Heart Condition Poems | Examples

Darkest Evening

This frail feeling of worldly fate
Drowning and fast fading, mortal and degrading

This voice, his lips on my ear; whispering,
Hurtful hate; feeding on fear

These choices, crucial, turning life into a surreal blur of chaos
Dreadful moments just waiting to occur

The darkness pounces on my soul wrapping and clawing its way to my mind,
There is something very valuable to find

For a most Holy Spirit is guarding my hallowed heart
And the daunting demons have yet to part

The story of the heart

One night, a couple was fighting, their voices echoing through the room.
In a moment of anger, the boy shouted, "I HATE YOU!". The girl stopped, her face pale, and suddenly fainted.Terrified, the boy carried her to the hospital. Their fight had been about her constant late arrivals home, which had filled him with suspicion.

At the hospital, the doctors delivered the devastating truth: "Your wife has a heart condition and only a week to live, we couldn’t find a donor... we’re so sorry. .When they returned home, the husband devoted himself to caring for her. Each moment was filled with tenderness and love.

A week passed, and the girl woke up, searching for her husband. The doctor said softly, "He gave you his heart... and this letter."With trembling hands, she opened the letter, tears streaming down her face.
"I know I wasn’t the best husband, but I wanted you to remember me as your loving one. Please, take care of my heart as you always did."

You may ask, "But why did he do this?"
... Well, he died for her because he loved her,
and she will live for him because she still loves him...

Heart Condition

Nothing is about us..is it, yet we can feel or maybe hide better than the next,
But what is the point of hiding if we can express those feelings at best,
I've often said it's not me, but then how could I possibly relate,
And really if it wasn't me at all, how could I even partially try to explain,
The mirror shares secrets we bury deep inside,
But are we willing to see our own while we're able to see into their eyes,
The openness to share is a daring door to open,
Because it is the key that unlocks answers to many of the hearts conditions.

Premium MemberMy Heart

Finally, my blood began to coagulate.
However, I felt great, energetic, and alive.
But, now that I was old enough for Medicare,
I decided to have a medical exam at 65.

After a series of various tests, my primary
doctor recommended a cardiologist.
When did my heart condition start?
And what is the medical remedy?
What on earth must one do?

It's like a traffic jam.
The traffic light alone can no
longer direct the traffic flow.
Too many vehicles; Not enough lanes.

My doctor asked questions and more questions.
What was your father's cause of death?
My father's demise had occurred at the age
of 58, and in fact, no males in my father's
family had lived past the age of 65. So,
I never knew if their blood ever coagulated.

Rose

Bin Hooks Are Gulab
Lub them are awesome

Those pink bowls
Sweet wine

Silver-like
Two diamonds are big

Nisha is settled in sliver
There is a math on the forehead

In love
An illiterate book

Such as his husn
The simplicity is the hijab

Since it has been
Heart condition is bad

My Life You Only Not With Me

My life,you only,not with me.
You laugh,even mine,do not tolerate.
Why breathe again,you give me?
When you do not realize my love.
My life,you only,not with me.
You laugh,even mine,do not tolerate.
Heart condition is now my.
He tells you.
I am alive in your love,
I want you so much.
But you do not realize this.
Now I'm yours,nothing special.
Give me pain then give love too.
I would not have tolreted it anymore.
My life,you only,not with me.
You laugh, even mine,do not tolerate.

You Are Everywhere Who Always Lives In Me

You are everywhere, who always lives in me.
With your eyes, you tell me the heart condition.
What is love, what is pain?
What is the purpose of life?
Even with everything,you keep laughing.
You are everywhere, who always lives in me.

We learned live from you, since my heart you strip.
Unite me from the whole world,
make me, ever since your crazy.
By loving you,you never tell us,
nothing say to me alienation.
Die to be your heart to us,but stay silent.

What is love, what is pain?
What is the purpose of life?
Even with everything,you keep laughing.
You are everywhere, who always lives in me.

