I
Human perception is self-limiting - like radars, we scan for targets - not diffuse area.

II
Gestalt psychology knows how humans focus on figures, not background canvas.

The Gestalt

In the beginning were the words—just eight,
Brittle and apparently unrelated,
Though mysteriously God was,
As always, already there in the words.
Then the words tenuously seemed to point to God.
Soon there emerged a description of Him:
He is the immutable and formidable Being!
However bereft of faith I might have been before,
Now demurely I approached the Almighty.
Now that I had the sketch of the Divine design,
My interlude of a prayer went up.
And I hope to be answered.
Come to think of it, the words
Seem to have a gestalt divine!

Google Gestalt

What's your addiction?
Computer or television?
We're in a Gestalt on Google,
Like well trained poodles,
The land of google glasses,
Is it a blessing to last us?
Is the Prince of the Air?
I read in the Bible somewhere,
Dimly switching on Google glasses,
Edited agenda, the mouse passes,
All like web trained poodles,
We're in a Gestalt on Google!

Group Gestalt

Group Gestalt
Group Gestalt

Individuals in groups not relating to the whole group
(Humanity) {wait that seems a bit too much let us break this down to a
subhuman group [the lieberry patrons]} start to say out loud things that mean very
little to the rest of us then there ought to be a LAW given that governs this under
rude or noise among us. When a group larger than a two gets started there
should be a trap door underneath the carpet to take them on the conveyer belted.
Noise is then deleted and calm and peace return in the manner of a wooded
shelter in a glade with Japanese lanterns all around the square headed dragon
leaning down to eat the patrons of the bookstore in the square lantern jawed
man as he turns into the dragon waiting there. This is a Zen thing a group
gestalted.
