Commercials That Push An Agenda
Written: by Miracle Man

I turn on the tube and immediately feel beset,
Commercials aimed at young minds too immature to fret.
It’s often not what they say, but the pictures they show,
planting visual thoughts that in young minds grow.
They become innocent victims of this ambushing,
And these subtle commercials are agenda pushing.
To change the world you change a young brain,
and through commercials their innocence they feign.
Young minds accept commercials they see as fact,
So for conservative Christians the deck appears stacked.
Liberals condition young thinking toward their plan,
making pictures look sweet and being a hatchet man.

Donald Trump promised a Flat Tax
But cuts are more "Hi!" chat than axe
As sly as a fox
The Trumps loot Fort Knox
With lies quite shy of the facts

TANKA VERY MUCH
saw a bloody face
up in that leaf-bare old tree
a face no body
hatchet man at work must be
loud belch monster picks his teeth
look at that weird moon
like a pumpkin in the sky
black eyes nose and mouth
i laugh at the illusion
a pile of white seeds
halloween the spooks
i’m sad because it’s over
pumpkin sputters out
racing moon with angry clouds
“moo hah! who said it’s over?”

People see my tail
and think I'm a fail!
They see my Hatchet-man
and call me a Juggaho fan!
They see me get angry
and think it's funny!
They hear my dreams,
and say I'll never succeed!
I'm not meant to lead!
I can barely lead myself.
I'm different.
It's how I vent,
my frustration,
and my admiration!
I can't help it
if i don't seem to fit
in this world of yours!
I'm covered in soars!
where your words have hit!
But I've decided I won't just sit,
and take it anymore!
I'm strengthening my core,
so that I can be me,
and so that I,
can be free!
