What ruse is so effective
that someone blatantly perverse
can succeed all so easily
to convince one after the other
to give it all up
to trade in their integrity
to renege on their values
to turn their back on any moral compass
to literally sell their soul to the devil

And… have the gall to walk among us
still with their head held high ?

Seems like we’ve entered an alternate reality
beyond the stretch of imagination
where nightmares are the new norm.

Premium MemberDisgraceful Old Man

Old man is named for years gone by.
In this era, health can receive support.
The old man’s dull ears and eyes,
And lost teeth can be rejuvenated.

But an old man with feeble reasoning
Confuses both allies and foes.
Self-image as a historical king,
Reviving territorial ambitions.

Doctors cannot heal a wicked brain.
Old age forgets what has been said.
Forget the motto: Make love great again
Smith shopping is like playing the lottery.

Old age covets the assets of others.
Messes up Freedom and Dictatorship.
Looks down at the other leaders.
Followers who love you will depart.

Disgraceful Praise

When you are too cool,
And we are dangerously fool!
When you are too good,
And we are mistakenly rude!

When you are going to forgive,
And we are going to dive in the ocean of deceitful bliss!
When you erroneously allow us to speak,
And we are going to attack you at your peak!

You call us "the collaborators",
You kill us by the disgraceful gladiators,
You keep us safe by biased words,
You provide us bliss with the disguised curse.

Until you live long in the blissful hell,
Until you confine us in the glorious jail,
Until you can be refined in your guilty conscience,
Until you rebuke us for our misguided sense.

We are united as your crown is denied,
We are guilty as you are still our guide.
We are ashamed that we didn't know our mind,
That is why you can still rule us and deride.

Disgraceful

When someone passed the baton to me…

I realized that my struggles were a liability after all.

My audience is captivated.

Awaiting for my hidden talent to shine.

It is my turn.

To stutter.

I always worried about having to confess.

But the truth is now clear to them.

I cannot defend myself from their assumptions.

I cannot even speak.

It’s a miracle that I made it this far.

It’s a disgrace that I made it this far.

Distasteful and Disgraceful

Distasteful and Disgraceful

What we realized about things racial,
Are both distasteful  and disgraceful;
Biased being;
Terrible seeing;
Our minds must be broad and spatial.

Lament of a Disgraceful Soul

I wake up and find that I am still breathing
I am alive, well, and I am seeing
The world go by, and things happening
But does this mean that I am living?

I breathe but I let poison out
I see but filter good sights out
My being alive results in people hurting
I am a living being, but am I living?

I have hurt everyone who has ever loved me
My living in this world causes them misery
I am human in looks, but no one looks at me
Instead of living with me , why are they leaving me?

I deserve to die and not live another day
So I don't hurt people with my wayward ways
So that the world is a better place for everyone
With the darkness gone, the world will see a brighter sun

But I am scared to die, I was born a coward
So I am destined to live with regret filling my heart
That I couldn't appreciate love when I got it nor to give it was I able
Dying every second while clinging to this life despicable
