Chorded Poems

Earth Star Chakra

earth star chakra my killick, subliminal subpersonal connects me to core of planet’s centre, spinning yet rooted in quiet mirth
absorbing misaligned energy in sturdy girth
intuits heartfelt frequency exchanges
across planetary consciousness gauges
below Gaia’s benign surfaces it modulates
where own wisdomed faith undulates
steady Will humming stable solid secure
no other anchor would I endure

awareness finely tuned filamented fibres
reaches far flung corners shadowed or
light, without single flinch fight or flight
authority with divine responsibility dear
centring my substance as an emperor does
holding disciplined foresight unseen safe
signals settled velocities where I am to walk
intentions sure of next waiting chorded port
underground star exuding strength, cohort
of ages, missioning goals it never aborts

Rose Meadow

Into a lovely enchantment I wander
Soft stardust sprinkles a meadow of night blooming roses
In perfumed hues of scarlet-rose and lavender-gold
Stretching out my cramped and cockled legs
Into thornless rhapsodies of drowsiness
In floral fields I embrace intoxicated reveries
Returning me to the fragile rose meadows
Of lyric verses that fall like velvet tresses
A dulcet supplication delicate as petals of a dreaming rose
When moonlight nectars drip with midnight’s invitation
Float into the lacy blush of dainty filigree shadows
Twine my sinuous spirit and chorded heart in dreams unity.

Doublethink Beliefs

Doublethink belief beginning
With both hands folded
God's name chanting
Bells musically chorded

We have been taught
All are equal before almighty
Keep clean thoughts
No one else is more mighty

Doublethink belief once again
New identity new land
Past memories can't be regained
Now praying with open hands

Divergent customs and rituals
Mankind have faith in God
Learned to be spiritual
No one is greater than lord

Doublethink belief made us divided
All are one before deity
We have to live united
Surrender to God with fealty

Unbiblical Chord

Harsh, dry words
Line the barren land
No one comes near
To understand

~just judge~

Phrases and chorded connection
Lie beneath the surface, gathering infection

Bees and bugs are gone
Nothing living to attract
Whatever nectar they took
They ain't coming back

~sucking succubus~

Flying fortresses trying to snag a home
Leaving the victim to go it alone

Hard to believe life existed
Before the storm wiped her clean
Not one of those actions or words
Were intended to mean

~barbaric breathing~

What can be birthed without a placenta
A babbling baby with a continuous agenda

Never try to speak a truth
About the condition of her mind
She refuses to see the unbiblical chord
That is choking out her fantastical find

~magical menagerie~

Just waiting for freedom and fun to appear
Without the responsibility for leaving fear

From the Diaphram

tilted up toward sky
the trio fills its space
with well-rounded lips in
resonant, chorded, choral grace

aaaaahhhhhhhhhh! {loudly with song}

The Wooden Ventriloquist Clock

wood and strings turn the clock's
 involuntary response.
hands set in motion with
the turn of a wrist,
 half past remembering
the moment before.

 odd numbered time signatures
pull a wooden head and hands to fold
like some pocketwatch prophet.
 who shudders for a moment,
then grows still waiting for the hour
or celestrial string to slacken
and realease him.

he is not his own but anothers.

course the hands that follow
 the grain of his expression,
waiting for fingers to grasp and
guide him through his seasonal acts.

umbilical chorded gears ratchet
in him to open wooden lips.
the blackened ivory teeth play in minor.

 severe and break.
 how he hangs there
so still and without a sound.
