Good Hearted Poems

Inspired By A Good Hearted Citizen

I lost a bracelet
Returned to the place where I bought
There I found it
Someone has tied it hanging
There a caption I read:
"Lost and found bracelet,
Claim with a receipt."
I gave the receipt and claim it again
I'm happy to see that there are still
People who have a heart of a good citizen.

The Good Heart

My hunch is probably everyone thinks they have a good heart
Since we are all humans with some degree of empathy.
But while it’s empathy that makes us feel good helping others
It's also empathy that leads us to lynch them.
And it’s shown that when push comes to shove
Nine out of ten of your good-hearted neighbors
Will lynch you if you threaten their peace and security
And end up on their sh*t list.

So there is the paradox of being human,
That even the good habitually do bad
And even if we are in agreement
That we are good or share good intentions
(say, to benefit and avoid harming others)
Then what we each choose to do
In the cause of the good
Will often be different
Even drastically so.

This paradox is what divides nations,
Families, political parties and religions.
It is what divides us within us,
What gives us doubt and confusion,
And ultimately makes us
The humans we are.

But that one out of ten
Who doesn’t join the lynching,
Now, that’s the human we should aspire
To become.

Real Heroes and Heroines

When some good - hearted folks
                                                 sleep forever,
                              good rhyming  hymns
                             writing and singing
                             for their honours
                        Don't stop doing
  good forever.

Play Good Role On Earth

In life,
Some good hearted people always put some foods
and other things in the streets
for the needy,
prayer warriors  mostly share the word of God
and prayers with the needy,
gospel singers always sing here
and there for the needy.
poets share daily poems for the needy.

In life,
don't think of limitation
because of expectation
which is not distraction
or destruction.

In life,
don't hug bad name
because of blame
which is not volcanic flame.

In life,
don't caress evil
because of the pressure of devil
which can not kill.

In life,
Just remain godly
shining by heavenly glory
which is enthusiastically
and  powerfully.

In life,
Always see the love of God
which is so kind and good.

Poetry

She turns to be poetry
In my mind
As I keep
thinking of
How we will meet before
The end
of this year
And
Start our lives
As best couple
Leading
And
Controlling
By true love.

She turns to be poetry
In my body
As
I keep feeling
Being with her
Every time God
Revealing
Her beautiful face,
good behaviour
And
Characters to me.
She is so gorgeous ,
Humble,  good hearted person
To be proud of on earth.

Hey, Billy You Walked Among the Blind

Hey, Billy you walked among the blind,
they had no reason to be kind;
hey, Billy you carried no single weight on your shoulders,
and saw no street beggar stretching his empty hands.

Was I the good-hearted man who gave all,
never thinking I would be appreciated,
and get a warm hug or a welcoming hello?
I didn't do it to raise eyebrows and be praised...
you should have done and save poor Othello
from his misery, today he wouldn't feel small!

Hey, Billy you walked among the blind,
stopped by the corner store and bought
a loaf of bread and didn't share a bit;
your coldness was never left behind!

Was I mean and cruel, walking past need,
and eyes as red as blood? I stopped and listened;
rich men are too busy to even notice poverty;
and while the wheel spins, so does their luck...
if I ever saw you on the sidewalk begging for money,
I wouldn't stare and judge...but dig in my pocket!

Test of Hidden Love, Mr

The trap of hidden love,
Smile face in front of the future light of her life,
Feeling like flying to the moon
Whenever she meets him at  noon

Heart beating  so fast , oh ! Love mood
Good hearted,  love circulating in her blood
Looking in his  eyes,
Fake faint to test  love
Fainting to see his  reaction to prove
A good move,
If he is her future sunshine.

The sign of hidden love,
He rushes quick lifting her,
Calling ambulance
While she is smiling  to find her soulmate
Before the ambulance reaching,
She is comfortable
With the  attention given by a person
Who meant to be with,
She said silently,  " He is the rose inside my heart."

Feeling over the moon,
Flying  obove the ocean at after noon,
While  spreading her wings like a white dove.
Good mood all over, after finding the soap of love.
Using the  trap of hidden love well  and
Ended up cupturing a husband to be.

