The heaven's eye becomes tired
With rage,
Water endless in the sea.
Winter deflowers the tree,
Spring fills the fissures-
The process constant all year round.
Clouds take off the canopy-
Vapours make a sail
Occuring in cycles.
Leaves green and alive
Develops gray hue,
A tree never stops dreaming.

In remembrance of Malvina Reynolds
Little Pumpkins in a pumpkin patch
Little Pumpkins growing side-by-side
Little Pumpkins taste of sticky taffy
Little Pumpkins in a row.
There's a black one, a sea-green one
Polkadot and honey-yellow one
But not one's an orange one
And I wanted one that was orange.
All the people in the pumpkins
Pay rent to Peter-Peter and
He's their landlord they're his serfs and
He deflowers their every bride.
All their children dry the pumpkin seeds
And plant them in the pumpkin patch
And the pumpkins become fat and firm
And the children move right in.
There are puce ones there are white ones
One's vermilion, one is indigo
And they all taste just like sticky taffy
Which was left out in the sun.

ISALE EKO (LAGOS)
A rooster of discrete tongues
Culture, tradition
Where,
Zillion specters resonate
Quantum croak.
Cock crow,
Erupts whirl, barge at Alaba
Descry of sea of soul cases
Kibbling in, out as Emmet over nectar,
As husky ell of murk drench dawning,
Eviscerate NEPA's spasmodic spitfire
To stupor, obloquy.
The hindmost geezer nestling,
Drenched in diaphoresis of animation of dog days
Eludes unforgiving hail of bug blitz,
Hallowed howl of ole! ole!
Arched in his decrepit nest
Deploys a taper
Until,
Sunup deflowers night jaded sockets
As,
Resonance of one more Naira
To breast billion mark
Percase, perforce, precipitating
The epogee in mores
Rummages his cranium:
Top dog never capitulates
Vanquish countermands blossom
In kernel of hovel, wreck, quagmire
From mainlands of Iddo,
Bog of Badagry
To Favela of Ijora, Ilasamaja
Colonize the cocoon
Which,
Burgeoned Whiz Kid, Davido and Nollywood
Confuting phantasm
That,
Golden fleece
Is muted in the jaws of no man's land.
A colossus who never unwinds
No arrears in innuendos
Paris is your headrest
Rio de Janeiro your ottoman!

You were standing on the beach alone
Sky was fading, blurring into night shadows
Wearing a white wedding dress
You waited with a bouquet of ruby red roses
The moon is glowing now, budding into a full moon
Pouring its molten silver on the ocean and on you
The devil comes, and here comes his darling raven
Out of shattered waves, out of dark that swollen
He kisses your leafy lips and embraces
Sanctifies you and deflowers your innocence
You became devil's bride, you are lying
In rose stained blood , celestial naked
The fiend has set you free from spasm and pain
Of your wildflowers' days
You feel flying like a shooting star
To deep black, far, far away, far

Titbit scars to feed emotions crimson;
In Her gloomy heart by her wet season.
As Her solstice endorses a greasing red,
She revels off a goad instead...
To each bliss cusp she gladly deflowers,
I cavort rue to each rose's hour;
As fingertips writhe in snow-white flesh
the sate of Love's cappella caress...
My emotions ascend to a God with black wings,
And soon this soul taken from pentacle rings.
But first I am descending before Her throne,
Her chest still racks that abyssal stone!
Prurient crucifixion of an annulled witch hunt.
Nascent Shangri to Her mire c*nt.
Her emotions strong enough to splendour fires,
This libertine forges Her foreplay desires.
Taken of the pulpit by a tyrant crevasse,
Splay out on an Oratory's cerise glass.
As she leers like the silver Moon...
I sprawl to Her with greatest tempt,
Only for me to feel contempt!
I scream ''You are my salvator'' as,
Blood pours where my sanguinary blade caress...

Pubs and clubs he scours
In the wee small hours
To use his seductive powers
On the maidens he devours
Then in the early hours
The maidens he deflowers
Are left like wilting flowers
He then returns to gothic towers
Where he then showers

the tiger deflowers and lays to flat
a pride and hubris you've long kept intact
perched on thin bough
stripped cat of its meow
claws cut through bush, red earth and Muntjac
and teeth draw blood on a great Pollack canvas
dark as Bordeaux in a patterned Acanthus
a thick spray of clay
blooming arches and folds
the verdigris breath of a desert-night cold
