermost
For synthesized breathing made by heartbeats thrill
As such, virtues presented as much as we can

recognising irrelevance
of the function of mind
as far as soul growth goes
our endowed enableabilities displayed
be they be judged as good or mediocre
do not create the slightest ripple
in our present moment orientation
which is energised by bliss magnetism
reverberating within as silent thunder
in incessant renewal continual

"The Stain Crusaders"
Plath left the pages long ago
and Bacharach’s Blue-on-Blue
is an ineffectual softer numb-shade-of-Blue
dear green green Anthropocene
this much is true
with all the I love you’s
the wandering crusaders
are far far removed
sitting atop their soap boxes
sudsing up all the rooms
the silent stains in the poetic
are hard to remove
Ajax came coding unseen
like anticeptic borax
scrubbing out the irrelevance
dear green green Anthropocene
Shakespeare was never here
just a codex with a recipe
we seldom heed
most never read
the page book marked
dog-eared
maybe tomorrow
for the forget:
“My words fly up,
my thoughts remain below:
Words without thoughts
never to heaven go.”
Candide Diderot. ‘24
“We know what we are, but know not what we may be.”
“There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.”

In the grand theater of existence, we play our part,
A journey through time, a tale from the heart.
Life, not short but fleeting, slips through our grasp,
Moments like sand, slipping from our clasp.
We chase after dreams, in a race against time,
But as we age, relevance becomes a climb.
Struggling to keep pace, to remain in the game,
Fearing irrelevance, the sting of that name.
Yet as we strive, against the ticking clock's chime,
We realize the truth in the passage of time.
For dignity wanes, as abilities fade,
And the specter of mortality casts its shade.
We cling to the remnants of youth's vibrant glow,
Hoping to mask the marks that time bestow.
But acceptance dawns, in the twilight's embrace,
As we confront the end with courage and grace.
For life's not just about the speed of its flight,
But the depth of its moments, the lessons in sight.
So let us embrace each day as it comes,
And find solace in knowing, we're not just the sums.
Though irrelevant we may feel, in the march of the years,
Our legacy lives on, in laughter and tears.
For in the end, what truly matters is love,
As we surrender to fate, with peace from above.

I took my life on a sunny day in May for no other reason than I was tired...
Tired of the blackness of my heart,
The loneliness I can never explain
And the incessant chatter in my mind
Tired of the futility of believing anything is pure, or true
Or that Love could find in me,
A glimmer of something worth saving
Tired of the feebleness, the wavering, and the indecision
Tired of the crushing weight of relentless regret,
The rage of existence without purpose,
And the indifference of irrelevance
I know you don’t understand I don’t expect it,
But I long for it all the same
For an embrace that would consume me,
And devour my shame
But you cannot meet me here on this broken path
All hope burned to ashes
I glare desperately through the dark glass
As storms gather in the distance
And those I loved, and who I wished I had become
Passed before the eyes of my wretched heart
And I, finally alone in the cold silence,
Remain forever chained in madness,
Speechless in my oblivion
Beyond the reach...

We monthly meet
To pray and eat
Once children, small
Now several feet
Some rich, some poor
It matters not
Irrelevance of
What we've got
In worldly stuff
Our wealth not mired
My comrade content
Is love inspired
At table share
Our lives in full
Our seasons vibrant
Sometimes just dull
To glasses raise
These humans dear
My heart is full
So glad you're here
As life unfolds
Both up and down
This friendship king
Has earned it's crown

CLEVER
One likes to think oneself as clever
Always ironic, and with a wry grin
Yet the great leveller is often poetry
As it sorts the wheat from the chaff
And rhyme and metre can be a faff
All is fair in love, war and creativity
Such that we must take it on the chin
And abandon our high seat forever
When that thought or image strikes
As cold logic succumbs to inspiration
Did the brain have a sporting chance
It doesn’t matter what may be true
As one grasps the irrelevance of I.Q
And respects taking an emotive stance
Free verse has a sort of perturbation
Resonant with what someone likes
So, cleverness was never an absolute
And courage is needed to just let go
Some final tweaks and edits may work
After all the arrows have been loosed
The one in the target is the mot juste
Yet off to one side, other words lurk
It’s what you think not what you know
And claims of genius one must refute

We all destined to suffer pain and death
and great sadness on earth.
Pain and suffering are always inevitable.
Men suffer because of sinfulness and carelessness.
Human brain has the highest intelligence
but their choices and will power cause negligence.
We all live to suffer, to prevail is finding meaning through suffering and dying.
People need to learn how to settle their arguments without resorting to violence.
Threat of resorting to killing is irresponsible
and irrelevance.
Men must seek God to amend for their wrongdoing,
accusing blasphemy is lack of reverence and insulting.

"Interludes Experimental"
Written in clouds
what eyes miss
patterns repeat
in minds
like poets speak
fast and irretrievable
irrelevance misses
the parenthesis
buried in interludes
experimental
in minds
like poets speak

PRESERVED FOR POSTERITY
awesome sensations
compliant
rapid
prodigious
astonishing
a visceral
drifting into irrelevance
a cluster
of strange nostalgia
into memorys lane
a fragility

fusing emotion
a meditation

summoning subtlety
with a distracting

THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE without grammatical symbols the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and respond thus making the form a two way interplay and often a unique interpretation by the enigma so derived

No Harm Done
Yesterday, I let myself out
I’ve learnt to stop me
But yesterday I couldn’t
The rage and anger spilled
The part of me I detest
Spewed like volcanic lava
Ran down my sides
Tripped from mouth
And you, as always
Said nothing, no need
Just got on with it
Waited for the calm
Acted like a summer breeze
Smoothing my hair
Brought tears to my eyes
A wasted hour over an irrelevance
Love is you. All I need is you
Sorry. The lids back on and
Tightly screwed. No harm done.

One second of Joy is another second of sorrow
One minute of triumph is another minute of defeat
It seems that all I see now is a blur
I cannot speak anymore without a slur
I hear many voices from all different directions
Spoken and unspoken words were all objections
Disgust and horrified with all this irrelevance
Can we all agree to ignore our arrogance
