Despite your intelligence mimicry,
You still come far short in your gimmickry,
Throwing down the drains fine masterpieces,
Flushed away as a fresh bout of faeces.
Nights without sleep to pen wonders on sheet,
Yet a lame detector brands one a cheat,
An app claiming to be a true genius ~
Is far from being labeled ingenious.
How long will your pretence rule human minds,
Before you're swept off by the southern winds,
That your charade may stop to fool the world,
And your foolishness may at last unfurl.
Strange how your fanbase keeps on increasing,
Even the most smart, you're daily fleecing,
These cursed detectors come in many brands,
Some free – yet some charge dollars and rands.
I'm amazed you didn't claim this was by you,
This bitter pill, your pride has had to chew,
But that won't stop me from calling you out,
To nip in the bud your infamous clout.

At Arromanches Les Baines, the British used a massive artificial harbour, known as Mulberry Harbour( specifically Mulberry B) to facilitate the landing of troops and supplies after D Day. It was ingenious.
Mulberry B
They lie half buried in the sand
Parked like huge metal flat beds
Under heavy weather barrages
Once they ebbed and flowed with the tide
That now washes over them
a stark reminder of sufferings
bravery and sacrifices
Invaded by moss,
they rust together
Undefeated in their history
yet their freedom doomed
There are no gravestones
at Arromanches Les Baines
Just revered metal allies

Have you fallen into the oldest of traps, before?
(A lone voice whispers)
Be Illuminated.
Don't be like the many and fall into a readers' mindset, and believe everything you read is true.
Be sophisticated and ingenious.
And when reading poetry, be conveniently adventurous.
Don't always think it personally relates to the author:
For that trap is the oldest of the old.
Going back to poetry's first beginnings.
Poets do sometimes relate their stories to be told, but generally, perhaps:
They're really creating secret escapes.
Imagery, emotions and landscapes, for those seeking shelter.
From the cold, unforgiving, light of just living.

If the Muse bolts from me, I'll love her more
still and pen heartfelt songs of forlorn rhymes;
yet, I'll still wilt within internal climes
of gloom from her forsaking me before
I empty her spirit, for I've sometimes
gone to cruel lengths to dash her gentle heart.
So, having erred, the consequence for art,
and ingenious meters, thus makes betimes
my Muse's faithfulness to then depart
(from me). To shortly beg her forgiveness,
I take my medication, lower my stress:
renew my efforts to make a fresh start.
For my patient Muse, a Pierian empress,
inspires my dark, bipolar mind's fitness!

Men and women are different
but they are not adversaries...
They are opposites, but they are not rivals...
But they are equal before the Lord,
and ingenious creatures of the Creator...

Mojito Conjuring
When the bruja in the red dress
sends me out this time,
it is for the taste of
sour oranges and garlic.
Once, when I plied her
with a cigar called Hoyo de Montyerrey,
she coiled the smoke,
said that I was still feral and untamed,
sent me out for sugar so that
I could learn my true name.
Scythe-swinging, field-slave-singing,
I could not return to her coven of one
until I had learned that my “Suarez”
meant that I was the son of sugar itself –
the child of wild ingenious devouring
the rows of cane like a dragon.
Now, red-dress bruja breathes out
clouds of tobacco *****,
turns the cigar round and round,
tells me to gather garlic and aurantium oranges
so that the sour and the sucre may jibe
together in me,
and leave me properly christened
for when it is time for me to work,
time for me to sweat,
time for me to sing.

She was imaginative, artistic and clever.
An inspired visionary who never said never.
A poet, dancer, singer, choreographer, artist too.
Bright, personable and ingenious, my sister Sue.
We knew with these talents she would go far.
But she fell in love with a controlling ass named Jar.
Jar told her how high to jump, how to climb the stairs and such.
Her life was simple and joyless after that; we did not see her much.

