A tsunami of black ash blankets half a world
Trash toadstool hoodoos, wastelandic pillage
and pollutant mucus ravishes lava villages
Draining is the amalgam mass at the end of the spectrum
Stone environs shock, unnatural landscapes
Polyethylene islands flushing the canvas
Carbon contaminant fumes flair in mid drift air
Virtually no place on Earth is free of the polymer fog
Foaming magma cascades over metallic mushroom roots
Spiny shoots sprout tentacles from rubber trees
Mercury and cadmium toxin leeches' groundwater
Above the quicksand are flying objects that pass as vultures
For a million magarican dollars I was greeted by a masked spacebot
Left on moonlit Luna's Lot are my collection of yin-yang art articles

In 1971, in British Columbia,
Greenpeace was founded for
our wounded Earth.
It's causes to fight are to rescue
our world from our own folly.
An international organization that
tirelessly gives global environmental
campaigns the might they need.

A stalwart people for Earth's nature,
setting sail to confront whaling,
and save our struggling planet,
from desecration.
So she can once more be a
breathing Earth of so much life,
an enduring testament of what
God gave us.

For oceans magnificent with the marine gifts
we were given,
for woodlands of the wolves unencumbered,
for plains of prairie dogs,
mountains and lakes we love,
and skies of species of the birds and bats of
the air.

Earth's people,
let your senses be filled,
God is calling out to us-
with His natural wonders we're thrilled,
Greenpeace leads us environmentalists,
to restore the planet as she once was. ~

Big Job

There's a big job breaking out
Time for smelling salts and focus
There is no magic wand this time
No top-hat hocus pocus

Time to wheel out heavy gear
Flex our muscles and get busy
Pick ourselves a loyal team
With dreams so high they're dizzy

There's a big job breaking out
And it's clear we need to fix this
Sticking plasters just won't do
For this world defining crisis

Labourers to garden,
Experts in their field
Anyone who cares enough
To bring this crop to yield

Shoulder to the grindstone
Knuckles cracked and ready
Wrestle with the challenges
And climb to heights so heady

Engineers and carpenters
Housewives,  teachers, leaders
No time to waste. No shirking off.
Ask everyone to heed us

There's a big job breaking out
Blue lights are flashing by
Too much plastic in the ocean
No more ozone in the sky..

We need healers for creation
For neglecting all our duty
The reflection may be ugly
So it's time to bring back beauty
