STRAYED SHEEP

STRAYED SHEEP

Today, we are all as strayed sheep
Once together, and of one mind
All have wandered and separated
Finding independence is overrated
Common values become conflated
To such a life, many are resigned
With different memories to keep

What is family, it’s a difficult question
All spread across the world we know
Linked merely by digital conversation
Different definition of a close relation
Who is really part of a congregation
Lifetime bonds are at an all time low
Popular activities the main congestion

Some may still remember the flock
A safety in numbers, a common goal
Yet by many, now often seen as quaint
Comfortable memories becoming faint
For some, group identity is a constraint
Over time, disassociation takes its toll
And finding oneself alone is a shock

Cage

my brain has its own life,
its own conversations,
never-ending circumlocutions

this confabulation of memory
leaves me unsure of
the reality of my thoughts

is this a chemical misstep,
a minuscule of glutamate
misplaced or missing

or is it a mistake in my
biological majuscules,
an A or a G gone awry,
leaving mental havoc in its wake

or perhaps just a wiring mishap,
a failing to bridge synapses to
the branched flourishes of dendrites,
leaving me thirsty for truth,
a truth now conflated with errata

can the brain heal itself,
restore effaced letters
to historiated initials
or will it descend into darkness,
gradually ceasing its conversations,
forgetting all spelling,
and become a silent grey cage

Premium MemberYes I'M a Billionaire - In Trumps Own Words

They say I inflated
It's they that conflated
Political lies with their version of facts.

The mess they created
Will long be debated
Another attempt to silence and styme.

As often I've stated
Which leaves them frustrated
I'm worth every cent of the Billions I claim.

The reason I'm fated
And by some surely hated
Is my obvious success and the money I make.

Letitia's now grated
Quite a bit aggravated
That her bark is so hollow with clearly no bite.

Not one to be intimidated
My strength celebrated
Let them throw what they will and watch it dissolve.

My lawyers are rated
This case armor plated
Watch these bogus new charges soon dissipate.

In the meantime I've slated
For the fans I've created
More rallies to drive my winning points home.

I'm buoyed and elated
Evermore motivated
For the White house to bask in my presence once more.

NOTE:THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE using spaces&breaks without grammatical symbols ,the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and responds thus making this enigmatic form a two way interplay & interpretatIon unique to the moment& changing according to mood is inherently variable.

Who I Am Not

the knowledge in my obscure mind
sees ebony raven silhouettes-
free soaring and liberating
life through emotional
e m a n c i p a t i o n

i am but a woman
who sets pain FREE,
releases demure affection-
enveloped with passion for
what cannot be undone;
seeing summer snow,
feeling autumn rain-
for a new life I shall gain

saturated in a myriad
of conflated deception,
feared not for who I am,
but remembered for
who I am not

Lost In Lonely Memories

c h a i n e d by a mind too
weak to endure existence

perpetual ache for clarity;
lost in lonely memories

thoughts of sorrow linked
to the grey matter of life,
never ceasing to redeem
intellect with reason
my spiritual apathy conflated-
left d r o w n i n g in angst,
unable to rescue myself from…

Valentine's Day - Ugggh

Valentine’s Day:
The annual sabbath of pacifists,
exhibitionists, and abiders,
conflated into a single wilting of wills,
destined to the jaws of a shredder,
or landfill,
blocking the visibility and scent
of sustenance for buzzards
and other parasitic organisms,
designed to sustain
the ecological balance of decay,
when if forgotten,
will leave one
in a similar state of graces
with the non-recipient
of manufactured gestures.
So don’t forget the impassioned poetry
stenciled across
a stock photo of strangers,
or the waxy bister
of formed chocolates,
or you might find yourself
listed among the outcasts
who take a break from love
on Valentine’s Day.

Decision Trajectory

Anarchy is witnessed,
Strategy is called for,
Youthfulness is called upon,
Execution is on the roll.

Motivated by materialism,
The conscience is sold out
Indiscipline rules willfully, and
Fear is the air to breathe.

Scenes of violence all over
Generated by the “gods”
Yes, the "gods"and barbarians of the “science of power”
Leaving nothing but an eyesore

Venoms of influence are pryingly invited and spat out
Igniting a scene of social unrest, and
They sit in the comfort of their abode. Whilst,
Observation becomes the ally of their misdeed.

Horror is witnessed
Sorrow is the bitter taste.
Terrorism yet to be invited and
Saboteurs, oh yes, Political Saboteurs pry in their abode

Rationality conflated with conviction is consulted
Options are laid nakedly on the table
Complex is the choice to be made
Yet, a decision must be made.

Let them be combatant of their own combat.

Dissemble

Jealous eyes of an angry face,
Bewildered the mind, this time.
Dishonorable actions displace,
Truthful hearts into this crime.
Serendipity is what,
I must live in hold, and trust.
Nasty, needy hole of a rut,
And dreams of truth rot and rust.
Conflated all to be none,
Humiliated now, too.
Hated now killed and shunned.
Your actions can’t be out done.
What happens now to me here?
Left to rot in your pity pot.
You have become who I fear,
And tore my heart, in a knot.