Dazzling Daniel, delightful to know,
Amazing abilities abound, as talents grow.
Mesmerizing minds with masterful might,
Elegant echloens of energy echoes, a wondrous sight.4

Handsome heart, harmonious human, beyond compare.

Nurturing networks, noble nuances, shining bright.8

My majestic silhouette is indicornis,
often missed by those who don’t believe;
The idea that I exist they tend to dismiss,
I have just a few tricks up my sleeve;
Longing to be a feline ink trotter
and become less inter-dimensional;
This goal has captivated a plotter,
admittedly ingenious is phenomenal;
I never claimed to be too innocent,
neither does a single mischievous cat;
Lured into such a treacherous scent,
how could I possibly resist that?
So very illusive even in plain view,
shadows in the Sun allow them to hide;
It could be fun to try something new,
I want you to see me feel my stride;
It’s just no fun to remain invisible,
without an audience why shine?
Stripes can be less than agreeable,
still that’s the style I want to be mine;
El Tigre en waters full of chara,
instead of a unicorn in a glittery lake;
Perhaps if I grovel before Ishvara,
I’ll be granted claws for my horn to take.

all automatic alligators arrive arrogantly
barely behave beautifully but brazenly
carousing with creepy cruddy crocodiles
desperately denying despicable wiles
effectively expediting expediency
forever forsaking fruit flies who flee
glaring at grazing gritty grouses
hijacking horrific herbivore’s handy houses
igniting ingenious iguanas in I-o-Way
jubilantly joining jerky jaguars along the way
kibitzing kinesthetic killers from Zion
lollygagging like lively luxurious mountain lions
marvelously marking multitude of mini monkeys
notoriously noting nefarious nodules of displease
ostentatiously opening overt outages in Oregon
providing panda putrid prey Paul just spit on
quarrelsome quicksand quail
rapidly reading registered mail
saying sassing sentences swiftly
turning terrific tarantulas toenails thickly
utilizing underwater undercurrents down under
verifying valid villans' voluptuous plunder
with wild willingness and witchy wonder
‘xacting ‘xactly ‘xtreme ‘xestentialism supreme
yelling youngster’s yips on front of the queen
zinging zealous zealots into zebras galore
end of this abcedarian poem, there is no more.

The continuity of the continuation of the continuous continues continually.
“Carry on” was once a reference to a state of perseverance now it is a small bag brought aboard an airliner containing a “comfort” animal.
Cats are not feral they are deviously ingenious entrepreneurs that take over the company.

Everybody has experienced a turning point
It’s a natural part of life; it’s part of growing up
Life is a sleek roller coaster that goes down and up
There’s a Carrefour which we must turn to a point
To pause, think, fathom and reflect upon and to move on
To face a neoteric reality, an ingenious centaur with apron
Unusual or strange events take place all the time where
Nobody is in control; nobody dares to face the bad bear
Life is more than an enigma, a hieroglyph, a mystery
Nobody can really predict anything under the hala tree
One must do his/her best to use the turning point to be
A newer individual, a courageous leader and a brilliant apprentee
Only schlemiels don’t change; only zombies have no hope to be better
It’s scary and sad that the world is following the demented monster.

The migrant mind ingrains innate impulsive expression,
wherein my muse blossoms like the flower of passion.
The patina exudes the excitement I’ve so long preferred,
transforming it into transfixed tapestry of weaved words.
The pent-up mind spreads ingenious wings to soar high,
my muse follows the singing bird in the sapphire sky.
Floating fervent on the rhythmic ripples of rhapsody
with stream of words I cascade with moving melody.
The inspired mind creates contours of excited emotion,
as my muse sails in seamless sea of intrinsic imagination,
on the waves rolling with the rhyme of feeling quiescent,
where the cadence of the heart pulsates effervescent.
The instinctive mind drifts in river of life under rainbow,
my muse glides on senses reflecting kaleidoscopic show,
enacted enthused with the vivacious verve of yearning,
the craving creates the enthralling lyric of love alluring.