Vanity of Vanities

I have observed this under the shadow of the sun,
That the labour of mankind is futility.
It is in vain that you should wake up at dawn and labour till the day is done;
For things do not go swift for the righteous man,
And a house that is built by the righteous ends in vain.

But things go swiftly for the unjust,
And a tower that is constructed in corruption is quickly polished.
And success is for the ungodly,
And fortune is a dividend of those unfavorable to God.

Thus, also have I observed under the sun:
That things do not go as we have planned,
And victory befalleth not the positioned,
And wealth befalleth not the good hearted.

That, also is futility,
Vanity of vanities.

Dust

Delicate, delightful,
Wonderfully pure.
Only rightful
To be drawn by the allure.

To hold you lightly, softly
Gently to caress,
To comfort when things go awfully
And pull you from distress.

All that I could want, just that.
More than I should hope?
Possibly, when you look at
How I always lead down a slope.

Always to start as a trickle
And seemingly infinitely small
Until the issues are no longer fickle
And we’re stuck in a free fall.

Diving quickly into a version worse
Than who we were when it all started.
It seems to be my own wretched curse
To inadvertently twist up the whole- and good-hearted.

I’m sorry I’m as poison
And weaken with my touch.
I’m sorry for such a full cup
When it doesn’t take much.

I know you were strong, made of iron
But I’m oxidizing, rust.
I likely should have warned you,
All I breathe on turns to dust.

Happy Birthday

Born on this ample autumn feast held yearly on the earth’s bed
Of sweet, mellow tinges of chrome hued to motley tints of red,
You should sure grow as affluent, bounteous, and merciful
From the abundance of your heart a vast tablecloth to spread

To feed alike fish, flesh, and fowl, to save a starved man whose crop
Was robbed by ants, rats and locusts with your precious loaves of bread.
Happy birthday, good-hearted soul! May God’s heaven rain gold leaves
And golden glows forevermore on your kind shoulders and head!

May the harvests you toil over be yours, always kept aloof
From the foul hands of harmful beasts in vile laps brought up and bred!
May you and your dearly loved ones be safe from the fiendish wrongs
Of the devils in human guise all from indecent breasts fed!

And may, in fine, the seeds you sow rest in the snow with no dread,
Each to pen in the next autumn hundreds of tales to be read.

The Year of Sound and Fury

The year 2020's ready to leave,
Need there's to feel bereaved, nor grieve;

The year of meagre earnings,
That came with many yearnings;

The year that taught us New Normal,
We hardly when knew the Old Normal;

That put us on to 'road not taken'
Ere, and left most of us nigh shaken;

The year of 'more sound and fury,
Signifying nothing' hoary;

The year we'd bread, jobs, nor yet action,
But ample sarkari distraction;

And yes, if we felt loss of voice,
We had a loud TV-turned noise-

Noise that told us: global greatness
Has been true 'Atma-nirbhar-ness;

That, dissent is sedition, hate-
New terrorist against the state;

If 'last year's words be last year' language,
Let next year be the voice of a new page.

Poet's Note: Now that the year 2020 at last on its way out, some good-hearted humour should not hurt any - year 2020the least let me apologise for using some famous poetic lines rather out of context.

I found out just about a week ago
A friend of ours, he had to go

~He had to say good-bye~

He received his wings, three months gone by
Maria, a friend of ours...she said to I

~"Hey, did you know"~

Winged-Warrior had passed away
He would leave us smiling...when he would say

~"Brothers, Sisters- Love & Light"~

He and I had shared our news
We've written bout our different views

~He seemed to me a righteous man~

I wrote of him, he wrote of me
Exchanged our names in poetry

~We both shared some love~

Love & Light, John...I'm still crying
My dear friend, there's no denying

~Love is in your soul~

You've touched so many, you were good-hearted
So many tears, when you departed

~Shed by so many friends~

So rest in peace, you angel you
And I'll see you when...my time is due

~Love & Light, my friend~
