Mystic's Quote: When we are governed by eternal hope all our lives,
the soul is a frontline worker for the good:
Never ignore the gentle nudge of a sensitive soul
it contains no other agenda but to make you whole
Clever as a twinkling star in the night sky
it will serve you lovingly without asking you why
In a world of noise and discontent, doubt & frustration
the soul is your guide and it doesn't need an invitation;
Forever on your side it will bring you to truth
and help you discover purpose, like a sleuth
When you are guided by the part of you that is soul
you will always be brave, as you attain your goal.

The coming of this pandemic noone have foreseen
A battle with an invisible, radical foreign
Such a killer that noone has ever seen
Stealing lives away leaving us all in grim
Yet there are heroes untold of their countless victories
Trying to save lives, they are willing to risk their own
Away from their loved ones, their hearts could go weary
But to their sworn duty, they get back up steadfastly
So that everyone could still keep their breaths
They wore heavy clothings, suffer consequences
They have braved all battles, so you continue living
While they try to resuscitate their own from ebbing.
Are you all willing to face this invisible foe?
Will you stand up for the sake of others?
Put your life aside to add breaths to those in need?
Your own precious life, to novel corona will you feed?
So you see it's not just as easy as you think
You say it's their job, they have to take the risk
Medical team are more than just professionals in hazmat suits
They are the hope of all nations, our dearest noble Frontline heroes.

What portends this ill wind blowing
which inhaled robs man’s breath
whose virus defiles the proximal space people share?
Is it the greed of man who has defied rules of the holy book
And defiled Leviticus by partaking as food that which was forbidden.
Or is it a Lab gone wrong?
Come hither all you medicine men and astronomers
Lend us your binoculars and see whereof this vile virus was bred
From whose progeny is infused this gene with airborne venom
That we may blunt her sword covid-19 and stop this genocide.
I will defend the world with blood and sacrifice,
my hippocratic oath my shield will suffice.
I will stare this monster in the face even as my fellow soldiers die
for with sharpened ammunition our labs provide, the end is nigh
And tomorrow, yes tomorrow together we will rejoice in tears
In happiness and sadness of our beloved lost and a battle won
As nations will with one voice shout, Ahoy frontline soldiers, Ahoy!

Forth you match to fight
I guessed by now you must have armed yourself
Nothing less assured you will win at the end
Keep the flame alive, ablaze you will be tormented.
I came to learned that’s how you won all from the past
Indeed you Won the good and step in the shadows of virtuousness
And, when it came; your story ends here, you stood firmly.
Befallen! Befalls you, it’s your downfall.
I thought of to cease it for you
I see no reason for my sympathy
You had no remorse for what you did and never regret over the past
And you did not seek to pardon the mischief lamented.
Keep fighting; soon you will forward yourself backward
And seek to refuge with your past in its honed remembrance.
For me the prudent providence has befallen on me from heaven
Next time you think of me, hell you see.

Feel the thunder
It rattles my brain
Wakes me up
Drives me insane
Feel the rain
Gets under my skin
In a game
I'm not suppose to win
Lightning flashes
Across my mind
So bright
It makes me blind
Looking
For morning light
Not going to hide
Going to stand and fight
My enemy
Strikes from within
I've been waiting
For this fight to begin
No need to kick
No desire to scream
This battle takes place
In my dream
For tonight
The men in white
Will strap me down
Nice and tight

Growing up on a small council estate
pretty close knit and plenty of mates
we had our own little squad
the park end crew, were like a pod
We went through a stage of oppertunist thieves
but what was to follow nobody believes
just of what was about to come in store
organised violence football hard core
The length and bredth of England, our firm travelled
coming up against the best and coming unravelled
an incident occurred that would change my life
the judge said to me, you did use a knife.
12 lads went to jail for 39 years
some hard faced and some with tears
16 years old,5 years on my head
going to jail to lay on my bed.....
