He conjures pretty poems and proses,
but something in the wicked wind forewarns,
In his eyes, a sea of roses,
in his flesh, the pain of thorns.
A child, swinging gaily on the beach,
in back, a little girl, within his reach,
before his eyes, a sapphire blue,
but behind him, soon his ears,
heard a toddler on the sand, in tears.
In school, he read of heroes, brave and true -
when he'd grow up, that's what he'd do,
but some things wash away with time.
The ideals seen by the young man's eyes
would flit away like butterflies.
One day, in matrimony, he would wed,
"To have and to hold", is what he said.
He cursed his eyes, which would betray.
A happy family is what they could see,
but the wind said it was not to be.
He conjures pretty poems and proses,
but something in the wicked wind forewarns,
In his eyes, a sea of roses,
in his flesh, the pain of thorns.

Tango dancing, sol and earth, opt to lengthen
orbits around which they twirl, separation,
taste of death, as icy breeze blowing forewarns …
birds to fly southward.
Wasps and snakes, both hibernate, bats and snails too,
warning Mother Earth to draw closer to source,
before life as we know it thus breathes its last …
lesson for mankind.
Days shorten, nights lengthen but do we not see
winter flowers joyously blooming, wafting
fragrance teasing, delighting both heart and soul …
God within calls us.

Sailing atop waves, this life in full bloom,
Upon the shoreline, the lighthouse forewarns,
Darkened clouds hover, the impending doom.
Waves still like mirror, glass shimmering womb,
Life in full sail, ship commissioned as born,
Sailing atop waves, this life in full bloom.
Anxiety encased in light and tomb,
To seek help ashore, sounding its ship horn,
Darkened clouds hover, the impending doom.
A lighthouse keeper, sheds light on the gloom,
Resilient sails, however war-torn,
Sailing atop waves, this life in full bloom.
Ship shifts its rudder, evade the presumed,
Rocks stick out of waves, for whom will we mourn,
Darkened clouds hover, the impending doom.
Anxiety strikes all, even those plumed,
Through the lighthouse keeper, trouble be borne.
Sailing atop waves, this life in full bloom.
Darkened clouds hover, the impending doom.

Signs of the apocalypse are a fundamental part of the Christian faith,
Insomuch that the Bible forewarns of its inevitability.
God's judgment of Man shall come to pass, and yet,
No man shall know when that reckoning will come, though
Some believe that the end times are upon us now.
Only God and His son Jesus know when, but there shall be signs;
False prophets will say, "I am the Christ," and deceive many souls.
There will be wars and rumors of wars; nations shall rise against nations;
Humanity shall suffer chaos, famine, pestilence, and earthquakes.
Everywhere, Christians shall be martyred for Jesus's namesake.
These signs are but the beginnings of Man's sorrows;
Iniquity shall abound, and the love for thy neighbor shall run cold.
Many shall hate their brothers and betray one another.
Evangelicals shall preach prophesy unto all nations;
Signifying the end times, as Christians prepare for the rapture.

She was original
And irreplaceable
Does no wrong to me
Maniacal yet adorable
Addicted to her very soul
Never could she be soluble
When she cries it brings storms
It is ironical never gives forewarns
The the she breathes the feeling of my heart torn
How iconic she is when I hold her tight
Oh how I long to see her again
Unenviable she was meant to be
The wind that held me from losing beat
Although she escaped my grasp
Presence of her could never last
Reality and eternity forever hold me still
As I look to the rocks underneath this hill
Yesterday seemed so surreal without her by me there's nothing left to feel
Enjoying the view what else to do perhaps i should dive in
Reality and irony the pullers pierce my heart filling me with eveverything she had torn out

Abloom desires in heart
allured by temptation.
All ready to burn in
aroused flames of wild lust.
Aware of the torment,
anguished mind forewarns me.
"Amour shall end with pain!"

I come to the realization
The choices I made were those of damnation
Yet I ignored the signs and wonders
The urgent voice of correction
I fought the forewarns as I stumbled
Peaking to my capacity of frustration
Uncontrolled life; this is my confession
The enemy had my mind
As I declared I am the riotousness of my father
Plummeting deeper in darkness; who am I
My soul ties with God were being challenged
The enemy stepped in and asked why bother?
The prompting of the spirit reminds me
That I am a child of the most high king
Through him I could do anything
Jesus spoke
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

The day is coming alas
A coming storm rolling in fast
Darker than any cloud over the cast
When day turns to everlasting night
Will we be forced into a blind fight?
Will we see clearly without light?
A storm heavy in mass
A catastrophic event may be our last
Darkness looms, growing vast
Signs of a apocalypse
Still we're blinded by trivial events
Final hours of our days, nearing eclipse
The coming storm forewarns
Awaiting to shuck us like corn
A harvest accompanies the final horn

Each new beginning forewarns of each new end
And I in frozen slumber am a passenger
On this eternal journey.
Buildings built on living earth,
Shuttered houses rise and fall,
Wood and plaster crumble
In a heap upon the soil.
Fire consumes the fallen waste to ashes,
To start anew, to start anew.
In the warm haze of sultry light
Gray clouds obliterate the sun.
The earthworm turns beneath
The fallen, brittle leaves.
Summer yields to fall
And fall to spring.
And spring ignites the buds
Which soon become the bloom
Of soft perfume.
My present is my past;
My future wrapped beneath cold stars
And blue-moon comfort
As time moves and rolls
Like a wave caressing the glittering sand.
Perception is a curved ray of burning sun
With falsity abundant in its majesty;
I am the empty vessel
Awaiting to be filled
With the clear, cool water
Of knowledge.

lightning flashes across the sky
energy I feel in my veins
it illuminates all, the here and the now
unleashing what lays underneath
thunder rumbles, low and long
tremors shaking deep inside
it forewarns the storm, about to come
the passion quaking inside of me
it does strike twice starting as a glow
it does ignite the heat and desire
it does burn hot, white and intense
it does cause the fire that burns within
nature's ferocity at its best
matched by passion's avidity
stirring what lays just under the skin
a fervor unbridled and set free
let the lightning flash and the thunder roll
striking twice, igniting it all
release the fury..this raging inferno
saddle and ride the tempestuous wind
it does strike twice starting as a glow
it does ignite the heat and desire
it does burn hot, white and intense
it does cause the fire that burns within

My sanity is stalked by dreams,
that catch behind my eyes
where light is scarce and I can't see
what's prophecy and lie.
The darkness comes, my heart forewarns,
through gates of Ivory and Horn
the darkness comes
the darkness comes
alive with empty, lightless storms.
My sanity is stalked by dreams,
of Gods with dripping wings
the edge of disappointment seems
to follow these twin kings.
Ere Sleep and Death make reckless flights
o'er all that lives and dies by night
ere sleep and death
ere sleep and death
race from a womb wounded by light.
My sanity is stalked by dreams
and shivers come undone
within the failing, feeble gleam-
the moon betrayed by sun.
In my nightscape all is disturbed,
the flow of life, the lilt of word
in my night-scape
in my night-scape
the voice of doubt is all that’s heard.