My Son

Aged four and half, first day at school
he was going to prove he was no fool,
through boredom disrupted his class
which continued each following day alas,
by luck or fate proved he was not pathetic
my poor boy was diagnosed as dyslexic,
many years past struggling but determined
With this unfortunate disability he burdened,
art and design he found his path to success
through art college he did quickly progress,
at age of seventeen discovered with fear
a life threatening heart condition did appear,
after medical procedure, an electrical bypass,
returned to college awarded top of his class,
to university success predicted by forecasters
proved right after four years collected his masters,
with determination, belief, support and direction
Proved to me everyone can produce perfection.

Surgery Fears

Feel a flutter deep within
do not think cupid will play
my heart is arythmic, blood is thin
heart condition here to stay.

Hope the surgery be survived
cannot do plans for the future
would wish and hope and stay alive
life ebbs-away through bad sutures.

Need good surgeons to do good job
this sex-change dear, will take some time
if they fail , I'm not worth five bob
told "don't worry" all will be fine.

United

Stars aligned;
Under the stars was the first time the felt alive.
Timing; never their friend,
Nothing less than a heart condition,
Nothing less than the bleeding of faith’s hand.
Faith and destiny;
Destiny; standing so far and wide.
State lines interrupt the beautiful few souls that are meant to interwine.
The void grows darker as these passing flying moments speed by,
Like a leech; one soul will fill this void,
With the next burning of the eyes.
Wrong; so wrong,
But the head will hardly speak,
The void might be filled,
But their bones will always feel weak,
Until three thousand disappears to zero,
They can fill this hole with a million and one heroes.

Heart Condition

My heart dances before you oh God
you have placed my feet on the rock
with it’s notes of music my heart has thawed
as the sources of truth I stalk

Prior to you my heart was unfed
with every string of Cosmos you weave my cry
born into mankind already dead
I bow to your law I will comply

I hear the tempo of the sound
the blast of the trumpets peel
moving forward from quiet to resound
his judgment as hard as steel

I’ve fallen into the hands of the Living God
nothing so fearsome have I yet known
My human heart is so very flawed
though my fondness for truth is grown

Perfection of heart is what I desire
but looking in the mirror I do see
I know in truth it’s what you require
I do seem to effect it imperfectly

What does it mean to say God is Love
with Love and Truth within is power
why at it’s alter so many are awed
and it’s apex among men will tower

Starving

people look at me and they can't see...
because on the outside I look as healthy as can be...
but...I am not afraid to say, I am malnurished...
lately I have been deprived from the main nutrients in life...
I'm hungry for it...
although I've had snacks
woke up to breakfast..
and slept with dinners...
I didn't feel full...to say the least...
some1 offered to buy me lunch...
I told her she didn't have enough, she looked at me confused.
and I just left it at that, because since I've known her...a buffet is all she's offered me.

yeah...I've had some that cook for me...but they seem to always be missing the most important ingridients.
...I'll try all different spices...but I like to keep it mild...
I haven't had that full course in a while...
never make it to the dessert...
...so I guess I'll keep looking over the menu...
the menu that I've been reading until my head hurt's...
I need some food for my thoughts, some food for my latest heart condition...
I need to be replenished...and only true love can quench this thrist...
because I've been starving and my waitress is takin too long....

For Sean, My Best Friend

Friend
From days of traversing the seas
To home and family
Together we always were
And forever we always will be

Then we went our separate ways
My life, anew, I married
But not you
You found your love
You heart, your devotion
Your were blinded by
her secret potion-

You did not know,
In such a short time
Her heart would explode
And leave you in an icy
Mountain of sorrowful woe

A broken man to me you came
Your love dead, you couldn’t
Even speak her name.
Endless nights wandering the streets
Your mind, your sanity…self defeat

Years you were here
To heal, to mend -
What never should have been.
Under my wing you began to flourish
With our friendship, and trust
You were nourished.

Six years it took for your phantom
To cease
In our endless talks,
You finally found peace.

Away you go on your life’s journey
Never forget me.
I love you, my best friend
Eternally yours, and a hand I shall extend
For you until the final end.

** Sean met a woman he fell in love with, after we got out of the Navy.
She failed to mention she had a heart condition from birth. She passed
away before their wedding day.
