In the Marvel comic, the unique character,
represented by myriad of persona of superhero Mark Spector,
an American mercenary who turns into Moon Knight,
the avatar of the Egyptian moon God, Khonshu.
When the earth is threatened by the destructive forces,
Khonshu makes Mark to wake up in his grave,
and get the mental message of being assigned the task
by resuming life as the defender of the moon.
For the protection of the endangered earth,
Khonshu transmits his power to Moon Knight,
who enhances the fighting dexterity and mental might
by acquiring the potent strength of the Iron Fist.
After the statue of Khonshu seems to have exploded,
its force brings Mark back to life through resurrection.
He suffers from delusive dissociative identity disorder,
and finds the statue getting fully repaired and reinstalled.
Khonshu pleads for the safety of Moon Knight’s life
when he is about to be killed by Daredevil,
who ultimately agrees to set him free,
for he finds him transformed into the moon God.

Many dreams start at a river,
rowing that boat into the unknown...
to fill up eyes with fantasy!
Many wishes we whisper through fear,
doubting they'll reach a golden dawn...
how delusive is reality!

Delusive Dream
This world offers up
A truly Delusive Dream
To make myself happy,
By taking milk from the cream.
Giving to others leftovers,
Not the best of which we’ve been blessed;
Selfishness succeeds in this;
We fail heaven’s test.
Expensive homes and cars fail us;
We become complacent so soon.
Our souls are still empty;
Filled only with darkness and gloom.
With a world full of hunger
And for water many do thirst,
So how can we build mansions
With pride to falsely burst?
The Delusive Dream of satisfaction
Can’t be filled by worldly things.
Nothing permanently satisfied us—
Whatever wealth itself brings.
It’s only by doing for others
And showing God’s love along the way,
That brings true satisfaction
That in the heart does stay.
The world’s so caught up in the delusion
Of this false Delusive Dream,
That material things bring happiness—
For others it may seem.
The Delusive Dream is a lie
Created for our deception.
It’s loving others that brings happiness
and true heart-felt satisfaction!

ah, freedom, oh, so elusive,
on the smooth, wet sand
on this moon-dimmed night,
fluttering fronds sketching
quivering shadows of light
on those who clearly see
and believe that they cannot
themselves be possibly seen.
