Hurgle-y, Gurgle-y
Gastrointestinal
Silly sounds stomachs make:
Borborgymi!
Reflux and GERD both see
Hyperacidity,
Heartburn and stomach aches:
More Tums for me!

Note to self: Double Dactyl, somewhat akin to a limerick… A dactyl is a three syllable word with the emphasis on the first syllable.
This one opens with a nonsense double dactyl, then must use a 6 syllable word on line 2, then another double dactyl, closing out with a dactyl + 1.
A second stanza has the same format. The two stanzas are to be related, and their 4th lines should rhyme.
I'm a little unclear on the naming convention, so I phrased it as something that could be answered by reading the two stanzas
So that’s my first effort, not terribly sure if it was successful...

When, at reunions, your classmates look
old except for you,
you feel triumphantly younger, from
your own point of view.
Don't you ever fool yourself, look into
other mirrors.
With less vain eyes, look closer for
unaccounted errors.
Don't refuse to see through vanity's
insecurity,
bloated by tightly tucked-in tummy,
hyperacidity,
Eye bags, deeply-furrowed brows, fine,
bluish veins and crow's feet,
against the flow of River Time, there's
nothing but defeat!

Ignoramus in art, you'll say of me.
I've tried hard, but still
can't see
that Mona Lisa's mystic smile
known to bewitch folks
even from a mile!
Seems she parts her lips daintily
to let a hiccup out
gracefully
or a vulgar burp, hyperacidity,
or hide nicotinic teeth
artfully.
None in her mouth's coy symmetry
remotely resembles
a mystery.
Could it be dental deformity?
Y'see I took up ortho-
dentistry.

Ignoramus in art, you'll say of me.
I've tried real hard, but now I still can't see
that Mona Lisa's mythic, mystic smile,
known to bewitch folks even from a mile!
Seems to me she parts her lips daintily
to let out a half hiccup gracefully
or a vulgar burp, hyperacidity,
or hide nicotinic teeth artfully!
Nothing there in her mouth's coy symmetry
remotely resembles a mystery.
Maybe she's got dental deformity.
Y'see, I took up ortho-dentistry !

Unschooled in art, uncouth, that's what
you'll say of me;
I've tried and tried so hard, but I
still have to see
da Vinci's Mona Lisa mythic,
mystic smile
bewitching folks allegedly even
from a mile.
It seems to me she parts her lips
quite daintily
to let a drunken hiccup out
quite gracefully
or stop a vulgar burp,
hyperacidity,
or hide those nicotine-blackened teeth
artfully.
But truth to tell, nothing in her mouth's
symmetry
remotely resembles a smile with
mystery;
perhaps, she's toothless, some dental
deformity,
believe you me, I took up
ortho-dentistry!
