Hurled Poems

Encouragement

ENCOURAGEMENT
Often we are blessed with friends
Who will encourage us much
But do we return the favor
And give honest comfort to such
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How about remembering too
Those out in  this big sad world
Those who need extra encouragement
Who too often evil darts are hurled
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Will we take time to comfort a person
Who may be in deep despair
Even an enemy may need us
Our kindest words to share
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Also our deeds are of value
When helping those who are without
For that too may encourage
Because that's what love's all about
It's an A+ day, I'm on top of the world
Going to my hairdresser to get my silvery locks curled
In my mirror I can see
Perfection, that's me
To tell the truth, I just about, nearly, almost, hurled
Riding Hurled Waves
riding your hurled waves
beneath a pure white of clouds--
I drown on  sand's swamp
Hurled Into the Depths
In Kachikau's winter night, I'm lost at sea
Cloaked in dark waves, where hope's last gleam flees
My wits are scared, no guiding light in sight
Alone, I wander, with no trust in sight
My heart, a presumptuous traitor, deceived
Hurling me into depths, where darkness is conceived
Psychologically lifeless, I've become a shell
Broken dreams behind, my path to hell
Death's crimson stain, my thoughts now marred
Soul bald, ashes of a mind, forever scarred
No cure for pain, my future's dire plight
A broken soul, in pulsing, endless night
Hurled Accusations
Dazed from hurled accusations, he didn't even hear the starting bell.
the foreign man that's watching and wishing him all hell.
There's talk of noble notions but it seems the chasing of the fleece.
A serving of the devils appetite, like a lamb that's fried in grease.
Accused of thoughtless actions, with out regard for those involved.
the accused is now found guilty and all has been resolved.
There was no investigation or consideration of intents.
One fails to see the honor and is compelled to feel contempt.
the accused will not go quitely, for he feels he did no wrong.
It was a simple misunderstanding and the place he stands is strong.
He seeks no bloody actions, such as chopping of the head.
He too claims his honor and will defend it till he's dead.
Take a drink of water, you've been to long out in the sun.
you're intentions are quite obvious, not all of us are dumb.
This is offered in simplicity, so one might understand.
The tack you take here in this country, is not that of a man.
He knows not of you nor you know not of He.
If you wish to impress a woman. there's other ways you see.
