Down by the pond,
you know, the one behind the bare hedgerow,
a pond dug out as a feature,
for condominiums to surround,
as if they just had to have,
a basic single nozzle fountain,
and an ornamental plastic swan
just to off-set the isolation
and disassociation
that comes with
the last urban hold-out
you will ever own or know.

Speaking from personal
and political
and economic
and social-equity experience
Empowering cooperative co-investments,
like businesses
and condominiums,
arrives slowly
yet more surely
through cooperative management experience
Robust
and resilient co-empathic tenure,
stretching unconditional regard
from enlightened win/win management
to co-empowering stewardship.
Sacred space
held together
more than excommunicating
secularized apart.

The earth becomes so congested
Condominiums spring up
Like mushrooms after the rain
Rooms become so congested
Like the hearts
Full of greeds and dreams
Like the souls
Full of expectations and pressures
Many hearts and many souls
Confined in a block of cement walls
But hearts and souls
With different dreams and expectations
Can never be confined
Can never reach a compromise
To keep peace and serenity
On earth
Even with God's advice

I see the image of a white sandy beach,
Caressing the beautiful blue green water.
The tall palm trees randomly rooted along the shore,
Protecting all who walk there, keeping them cool on a warm day.
The cabanas on the beach, excellent shelter from the rays of the sun,
The white sand with the many shells along the walkway.
The beach volleyball court nearby where friendly games are played,
A walk to the elegant condominiums and swimming pool.
A refreshing and pleasurable swim in the exquisite swimming pool,
White and green tables and chairs by the pool side.
Lounge chairs where you can sit and view the beautiful paradise,
Perhaps read your favorite book or novel, reflection of a Limetree beach paradise.
